Hotel Atos

Cuando realicé la reserva ponía que era un hotel de 4 estrellas, pero es un hotel de 3 estrellas, y lo ví justito. La habitación estaba muy bien, nos gustó. Pero el jabón que ponen para la ducha no vale nada, te tienes que lavar tres veces para que haga espuma, la ducha difícil de regular. Solo un ascensor para todo el hotel y no daba abasto, y estábamos en una quinta planta. Sobre todo a la hora del desayuno imposible coger el ascensor. El desayuno correcto, pero mucha gente. A pesar de todo hemos podido descansar bien. Y la ubicación es excelente, al lado de la parada de tranvias, y cerca del centro para ir caminando.

Good, clean hotel in a great location. Added security measures of having to use your room card to access lift & corridors was good. Breakfast ok not great but typical of what you get in Prague.

Hotel muy cerca al centro histórico solo 10 minutos caminando , el personal es amable , el desayuno buffet es variado . Son pet friendly y no me cobraron la estancia de mi mascota de 6 kilos .

The lift was out of order for our entire week’s stay. We asked to move from the 5th floor but the staff never followed up with us. The air conditioning unit did not work either. The facility had a nice atmosphere but the challenges of staying on the 5th floor made it difficult.

Lage ist perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für einen Städtetrip. Gutes Frühstück und freundliche Rezeptionisten. Parkplätze waren keine verfügbar, da die Garage angeblich voll sei. Am Wochenende kann man jedoch gratis direkt vor dem Hotel parken. In der Woche ist dies sehr teuer. In unserem Zimmer blätterte ein wenig Farbe von der Wand ab und der Fön war defekt, was uns aber nicht weiter störte. Zimmer sind relativ klein jedoch gut ausgestattet und sauber. Immer wieder gerne !

Had a good experience staying at Hotel Atos. Our room was clean and the staff was friendly. We stayed for a weekend trip and it was very convenient. There are several food options, cafes and a bus station nearby. Great location to park your car and walk around the city. Also very dog friendly as we stayed with our two dogs. Around the corner of the hotel there is a grassy area for any dogs. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family!

Llegamos y nos informaron que el elevador se dañó el día anterior y que lo iban a arreglar. Pasaron 4 noches y nunca sucedió el arreglo. Alojamos en el último piso del hotel y no había personal que apoyase con la subida de equipaje o bajada, tomando en cuenta que al reservar contabamos con una comodidad (elevador). Pedí cambio de habitación y dijeron estar llenos. El servicio de recepción es casi ausente.

A gem. Older hotel in great shape. Front desk staff terrific helped us find a laundry to do wash clothes. Breakfast buffet good. Elevator broke one morning however it was fixed pretty quick. The tram runs out front and that is all you need to see this lovely city. Great deal. Great hotel.

Der Service an Rezeption und zum Frühstück war super .Alles verkehrsgünstig per Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Nur die Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind sehr begrenzt !!!

Läget var toppen. Bodde här 1 vecka. Mycket besviken på städningen som var obefintlig. Efter klagomål så städade de 1 ggr på en vecka. Annars enbart tömning papperskorg och ny handduk. Trångt vid frukosten i källaren och snålt. Melon endast 1 dag sedan inget resten av veckan. Hoppade över frukost gick på café istället, inte värt frukosten på hotellet.

Le personnel est agréable. En revanche, le ménage est très mal fait au niveau de la chambre ou dans les espaces communs. Nous avons été infesté de bête dans notre lit. en revanche, l'emplacement de l'hotel est parfait, centre-ville à 30 minutes à pied ou moins de 01 minutes en tram.

Clean, tidy and comfortable room for me. The hotel is near to the city centre location by 2-3 minutes tram.

Hotel absolutely spotless army of staff cleaning and maintaining the hotel. Beds comfortable, shower lovely with lots of hot water. Room warm in winter. Breakfast very good. 15 minutes walk to Charles bridge. Very good price especially as breakfast included.

Hotel non in centro ma situato a venti minuti a piedi dalla piazza della città vecchia.in un quartiere molto tranquillo. Camera spaziosa e pulita, colazione a buffet, personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliato senz’altro.

Zimmer würde nicht gereinigt, Boden war im Bad dreckig, waschbecken verdreckt. Tassen und Gläser im Zimmer würden nicht gewachsen. Frühstück war katastrophal. Auswahl war schlimm. Rezeption gab es kein deutsch sprachige Personal da. Und waren alle auch unhöflich und lustlos. Es gab nichtmal deutsch sprachige Fernseher kanäle da, obwohl in der Beschreibung des hotels vermerkt war deutsch sprachige Rezeption und tv. So ein hotel hatte ich noch nie. Bin sehr traurig und unzufriedenen

The hotel is a few mins in taxi from the Praha lh.n train station. The area is safe and quiet in general with restaurants, cafeterias, and stores. Check-in and check-out were straightforward. Churches and other places of interest are at walking distance from the hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was included. Food options were very good, warm and well served. The ladies of the restaurant do a great job. We will definitely go back.

I was surperised that there was no air condition . It was very warm, but they provided a small fan. It was not mentioned on the hotel.com that there was no air condition.

