Bar no longer available. Went to eat at restaurant and was not made to feel welcome so decided to eat elsewhere. My travelling companion accidentally broke a lamp and was charged 1500 Czech Krona. Surely the hotel has insurance.

Das Hotel liegt an einer Straße die stark durch Straßenbahnen befahren wird, sprich es ist sehr laut. Vor allem wenn es so heiß wie die Tage ist und man wegen fehlender Klimaanlage die Fenster öffnen muss. Dafür ist man aber auch sehr schnell in der Stadt! Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Das größte Problem in diesem Haus sind die Parkmöglichkeiten. Expedia darf dieses Hotel nicht mit Parkplätzen anbieten, sprich wenn uch Parkplätze anklicke darf dieses Hotel nicht in der engeren Auswahl auftauchen, da es faktisch keine Parkplätze gibt! Für über 100 Zimmer stehen 5 Parkplätze in der Garage bereit. Sind die belegt (Reservierung erforderlich!) wird man über 1 km! weiter geschickt um dort das Auto kostenpflichtig zu parken. Wer will nach langer Anreise noch durch die halbe Stadt fahren und rennen? Was aber sehr negativ ist, 25€ für eine Nacht parken zu verlangen ist schon an Wucher nicht mehr zu überbieten! Das Zimmer hat bereits für eine Nacht über 100€ gekostet. Zu empfehlen sind Anreisen mit dem Taxi, Tram oder zu Fuss! Die Schuld mit den Parkmöglichkeitenchaos liegt aber einzig bei Expedia, da sie augenscheinlich die Häuser nicht kennt oder vorher besucht um dieses Details seinen Kunden mitzuteilen!

Lovely room. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast. Disappointed the lounge bar wasn't open, but you could have a drink in the Belcredi which was attached to the hotel. Had a Thai massage which was very good. A very pleasant stay.

Nettes Hotel für nur eine Nacht, günstige Lage. Exekutive Etage, Zimmer 8E, nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr laut, Straßenbahnlinie vor dem Fenster. Parken im Hotel 25€ . Das ist teuer. Das Zimmer ist sauber und gemütlich.

The reception staff was very friendly. The extensive breakfast buffet also offered something for everyone. However, the room wasn't cleaned very thoroughly. The toilet took forever to flush, and there was nowhere to hang anything in the bathroom. The city center was within easy walking distance, and all public transport options were nearby.

Schönes preiswertes Hotel mit guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Gutes günstiges Parkhaus gegenüber vom Stadion mit Straßenbahn sehr gut erreichbar. Großer Park ebenfalls in nächster Nähe mit guter Aussicht über die Stadt. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und waren somit sehr sauber. Leider waren die Zimmer nicht so groß wie sie auf den Bildern ausschauen. Zudem war die Aussicht auf ein paar Lüftungsschächte im Innenhof auch nicht die Beste. Frühstück und das Servicepersonal war sehr zuvorkommend und haben sich gut um das eigene Wohlbefinden gekümmert. An sich ein gutes Hotel, dass für ein paar Tage in der Stadt definitiv ein guter Ausgangspunkt ist. Man darf jedoch kein Problem damit haben die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu nutzen, da das Hotel ca. eine halbe Stunde Fußweg von der Altstadt entfernt ist.

Good location. Building maintenance is an issue. Motion activated bathroom light cycled on/off with almost no relation to actual motion. It would turn off while you were on the toilet or in the shower and turn on when noone was there. No switch to turn it off entirely. No water for several hours after check in due to building repairs.

Doppelzimmer im 1. Stock. Man bekommt kaum ein Auge zu, da die Straßenbahn so laut ist das man denkt sie fährt direkt durchs Zimmer. Bei der Dusche kamen nur 3 Tropfen Wasser und man konnte die Temperatur nicht einstellen. Erst kalt dann viel zu heiß. Frühstück gut und ausreichend. Personal sehr nett.

nice hotel, good value, safe area with a decent sized room. only negatives where that there was no shower screen so after every shower the bathroom was flooded which was inconvenient. If im going to be picky the selection for breakfast was a little limited but otherwise it was a great stay and i would recommended it.

Vi var där i 4 nätter och även om det blev städat så byttes aldrig lakanen eller borstades av när det bäddades men rena handdukar varje dag! Extremt lyhört, så öronproppar är ett måste! Bra läge och smidigt att ta sig med spårvagnen precis utanför över hela staden! Frukosten var kanon! Dock var det 2 av kvällarna en show i matsalen till efter midnatt (inget som vi blivit informerade om varken vid bokning eller incheckning) och även om vi bodde på våning 3 så lät det som att vi var i samma rum. När vi försökte prata med personalen om detta var det enda dom sa att dom bad om ursäkt att det låter men det är vad det är. Frågade om dom hade öronproppar till oss i alla fall men deras svar var att det var mitt problem att lösa och att det fanns en butik en liten bit ifrån som har öppet dygnet runt. Även när vi hade andra frågor om rekommendationer och dylikt var dom väldigt nonchalanta. Så frukost kanon, läge kanon, hotellet helt ok, personal och service kass!

