Das Art Nouveau Palace Hotel ist ein sehr gut erhaltenes Jugendstil-Gebäude mit einem sehr hochwertigen Hotelbetrieb. Die Original-Einrichtung ist gut erhalten, die Restaurierung ist bis auf wenige Ausnahmen sorgfältig und geschmackvoll. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, einige Details könnten noch besser sein. Nur ein Spa habe ich ein wenig vermisst.

The location was perfect, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very courteous. Visited in December for the Christmas markets and to see Prague Castle. We used the Metro to save some steps on the way to Prague Castle, but we were able to easily walk everywhere else! Metro station was one block away. The restaurant attached to the hotel was the perfect place for an evening beverage to recap the day then head up to the room. Restaurant staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodate!

My first time in Prague , the hotel rated 5 stars and the cost on the high side , yet I think I paid only for the location , the hotel has on site parking which I found very useful though expensive !! Normally I’m not a critical person, yet few simple things or retrofits could’ve been great , for example no bedside charging ports or even power outlets!! , the TV channels selection was very poor and no English channels except one !! The bathroom floor slippery and very risky to take shower in the deep bathtub!! The towels and slippers are of low quality !!

Overall a very good experience. Property is well located and modern. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was ample and good. Close proximity to Old Town and a short train ride to the castle. Only issue we had was the heat one night was excessive (they had yet to turn on the air conditioning). To resolve we opened up the windows to bring the temperature down and closed them when we went to sleep. Property is used by Viking tours which speaks to its quality. Property is also close to a number of restaurant choices. There is a restaurant on site and we found the quality of the food and service to be very good.

We were super pleased that our room was ready at 11am which was a nice surprise & the reception staff were super friendly upon arrival. The room was spacious & comfortable, the porter. & bar staff were professional. Conveniently located 750 metres from Old Town Square. We loved the buffet breakfast and bar / lounge area downstairs.

Stayed at the Palace for 3 nights in March and it was absolutely fantastic. From check in to check out the service was excellent, the staff were super friendly and very knowledgable about the city. We received a warm welcome at check in and were able to check into our room early. The room was lovely, very spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional, so much choice including the standard breakfast foods but also some Czech delicacies. The cafe bar near reception was also really nice for an evening drink. Overall a brilliant experience and would absolutely stay here again.

It was a great stay , Hotel is very beautiful just like the pictures , we got upgraded on arrival to the next type of room and we also received a bottle of sparkling in our room which made our stay even better . Service was very good, very clean and breakfast had different options , overall we had a great time. Thank you Art Nouveau Palace Hotel, we loved it!

Beautiful hotel in the centre of Prague easily accessible by bus and metro from the airport. The cleanest , neatest hotel you would stay in . Very friendly staff throughout. Vast selection at breakfast with omelette station !

The stay was very good but two conditions vas not so good: The drawings in the wardrobe was very dusty, and we had to dust them ourselves before placing clothes in them. The towels were changed every day as if they were hung on the rack and even though there was a sign stating the opposite. It was reported two times with no effect. It looks like poor management og cleaning staff - and greenwashing!

26 degreesnin the room. They didn’t stop heating and you can’t do anything in the room. No AC, not working. Bed uncomfortable, a very bad smell from the sewage. Breakfast it was mediocre, the staff were working in dresses sleeveless because was so hot, imagine how uncomfortable was for guest that are actually paying to stay here. The quality of food mediocre from breakfast, I only eat once in all 4 nights. Was very bad. The reception staff not friendly at all, quite rude. The cleaning in the room was fine. Never coming bavl To This hotel and I don’t recommend. I payed 150 euro per night and definitely this is a maximum 3 star hotel, not 5 star.

One thing we had a serious problem with was the lighting in the room-even with all lights on and the window shades open it was not light enough. Also the plug ins were not in convenient spaces or there were not enough. Also they had no usb or usb-c ports so we were in a bit of a bind because we only had one adapter each. Some of the lights would flicker when we tried to use the same outlet to plug our adapters in.

The beds could use an upgrade but otherwise it was great. Beautiful marble bathrooms with spacious tubs, unbeatable location while still being quiet, solid breakfast buffet, very professional front desk staff.

I was given two twin beds and for the first night although I didn’t choose twin beds. When asked for king bed, I was told that there were no other room available for the night, but I was promised same grade room with king bed starting the next day. Unfortunately, next day when I went to the checkin counter, I was told that there are no rooms available and they can only provide a king bed with a downgraded room, without even an apology. This could have been handled a lot better. Other than this poor handling by the hotel management , I am happy with my stay.

Warm, friendly staff from the start till the end at the check in & out counter. Highly efficient when we asked for iron and ironing board at almost midnight. Greeted warmly by the team of staff at breakfast. Highly recoomend it. Great location, easy access to hisotric sites and shopping.

Room was much better than expected, I love my hotel rooms to have some Hygge. The champagne in the room on arrival was a great addition after a long day travelling. Hotel rooms with bath tubs are few and far between, but was made use of due to a bit of flu that came with us on our journey. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check in a breeze. The highlight of our stay though has to be the amazing buffet breakfast, the food was amazing and so many options including and omelette station. The staff very attentive and you would never be left with an empty coffee cup. When we come back to Prague, we shall for sir being stating here.

We stayed in junior suit The room was on ish but still tiered Bathroom was a disaster Shower screen wasn’t staying put so the water was leaking on the bathroom floor making it slippery and dangerous. Shower gel and shampoo holders are coming off The breakfast was ok, the lady that greeted the guests was very nice (than you) Upon check out the person (old boldly guy) was very rude and was trying to mock me! - I just had no time and desire escalate to complain his behaviour as in rush to airport with newborn in our hands - DISGRACE for hotel I won’t be staying there anymore and neither will advise others

The staff were very friendly. The driver arranged through the hotel for the airport pick was outstanding. Waited more than one hour 45 minutes at the airport due to a delayed flight and when we arrived he was there friendly and willing to explain thigs on the drive to the hotel . Definitely 5 star service

The property was in an ideal location. Close enough to easily walk into the historic center of the old part of the city but with easy access to train, tram, bus, and Uber transportation as well to reach other areas. Very large room in a beautifully restored older building. Wonderful, helpful, accommodating staff. Excellent included breakfast!

An absolute great hotel. Near to town centre, just a 10-15 walk to the town main square. Spacious rooms. Housekeeping perfect, turn down servie etc. We simply loved breakfast. All you could wish for, omelett bar etc. Highly recommend this hotel for any kind of travel.

This hotel was convenient located in old town. We walked everywhere. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. There’s was lots of fresh fruit, an omelette station and bacon and sausage. We were very happy with it all. The room was clean and quiet. There was lots of room and storage. Coffee and tea in the room were a bonus.
