When you arrive there is a landline phone at the terminal information desk where you can call for shuttle. In the morning shuttle is very busy, but local buses to terminals run every 5 minutes just across the road.

I booked this hotel because it had a restaurant and bar and my schedule was super tight. The restaurant and bar were closed on this Saturday, no explanation. Mall food is what was for dinner. No ice machines. Booked a king bed, it was a double with one pillow and a too small threadbare comforter. Aging property in need of a reno. Stained chairs and carpets. Clean and smelled okay though! Airport shuttle was on time.

I received all the products and services as advertised and that are expected from an airport hotel. All staff was friendly and helpful. It appears that the bathroom was newly renovated, beds were comfortable and storage space was ample. I took one star off for Property Conditions because the carpets need to be replaced. They had bleach stains in some areas - but, importantly, the carpets were clean!

The hotel and grounds were really clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Some common areas such as hallway carpets were showing some age but they were clean and maintained. Our room was updated, clean and very comfortable.

Not sure what’s wrong with the air conditioning. The cooking smell and smoke will leak out to the room even the air conditioner is off. Something went wrong and has no room to change. Has reflected to the staff but there’s nothing he can do. Therefore, had to suffer for a night.

Very basic property. I am happy that it is at the airport. There was also food from another guest on the carpet. The room was super basic and no amenities. The room upon arrival smelled like fried food. The front desk clerk moved me to a room that smelled like onions so they have a ventilation issue. I would not stay here again as the front desk woman was rude as well.

The property appears like it has recently been updated as it was clean and comfortable. Its shortcomings relate to customer service. The lady that checked us incas friendly enough, but we had to sit in the foyer for over two hour as the hotel doesn't allow check in until 2PM. The room was comfortable, but the TV didn't work, and we did realize that it was unplugged as all the wiring was tucked up behind the TV. The bathroom sink was also plugged and very slow to drain. Luckily for us we only need the room for a few hours as we had an early morning flight. The airport shuttle was good, and the driver very accommodating.

It was an adequate if tired hotel for our last night in Prague before an early morning flight. I appreciated that they had a shuttle available to take us to the airport, as well as a restaurant on-site for dinner. My only real complaint was that the staff was fairly unenthusiastic. They did the job OK, but they sure didn't make me feel like they were happy to be there. The front desk clerk was nowhere to be found when we first got there, and when he finally showed up it felt like he didn't enjoy us interrupting his evening. When we went down to the restaurant it seemed like we woke up the only person working there. As I said they did the job, but didn't make us feel like we were all that welcome there.

2 btl beer in the Minibar where filled with water, it is noticed in the FO - Log book. I got 2 beers for free. FOM was aware of the problem since HK is informed frequently about the problem of guest using minibar and refill BTL with Water. old Trick in the Business:-) as long as the situation is dealt with in professionell manner for the guest I have no issue with it since it is a more or less internal issue with HK.

日本から予約直後、ホテルからメッセージが届きました。エコに配慮して、連泊しても基本３日に１度の掃除（リクエストには応じる）等。環境に配慮した洗剤で洗ったタオルやベッドシーツなど使っている由。ここも　エコ配慮か？　フェイスタオル1枚に穴が開いていましたが、ハンガリーでも経験済だったので　そう驚きませんでした。９月30日から3泊しましたが、プラハは寒く最低気温1℃の日もあり、ゆるく暖房が入りました。バスルームにタオル等かけられるラックが、暖房と連動して（？）暖かくなることを知り、厚みのあるタオルも翌日にはすっかり乾くのは小物洗濯にもありがたかったです。ヨーロッパらしく、室内は間接照明。このホテルはプラハ空港のターミナル３（プライベートジェットのみ）に隣接、プライベートジェットは殆ど飛ばないので静かでした。国際便が発着するターミナル１，２や市内中心部に行くには、バス停（近い）からバス、メトロに乗り換えなど必要ですが、滞在日数に合わせて、プラハ市内乗り降り自由のチケットを購入しておくと便利。会議室もあるそうで、息子は時間変更した列車チケット（QRコード付き）のプリントアウトをお願いしたところ、フロントデスクの男性スタッフが快諾してくれた由、助かりました。チェックアウト後、また午前フライトだったので、ある程度バス事情などわかった後、このホテルが空港までアクセスがラク、というのもよかったです。朝食や冷蔵庫内外の飲食物は有料（朝食ビュフェは1回だけ利用）ですが、フロントデスク男性は気さくで、日本（特に北海道）からのお客さまも多いと話してくれました。

free shuttle took 30 minutes to arrive after 3 calls to the front desk. In an era of tech and mobility, they could have reached out to the driver to give an exact position. I would have gladly taken a bolt, uber or taxi had i known it would take time for the shuttle given i had a conference call i missed. the front evening desk spoke limited english was rude on the phone and was short in responses. best to eat at the airport if you arrive late the menu was basic and quality poor and overpriced. Thirty $ for a cheeseburger and (1) beer. morning check out and return to airport were fine.

Rrstaurant fermé le soir (et surement aussi le midi), besoin d'aller jusqu'au centre commercial situé a 10mn a pieds de l'hôtel pour manger fast food jusqu'a 21h. Chambre au confort juute de quoi nécessaire pour y passer une nuit en attendant son vol. A part la navette mise a disposition pour aller jusqu'aux terminaux 1 et 2 qui sont quand meme a 10mn en voiture et le fait que l'hôtel se trouve a proximité immédiate de l'aéroport, il n'y a rien a attendre de plus
