This hotel is beautiful and our room was unique and beautiful (and great for a longer stay). The staff is excellent at customer service and are used to travelers having jet lag and/or needing to check in at odd hours. They are very welcoming if you want to sit in the courtyard or the restaurant without ordering food. The location is amazing--there is a tram stop just up a little hill, beautiful views right there, and beautiful places to eat. One warning--the gym is not open right now and I had booked this hotel purposefully because it had a gym (I am a fitness instructor and needed to stay in shape). It's hard to complain when staying at such a great place but going to gyms in the area is not cheap or easy, so it made things a bit difficult. Overall, this is a great place--if you need a gym, I'd make sure it's open and I'd also look at the pictures. I stayed at one other hotel that had a fabulous gym but/and the staff was not great and more-the Mozart overall does a great job. I have already urged a family member to book there next month.

Beautiful hotel, but they had other events a few nights, so couldn't use the bar or patio area. Homeless people were our morning view outside. Should have had castle view, but it wasn't really a great view. Just the very top of it. Should had been a higher floor.

The room was very clean. We were on the first floor and our room had a musty/mildew smell which we attributed to the build of the shower. The first night we had to shut the door to the bedroom. The hotel staff did their best on our second night to clean and mask the smell. Overall, the room was fabulous but that smell will stay with us for a little while.

후기에 베드버그 이야기가 있어서 걱정했는데 다행히 스팀다리미로 싹 스팀했음에도 벌레는 발견되지 않았어요. 그치만 샤워필터는 꼭!!! 챙기세요!!! 필터에 녹물은 기본이고 별의별 불순물이 다 걸러져서 나왔어요. 플라스틱같은 이물질도 있더라구요. 아마 배관이 오래돼서 그런것 같아요. 조식은 가격이 좀 있지만 꼭 드세요! 진짜 맛있어요! 그리고 식당 직원들이 정말 친절해요~ 특히 동양인 여성 직원분이 정말 세심하게 챙겨주셔서 좋은 시간 보냈습니다. 위치는 까를교와 구시가지를 모두 도보로 다닐 수 있고 바로 앞에 트램도 다니는 최고의 위치입니다!

Nice hotel, perfect location, good view from our room (410), room was clean and minibar was complementary. Unfortunately the room was quite smelly, a mix of smell of sewage from the drains in the bathroom and cooking smells from the kitchen. Various lights in the room flickered and some didn’t work at all. Overall the hotel needs to inspect and care for their rooms a little better, atleast at the given price point.

Very nice hotel , excellent and very friendly staff , they will do everything possible to make your trip as easy as possible! Amazing area around the hotel . Daily breakfast is delicious and fresh , rooms are clean . Hotel needs a little renovation though ( it’s outdated , visible signs of age, such as worn carpets, faded paint etc ) But I still do recommend this hotel

Allen was fantastic! Hotel was okay. We were put into a huge room in the older half of the building and it was a unique experience however we got there and there was used glasses and the phone wouldn’t work other than to call reception. There was a bathtub that we couldn’t get to drain so we had to call maintenance at 11pm to come to the room and fix it. In the morning we noticed there were ants all over the room and bed. Went to the reception and asked for a manager and there wasn’t one there. Had to wait a while for someone to check out and a new room to be cleaned for us to switch rooms. Second room had a nice view but smaller and the shower didn’t have a door so the tile floors were soaked and slippery afterwards. Had to ask a second time to speak to the manager because they didn’t come see us when they got there and were told it’s an old building and they are aware of the ant problem. Gave us a free drink and some points for Accor to make up for it. The information about the hotel they provide on the tv gives false/misleading information. We spent a lot of CAD on this hotel but not really worth it.

This property looks good in pictures. The property has four floors and attic. They have built rooms in the attic. The only elevator goes only to the fourth floor, so, if your room is in the attic you have to take the stairs with your luggage. The attic rooms are very small and uncomfortable. If you are taller than 5’5” you can hit your head with the ceiling beams. Even though I booked a premium room, we were given the attic room because of unavailability until the next day when upon insistence we changed rooms. The shower is unsafe, the sauna is underground and requires better lighting and handrails. The staff is attentive.

The nightmare started at check in with them putting us in an unsafe, dirty room with portable AC within 6 inches of bed and exhaust hose put out an open window to roof level allowing any type of rat and or bird in the room. The suite was sooo dirty and hot. They put us in a small room for night and relocated us in the suite as shown in the image when booked, but it did not have the view as described in booking. The suite was booked for view of Charles bridge and river, but it only had alley view with graffiti on the buildings. The GM did refund 1 night for the first night experience but did nothing about the false and deceptive practice about room type and view, only stated it was not available. He did not respond to email whereas i evidenced the room description and amount paid for view, which was guaranteed room type, not based on availability. Overall, the hotel was dirty (carpets and floors). The massage room had foul moldy odor and no bathroom in spa area, so you had to go back to your room, they had no water after massage and could not bill to room! The hotel had no gym (dis at time of booking) The Gm you stated that its longer shown on website and was closed 6 to 7 months ago and equipment packed up!? I'm sure what going on at hotel but staff does not respect do not disturb room sign whatsoever! I was notified by a staff member that hotel is being remodeled at end of year that' why they are not taking care of it. They should not be allowed to maintain 5 star status

The hotel was lovely, clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast is excellent too and we would stay again, however the air con in our room was broken and we were on the top floor. This made for an uncomfortable time at night particularly, which would have been a big issue in the summer (we went in April). Apart from that we were very happy.

Spacious living area with extremely tiny toilet closet (separate from bathroom). Shower completely soaks the bathroom floor no matter which way you angle the shower head and there isn’t a fan or opening window in the bathroom so it smelled musty the entire time. Curtains don’t cover the windows well and one window was missing any type of covering so it’s bright in the morning. King beds are actually just 2 twins pushed together. Room was quiet on the courtyard side. Excellent location for walking and exploring.

