Wir sind mit unseren beiden Kindern im Alter von 10 und 15 Jahren gereist und haben ein Familienzimmer bekommen, bei dem das Kinder- und das Elternschlafzimmer durch eine Tür getrennt waren. Beide Bereiche hatten Zugang zum Badezimmer des Zimmers – das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war gut (warmes und kaltes Essen). Unser Auto haben wir in der Hotelgarage abgestellt; man muss reservieren, da es nur wenige Plätze gibt. Wir werden ohne Zweifel wieder in dieses Hotel kommen.

This was a nice hotel with generous sized rooms, breakfast included, onsite parking and a tasty restaurant. In spite of some confusion regarding its location, there were trams and even a subway within a 2 block radius that provided quick and easy access to everywhere. Staff were friendly and helpful, making for a very pleasant stay.

Расположение отеля очень удобное, недалеко от метро, шесть остановок до центра. Комната была не большая, но очень чистая. Парковка при отеле не дешёвая, 20 евро в сутки. Персонал внимательный.

Hatten ein familienzimmer und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auto konnte man im Hof parken, natürlich gegen Gebühr. Frühstück könnte etwas üppiger sein (Croissant, Speck etc) war aber ausreichend. Insgesamt absolut zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

No hay parking su no lo reservas antes, el parking en el distrito cuesta mucho, 20 euros por el dia, no es gratis fines de semana ni por las noches. El parking del hotel cuesta lo mismo.

Leider wollte uns der junge Rezptionist keine Garage verkaufen da wir keine Reservoerung hätten.Nach Rücksprachexmit Hausmanager konnten wir in die Garage wo mindestens noch 6 Plätze frei waren. Der Fernseher auf dem Zimmer hatte keine Sender es wahr auch kein Reciver oder 2.Fernbedienung zu sehen. Trotzdem werde ich wiederkommen da das Hotel sehr viele Vorteile hat. Es ist eine gute Lage nicht weit von O2 Arena und großem Einkaufszentrum.

Využili jsme ubytování v pěší dostupnosti od O2 Arény, klidná lokalita, dobře dostupná městskou dopravou. Hotel je dobře udržovaný. Na pokoji jsme postrádali varnou konvici, jinak vše na dobrém standardu.

The hotel location is fantastic with great proximity to both tram and bus lines. Only 2 stops from tram is the metro line B. Can be reached to the old town within 20 mins (tram + metro) or 32 mins (tram 12). Hotel staffs are amazing and very helpful. Special thanks to Julia and Viktoria, who were immensely helpful and made our check in and check out smooth. The breakfast was also sumptuous and had many options. Restaurant staffs are also very friendly and clean. The hotel rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. Also the lobby has great options for tea and coffee for free and you can also enjoy it sitting at their beautiful terrace. Highly recommended❤️

Noget outdatet hotel. De skriver der er parkering på stedet, vi kom i en alm skoda superb og den mente de bestemt ikke at kunne komme ind i parkeringsgården. (var selv også i tvivl med mindre jeg slog spejle ind) Så gadeparkering, det krævede lige et par runder omkring blokken inden der blev en ledig, vi fik aldrig parkometeret til at virke, fandt ud af vores easypark app kunne finde lokationen så vi tog chanen og det gik fint. Det er et gammel hotel der har haft sin tid, morgenmaden var ok men ikke 4 stjerner værd. Alle var søde og hjælpsomme. Placeringen var ok. ca. 10 min. gang fra undergrunds stationen så det var også ok. men nem at komme til i bil. Ekstra sengen var den ringeste sovesofa vi har oplevet til dato, der er mange ikke så gode derude og vi er godt klar over det er muligheden når vi beder om opredning til 2 børn men al jern kunne mærkes igennem madrassen. Vi kommer nok ikke lige tilbage hertil. Der ligger et stort center meget tæt på. her er der parkeringskælder (fandt vi ud af da vi kørte) Man kan få refunderet parkeringen i centerinformationen ved fremvisning af bon for køb i butikkerne.

Helpful staff. No air conditioning in the room. Too hot in August... If you bring your car, make sure you book it with the hotel. Don't make a same mistake like I did. It could cost you a lot leaving it out on street.

We had to change rooms due to a flea infestation from a previous guest keeping a pet in the room. The hotel staff were very good about the whole thing and moved us to another room. What's interesting is that the rooms are differently equipped, almost randomly. Showers are different, wardrobes are different, electronics, furnishings... It's all quite random.

The price level doesn't fit the services. Staff was very slow and very confused... not only with our check in. In the room, there was rests from previous visitor, rubbish in the basket and hairs at the toilet. Towels were shreded... Minibar was half empty...

The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was good. The hotel is a bit further away from the centre, however the transport system in Prague is easily accessible and well organised. The hotel is only about 2 minutes away from a tram staion that'll take you directly into town. In terms of the property conditions and cleanliness I would have expected a bit more. The room was really hot with the A/C not working. Further, we had found an insect in our bathroom.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, clean and tidy, staff friendly. Poor quality mattress, I could feel the springs, bathroom had a bath and that was appreciated, smart TV which was a plus, overall a good hotel.

