Very nice hotel, perfect location, comfortable rooms although on the small side. Only downside is gym equipment is old and some machines (bicycle) do not work and shampoo/conditioner/body wash jars are old and dispenser on all three got stuck.

This was a really lovely place to stay for our 5 night trip to Prague! It was clean and comfortable. The room was a bit warm — we turned off the heat completely (it was -3 outside even), but it remained just a bit too warm. It is in a great location, and Prague is very walkable. I love saunas, so that was a big bonus for me, however, it wasn’t working properly and even after asking the front desk to check it, it remained not very hot. Overall it was a great stay.

Lovely stay at K+K for our first time in Prague to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday! Perfect location, tram less than a minutes walk around the corner. Wenceslas square 5 mins walk. Room was spotless, bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping very efficient with towel changes and tea/coffee top ups. Delicious latte from the hotel lobby bar. Can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t have that. Loved our stay and would stay again.

Excellent stay . We arrived a few hours before check in but we were given our room right away which delighted is after an early morning flight we just wanted to rest a while. Room was small but spotlessly clean and bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and was a good start to our day. We were surprised to see a small bottle of cava and two glasses in our room after being out which was a lovely touch. Thank you to all hotel staff and will see you again for sure in the future.

It is a great pity because the hotel is reallt good and located in a perfect position to explore Prague. But there is a big renovation taking place in the building next door, and this generates a lot of noise. We had to change room to lessen the noise. Otherwise a great hotel.

Zimmer wirken etwas abgewohnt. Badezimmer extrem klein und das Wasser spritzt bei der Dusche überall hin. Mein Mann ist einmal beim Aussteigen aus der Badewanne ausgerutscht und hat sich einige blaue Flecken zugezogen. Nein, er war nicht betrunken. Der Rest des Hotels ist allerdings sehr, sehr schön und das Frühstück bietet viele sehr gute und frische Optionen. Das Personal ist auch äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.

PESIMOOO!!!! Viajé sola y una noche antes de terminar mi estancia, estuvieron golpeando un rato la puerta de mi habitación en la madrugada, eso me despertó y me asusto mucho!!! hable a recepción y jamas acudieron, muy mala atención al cliente! Las amenidades se acabaron y pedi en decepción si las podían rellenar y por supuesto tampoco las rellenaron y la cereza del pastel, soy cliente gold en expedia y como beneficio este hotel te recibe con botella de vino espumoso, que por supuesto jamaaas recibi! Toodo mal con este hotel! Es inseguro y tiene CERO ATENCIÓN Al CLIENTE! Jamás regresare y por supuesto no lo recomiendo!!!

We stayed 5 nights and all staff were excellent throughout and helped with excursion bookings etc. Hotel is ideally placed in the Old Town, 10 mins walk from both Wenceslas Square and the Old Town Square. Breakfast choices were very good and bedrooms comfortable and clean. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Excellent location and solid rooms. The staff is supposed to be available 24/7, but we had to wait some time to be let into the hotel again after a night out. It was rainy and cold and we did not appreciate having to wait 15-20 minutes outside at 1AM. Other than that, the hotel is great!

K+K Central Hotel was a beautiful hotel incredibly close to Parizska Street, the Powder Tower, amazing streets and passageways where you discover something different every walk, the main square and Charles Bridge. They also provided 2 bottles of water everyday which was a nice touch. It was right across the street from an incredible restaurant called Cerveny Jelen. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The bar area was nice and check-in and check-out were easy. There were only a few downsides: the room never really cooled off, the bathtub shower is not very luxe and there is a lot of construction right outside of the hotel. The hotel cannot help but construction and we couldn’t hear it in our room but it did impact ease of walking in the area or having a Bolt/Uber pick you up. While I liked the hotel for many reasons, I’m not 100% sure I would book here again. The next time I would look for something closer to Charles Bridge.

Hotel very well located, just near the old town. Staff very nice. Large variety of food for the breakfast. The only (slight) concerns are the not so well decorated rooms, without a coffee-machine (just a stick of coffee powder) in the room and no real fruit juices (just a juices dispenser) for the breakfast.

Clean hotel in a good area. Good amenities. Fridge, kettle and excellent daily cleaning. Comfortable bed and nice complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was disappointing, Porridge was never refilled and waited ages for hot food. We only went to breakfast on our first morning then ate out instead. Reception staff were very blunt, unsmiley and on one occasion a male member on Reception was very rude. Bar man was lovely and helpful.

Booked because of the proximity to TGM railstation. OK hotel for the price range in the area. Breakfast area quite small and cramped, selection was standard and could be definitely be a bigger bang for the buck. There are better hotels for that money in the neighbourhood.