Lovely hotel, well positioned. Nice staff. Our room, whilst modern and spacious, had low beams and was at the top of a narrow staircase where it was very easy to bump your head. The bathroom was clean but the shower was very poor. No water pressure and hard to regulate the temperature.

Building was older, typical of most older European hotels. However, it was very clean. Location is excellent for walking in Old Town and Castle Town. We had a river view room. Nice view but the view was accompanied by noise from traffic and people.

The property was perfectly situated. It it literally minutes away from Charles Bridge and Old Town. The only this I did. It like was the specific room we got. He were in the 3rd floor. Part of the room was built into what appeared to once be an attic. Therefore while the room was beautiful, the sides of the main part room where very short. We had to constantly be looking out to not bump our heads into the sealing. When my wife asked about another room, she was told that there was in fact one more left, also in the 3rd flood, but without elevator access. We therefore staying in the room and otherwise enjoyed our experience.

Staff was friendly, accommodating and very professional. Our Nespresso wasn’t working so the 2 days that we stayed they brought us coffee to our room. We also had white wine waiting when we arrived with a nice thank you note!! Thanks to Oxana, Denisa, Kiriel and Pedro for making our experience pleasant!!

Prag gerne wieder- Hotel Mozart never again !! Leider hält das Hotel nicht was es verspricht. Das Personal ist unfreundlich bis unverschämt und kennt sich selber nicht im eigenen Hotel aus. Zimmerreinigung nur nach Ermahnung. Das Zimmer konnte nicht gezeigt werden da das Personal selber nicht wusste wo die superior Zimmer lagen. Schade, das Gebäude selbst ist wirklich schön

Excellent service from the staff throughout my stay. I had a fall in the city but made my way back to the hotel and went to bed. The pain became more intense through the night and at around 5am I came to reception and asked for a suggestion for a suitable hospital. They suggested a hospital and called a taxi service to take me there. It was confirmed that I had broken two bones in my arm and a plaster cast was applied. The support received from the hotel staff for the remainder of my stay was excellent. I shall return to see those places I missed due to being incapcitated.

Amazing staff!!! From the moment we walked through the front door everything was perfect. We had a problem getting to the street in front of the hotel to unload and Alan,the concierge, walked with my husband to our car to help him navigate the GPS glitch. Everyone from front desk to housekeeping spoke several languages and our every wish was quickly and efficiently handled. The convenience of The Mozart can’t be beat. It is close to all of the attractions and so walkable we never needed our car again until we checked out. We stayed in a room on the 3rd floor it was lovely and large with a separate sitting area and had 11/2 bathrooms. I would definitely stay again We loved it!

The hotel location is perfect. I have absolutely nothing but the best to say about where the hotel is in relation to all of the best sites. The room was very, very large and fairly comfortable. I don’t know that I would describe it necessarily as luxurious, but definitely comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this property to anybody visiting Prague and would probably stay here again.

Great location a block away from Charles Bridge. We had a big room, very good mattress, and nice furniture. The breakfast is also good and offers some a la carte items. Our room was looking out on the main street in front of the hotel yet still very quiet. Great view of the river and castle. Staff was very friendly. Overall we had a great experience.

Beautiful hotel and we were well looked after by reception. Upgraded to a river view room on arrival and we found a bottle of Prosecco and glasses in the room when we returned to the room from a walk. The restaurant for breakfast was a met down as it was really slow (we waited for 45 minutes for scrambled egg on toast). Some toast came out after 20 mins (which I ate!) followed by a plate of egg nearly half an hour later. Annoying watching other couples who walked in after us getting served before us (and no it wasn’t busy!) Need to up their game in the restaurant but overall a really nice stay with a picture postcard view.

This is a fantastic facility in the centre of Prague, probably the best location you can get there. Everything is in walking distance and lots of attractions nearby (unfortunately also all the tourists), but the hotel provides a tranquil oasis with two inner backyards that are so quiet that you can only hear the birds chirping and the fountain splashing. The hotel's structure is several hundred years old, and though its maintained very well, there are a few issues with it that you just have to live with. I also guess that it very much depends on the type of room that you get and which season you travel. The hotel's staff are super friendly and always want to help and find solutions. The rooms are spacious and offer good amenities, fridge, fresh mineral water every day, coffee maker etc. We never missed anything. The only (and I repeat the only) thing that we were not happy with is the breakfast buffet. For the price of USD 39, we would expect more in Prague. But this is a completely subjective judgment.

4x stars for: A La carte breakfest is very slow, you can order omlet but you will get it after 20-25 mins. Toilet in MUCHA SUITE, I had a feeling it is built in wall cabinet, very tiny. Mini-bar, hotel excluded any alcohol beverages, why?, in 5 stars hotel? Pillows, filling, uncomfortable.

A lovely time. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Dining options were excellent, with a cafe and the Meateater restaurant. The Meateater is not the cheapest, but the quality of the food and service are definitely worth it. I would definitely recommend for trips into Prague old town, easily walkable, with Charles bridge just a couple of minutes away, giving access to the Castle across the river. Other areas like the national museum, or the rest of old town, are only 10 minutes or so.

What a wonderful hotel.. from the check-in to the excellent breakfast! Make sure you add the breakfast and ask the front desk for recommendations for restaurants to eat at.. The staff at The Mozart very accommodating. Cannot wait to return and thank you for a awesome stay.

The only issue with this hotel was the restaurant not being available for dinner on night 1 and on night two refusing to allow take out. Staff at the restaurant was rude. Staff in hotel could not have been more pleasant.