The bed was very hard and we woke up with back pain. The room was hot as A/C control was missing. There was no coffee pot in room. The elevator was very noisy and slow. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Overall I have nothing good to say about it.

Fint nok værelse. Kunne godt trænge til en gennemgang. Det ene vindue på værelset kunne ikke lukkes ordentligt. Der var derfor en del støj fra gaden. Der var ingen aircondition, men heldigvis en lille ventilator. Sengen var meget hård og puden alt for blød. Afløbet i brusen virkede stort set ikke, så blev helt nervøs da brusebadet også blev et fodbad. (Det var ellers en rigtig lækker bruser)

Quarto grande, muito confortável, banheiro excelente, café da manhã variado e bem servido. Localização ótimo, um pouco afastado do agito, mas perfeitamente possível de chegar ao centro a pé ou por transporte público, já que tem um ponto de VLT quase em frente ao hotel.

Die Strassenbahn war sehr laut, man konnte kein Fesnster öffnen. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

Hotel was good. Check in are done smoothly and the staffs are friendly. No air conditioning in the room, only a small fan. So don't come during summer. it will be hot. You can open the window to let in the cool air, but the street next to it is a main road with noise from tram, and cars. Also from people partying until late night.

Located in the "Lesser Town" of Prague, the hotel is not "close" to many typical attractions, but is well located to be equidistant from them all, and easily accessible by foot or tram. I picked this hotel because I was arriving into town on a late flight and needed a hotel on the route of the night bus from the airport. The bus dropped me off about two blocks away, which was very convenient. Pretty much all tourist attractions I visited were within 30 minutes walk, or about a 5-10 minute tram ride. The hotel itself was a bit old, but had all the amenities I needed. The room was reasonably large and although it did not have air conditioning, there was a fan provided that did the job for me. I travelled when the weather was slightly cooler (about 20-25 degrees C), so it was comfortable for me, but travelling in warmer weather may cause issues for others. In addition, the hotel provided complimentary breakfast, which I greatly enjoyed. The wifi was also good, and the staff were friendly, especially those working the breakfast buffet. The area around the hotel was very walkable, and the hill up the park was easily accessible. There are a few restaurants and cafes near the restaurant, but more options were available closer to St. Nicholas Church. While there are not a lot of people around at night, I never felt unsafe. I would consider this hotel again next time I visit Prague.

Lo unico malo es que el placar era como para una sola persona en una habitacion de 3, lo que hizo que tengamos las cosas en las dos sillas que habia en el cuarto y eso que viajamos solo con la mochila individual. Otra cosa es que no tiene aire acondicionado ni ventilador y estos dias han hecho 32 y 33 grados, lo que hizo que cueste un poco dormir. Lo bueno que tenia una nevera y podiamos tener bebidas frescas.

Location was great. Just a few steps from a tram station. The room was clean. It was small but has a high ceiling making it feel larger than the actual size. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The only negative part was the noise outside of the hotel. I was in tje 2nd floor and i could here everything that was going on in the street including the regular sound of the trams.

スタッフのみなさんは、フレンドリーで気持ちの良い対応でした。プラハ城、カレル橋から近く、また、空港から、バスとトラムの乗り継ぎで簡単に宿へたどり着きました。朝食のビュッフェも種類が多く、おいしくいただきました。朝食前にチェックアウトの場合は、ランチボックスを用意いただけるようでした。　エレベーターが少し老朽化していて、少しスリリングでした。部屋は5階でした。天窓があり、素敵な部屋でした。

Our 2nd time at the Atos. Not a 5 star hotel but amazing value for the price paid. Freindly staff & a great location for what we wanted to do. Will definitely return.

Great hotel with a friendly welcome. Perfectly located just a short walk from the city centre and all the sites. Some refurbishment happening when we visited but if we hadn't seen the workmen going about their business, we wouldnt have even known it was going on. Good breakfast! Would definitely recommend!

This hotel is an excellent choice and I highly recommend it! It was very affordable and in a great location! It was a 20-30 minute tram ride from the international airport and the main train station. It was only 2 blocks off of the river and it was a beautiful and safe, 15 mins walk into the Old Town, across the bridge where all of the evening action takes place. It is also walking distance to the Prague Castle, which is a must-see. The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent! The front desk people spoke English and were very helpful. I will be booking this hotel when I come back to Prague again!

I arrived after 23:00, but they welcomed me with a smile. Very kind and polite customer service. Tram station is also nearby, so you can easily move to the central station and the airport.

This is a great little affordable hotel, close to streetcar lines and the river, and an easy walk to much of the city.

Had an amazing stay, location is perfect!

Location is excellent, walking distance to old town, nice cafes and restaurants. No air conditioning but we could open windows and it was okay. There is a street car and it is loud but convenient to get around the city. Overall it was worth every penny.

Ideal for walking to most areas of interest

Great location, spotless and clean, staff friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms dated would do with little refurbishment to zhoozh up. The breakfast was little bit sad and the breakfast room very hot and crowded not very enjoyable.

The hotel itself is good, especially for the price. The location is perfect. Only a few minutes walk to the city center. The only negative thing is the breakfast. There is not much, and what is there is really bad.

A beautiful building. Breakfast is of average quality. Would be nice to have better juice and more fruits and vegetables. Selection of Czech cheese was good. Location is very good.
