Nice hotel in a really good location . We had a superior room at rear of hotel in 7th floor which had a balcony . Air conditioning was poor and had to sleep with balcony door open as room was warm but room was large . We had 3 travelling so used the sofa bed as well as double bed . Bathroom again of good size . We stayed in room. 714 but shower was poor and underwhelming with lack of water power . Room was cleaned when we were out and towels changed . Overall a comfortable stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The unit was lovely, spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly. The location was perfect for exploring the city. One of the main Christmas markets was right outside the door. Close enough we could go up to the room to use the bathroom. There was a fair bit of noise from the hall way, particularly the doors but it didn't disturb us during the night.

Check in was easy, room was ready early. Perfect location for exploring the old town and Christmas markets. Everything in walking distance. Let down by in attentive staff at breakfast, more interested in looking at her phone and doing her nails.