First they didn't get the message I sent through expedia, we had to wait until they changed a room from a double bed, to a room with two single beds, it took a while and we were very tired, odd disappointed with expedia's service, the hotel is not at a four star standard, maybe three barely, uncomfortable beds at all, not only in my opinion, the whole group complained about it, also the showers are very bsmall A large person will experience a problem there

The hotel is in a lovely quiet residential area away from the business of tourists. It has a Tesco extra near and a good few restaurants serving local cuisine around it. The reception and lower level of the hotel is beautiful, very stylish and welcoming. However, we found the rooms to be very basic, very clean but very basic and quite compact. Also the bed has a very hard mattress and only came with 1 pillow each (although we did request extra which were provided). The bathroom again is very clean but very small and only provides one bottle of all in one 'hand, hair and body wash'. Staff were very friendly. I wouldn't stay here again due to the uncomfortable bed.

Wir hatten das Hotel Carol in Prag für eine Nacht gebucht (13.–14.08.2025). Bei der Ankunft stellten wir fest, dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte. Trotz direkter Meldung an der Rezeption wurde uns weder eine Reparatur noch ein Ersatzzimmer oder eine andere Lösung angeboten. Da es im Zimmer sehr warm war und keine Abhilfe geschaffen wurde, mussten wir noch am selben Tag auschecken. Für uns war das ein enttäuschender Aufenthalt, da der gebuchte Komfort nicht erfüllt wurde.

Absolutely uncomfortable mattress and pillows. Breakfast not replenished, missing eggs, cheap sausages, really terrible coffee. I will definitely not return to this hotel. On the other hand, very well located if you are going to an event in the O2 arena.

We had to change rooms due to a flea infestation from a previous guest keeping a pet in the room. The hotel staff were very good about the whole thing and moved us to another room. What's interesting is that the rooms are differently equipped, almost randomly. Showers are different, wardrobes are different, electronics, furnishings... It's all quite random.

When I (and later two friends) arrived at the hotel, they informed us that there was a problem: our reservation hadn’t been finalized due to a system issue. They transferred us to another (and even better) hotel free of charge for the duration of our stay. However, I was only planning to stay for one night, so my whole evening was ruined by the hotel transfers. My friends eould stay there for a couple of days for a conference which was walking distance to this hotel. They had to arrange transportation every morning to attend the conference.

The price level doesn't fit the services. Staff was very slow and very confused... not only with our check in. In the room, there was rests from previous visitor, rubbish in the basket and hairs at the toilet. Towels were shreded... Minibar was half empty...

The hotel location is fantastic with great proximity to both tram and bus lines. Only 2 stops from tram is the metro line B. Can be reached to the old town within 20 mins (tram + metro) or 32 mins (tram 12). Hotel staffs are amazing and very helpful. Special thanks to Julia and Viktoria, who were immensely helpful and made our check in and check out smooth. The breakfast was also sumptuous and had many options. Restaurant staffs are also very friendly and clean. The hotel rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. Also the lobby has great options for tea and coffee for free and you can also enjoy it sitting at their beautiful terrace. Highly recommended❤️

Lovely Hotel, stayed 3 nights for a medical trip with a further upcoming trip booked. Staff were fantastic and assisted with all requests for info on touring, transport etc. Also facilitated an early check in and a late check out. The breakfast spread was vast and delicious. The metro and tram lines are right beside the hotel so you can be in central Prague very quickly and easily. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel for the money,massive room.Cleanliness excellent. A stones throw from tram and metro. Uber to airport was £22 and took 35 minutes. Highly Recommended.

Stay was very nice, it was our second visit. Hotel is close to O2 arena where we visited program during weekend. Also it is close to metro station. Room was nice and lot of space. It was nice we were allowed to leave our car in garage after check out. Thank you.

Absolutely uncomfortable mattress and pillows. Breakfast not replenished, missing eggs, cheap sausages, really terrible coffee. I will definitely not return to this hotel. On the other hand, very well located if you are going to an event in the O2 arena.

Zimmer schön groß und für 4 Personen ideal geeinigt. Tolle Anbindung zur Straßenbahn welche wenige Gehminuten vom Hotel ist. Frühstücksraum sehr klein und überschaubar, nicht für größere Menschenmasse geeignet. Sehr kleine Auswahl was das Essen betrifft, Brötchen waren bereits um 9 Uhr leer, es gab dann nur Toastbrot und als Notlösung dann Fladenbrot geviertelt. Keine Pancakes, nur Äpfel sonst kein anderes Obst. Auch nach Anfrage ob sie vl eine Banane haben, verneinte sie diese. Ich persönlich würde das Hotel das nächste Mal ohne Frühstück buchen.

We chose Hotel Carol because it was a great location for the arena we were going to. Highly recommend the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean. All the staff were excellent. Breakfast is not extravagant but perfectly nice. Dinner in the restaurant was good, food service just a little slow. There are no drinks making facilities in the rooms but instant coffee and tea available in the comfortable lounge area by reception. If it is the right part of town for you, Hotel Carol is an excellent choice.