Bad und Toilette waren getrennt und beides sehr sehr klein. Der Bewegungsmelder erreichte die Dusche nicht, somit wurde es schonmal dunkel und man musste erst die Duschtüre öffnen oder schneller duschen.

Hotel was good, bed very comfortable and staff were really friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the city centre (about 25 min). We liked the breakfast buffet. Fresh brewed coffee, cakes and rolls. The minuses of our room: plug socket were hidden behind furniture (can't work on my laptop because these plugs were only next to the bed, behind night tables. Another minus is bathtub without curtain (bathroom get wet quickly).

FIVE STARS! Front desk was super helpful, great taco place arond the corner ( a chain), simple but solid solid breakfast. Beds were not as comfortable as I would have hoped but it didnt really bother me enough.Awesome place overall. Definitely coming back! : )

Die Lage war sehr gut. Viele Tramverbindungen befinden sich in der Nähe des Hotels in Richtung Innenstadt oder zur Seilbahn zum Petrinberg etc. Die Metro-Haltestelle Vlatavská (Linie C) ist eine Haltestelle mit der Straßenbahn entfernt; zu Fuss konnte sie auch erreicht werden. Das Frühstück empfand ich als durchschnittlich. Positiv fand ich, dass frisches Obst und Gemüse aufgestellt waren. Das Essen wurde regelmäßig aufgefüllt. Die Brotauswahl war eher gering: das Schnittbrot erinnerte mich an Brot im Plastikbeutel aus dem Supermarkt. Was ich sehr ärgerlich empfand beim Frühstück war das zu frühe Abräumen durch die Angestellten. Wenn ich den Tisch verließ, um etwas vom Buffet zu holen, war meine noch volle Tasse, der Teller mit Obst o.ä. bereits weg. Ich habe der Angestellten gesagt, dass ich die Sachen noch esse oder trinke. Als ich zurück zum Buffet ging, war das Essen und Getränk trotzdem weg. Dies geschah jeden Morgen. Ich bat die Angestellten auf englisch, das Essen/Getränk nicht wegzunehmen. Sie antworteten nicht und nahmen die Sachen trotz meiner Bitte weg. Der eine Angestellte log mich sogar an und antwortete, dass er nur das Papier wegnehmen wollte, obwohl ich genau gesehen habe, wie er die Teetasse bereits in der Hand hatte und sie schnell wieder auf den Tisch stellte. Ich konnte nicht in Ruhe zum Buffet, da mir noch gefüllte Tassen und Teller weggenommen wurden, sobald ich mich vom Tisch entfernte.

This property is not a 4 star hotel. This hotel is old and rooms are average. Reception staff ( depending on who you meet) can be welcoming or rude. I needed a toothbrush and the mid-aged guy at the reception asked for $2, what kind of a hotel charges money for this basic amenities ? The only reason i am even giving a 2 star is for a courteous employee who helped us with our queries and was easy to talk to.

The hotel was nicely situated near center of Prague. Public transport was exellent, for example from airport to hotel, and vice versa, bus and a tram, 30 minutes. First class room with a bath and exellent breakfast, including warm dishes, meat cuts, variety of cheses yougurths, bread, cereals, fruits and pastries. Coffee, tea and apple and orange juices were included.

It was a good hotel. The room was big and clean. Maybe a bit overpriced but we were there during New Years so thar might be why. The beds were a bit too hard for my liking but still okay. The breakfast was decent. Nothing special.

The hotel room was affordable, clean and comfortable. The biggest minus was insufficient air conditioning. There was a fan in the room, and opening the window helped a little. The staff was friendly and polite, and there were many different options for breakfast. However, there were very few vegetarian options, and most of the foods contained lactose. The location was really good, as well as public transport.

Im Badezimmer wäre es gut wenn man zum Duschen einen Vorhang hätte und der Duschkopf auch in der richtigen höhe wäre. Steckdose am Nachtkästchen zum Laden für das Handy wäre gut und nicht am Boden beim Ausgang. Beim Frühstück würde ich mir etwas mehr Abwechslung vorstellen und einen Echten Kaffee kein Pulverkaffee. Ansonsten war alles gut
