Walking distance to Old Town, boats, Charles Bridge and other landmarks. Luggage room was very helpful as we had some time after checkout to explore more of the city.

Okay hotel. Great location. Breakfast medium. Good eggs though. The windows in the room was permanently shaded without possibility for opening either the windows nor the curtains. Parking was done by vallet and the driver moved the cars many times during the week due to lack of space. Also limited availability of the driver meaning you need to book ahead and within his schedule. Otherwise the hotel was fine and the price reasonable.

The hotel is conveniently located in old town around of 10 minutes walk from Mustek underground station and right 3 minutes away from lots of bars restaurants and old city’s historic attractions. The room was on the ground floor but it was very well secured and very spacious. It had a small kitchenette in the entrance hallway and a good size bathroom with bidet too. Air conditioning and modern in wall devices charging. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was buffet with plenty of variety of dishes from continental to English breakfast and pastries, cereals corner too.

When we first arrived, we honestly considered changing hotels immediately. The young lady at reception was extremely unfriendly and dismissive, and did not answer our questions. Every few minutes, she simply repeated that the hotel was fully booked, even though this was not relevant to our questions. We had booked our stay with breakfast and garage parking. The process of parking and accessing the car is unnecessarily complicated. You have to contact reception every single time you want to access your vehicle, and you are also required to leave your car keys with the hotel. My wife has severe allergies with a risk of anaphylaxis. This had already been clearly mentioned in our reservation and was brought up again during check-in. Unfortunately, the receptionist did not pass this important information on to the kitchen staff. That being said, the rest of the hotel staff were genuinely friendly, polite, and helpful. Their professionalism and kindness significantly improved our overall impression and made our stay much more pleasant. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, and given the hot weather, we really appreciated that the room was air-conditioned. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was very enjoyable.
