El hotel y la limpieza es Exelente, el personal de recepción bien, el del restaurant regular pero el lugar de parking terrible! Para entrar no daba ticket! Para salir pedían el Tíket que no teníamos, la persona de seguridad gritándole a mi esposo y súper enojado porque no teníamos ese tiket que era su responsabilidad. Excelente serviço, para clientes que contratam acomodação executiva, ou são VIPs na hoteis.com, é oferecido diariamente um brunch de 15:00 as 20:00. Café da manhã excelente. Possui shopping a 5 min. Muito bem servida por Tram. Possui uma estação de metro perto. Apesar de precisar pegar um Tram para ir para o centro, onde estão as atrações turísticas, o hotel possui um excelente café da manhã incluso na diária. Não possui vista para nada além da rua e pátios internos... mas o quarto possui aquecimento de chão e regulagem da temperatura ambiente de forma bem simples e eficiente.

Great hotel. In advance I had asked for two rooms facing the backyard (as we are light sleepers). Upon arrival we got two rooms facing the backyard and we were even upgraded to executive rooms/floor. Very nice rooms and extremely sound proof rooms! You don't hear any sounds from neighboring rooms at all. Staff always friendly and helpful. Would like to come back another time. Great location in quiet area but still very close to shopping center, nice restaurants and public transport.

My second stay at this hotel. Breakfast is excellent, they even have miso soup, and beetroot juice, as well as all kind of food you'd expect for breakfast. The room was spacious, water in shower is perfectly warm, and bed is comfortable. There is also an (empty) fridge in the room. Last year I was there the rooms had capsule coffee maker, this time it was just a kettle with nescafe provided, but still a lot better than nothing.

Havde et rigtig godt ophold på OREA. Værelserne var pæne, badeværelset var stort og der var på intet tidspunkt larm at høre fra naboer eller trafik. Personalet var rigtig venlige, hjælpsomme og servicemindede, eksempelvis da et nøglekort drillede og de straks lavede et nyt, eller da smagen af en drink var for stærk og de gav noget andet uden beregning. Stærke drinks var dog en generel ting på hotellet og endda en anelse for stærk til 3 unge mænd. Morgenmaden på hotellet var god og varieret, og der var rigeligt forskelligt at vælge imellem, men kvaliteten minder meget om morgenmad du ville få på andre hoteller. Rengøring foregik lidt på nogle underlige tidspunkter, blandt andet da vi kom tilbage på hotellet kl. 17 og ville gøre os klar til at skulle ud at spise. Det var heller ikke alt der blev skiftet alle dage, hvorfor en brugt kop til te stadig stod på værelset efter rengøring - men det var en minimal ting i forhold til hvor pænt der ellers var og blev gjort.

Truly love the breakfast bar. It has so many options and everything is fresh. Each coffee is hand made by a professional barista. Front desk staff is amazing. We arrived by train; front desk organized for us pick up from the station. We arrived 40minutes late, yet there was no problem with the pickup. As we were about to check out our flight got canceled. I couldn't call from the land line in our room the airline. That was a bit inconvenient, but at the front desk after a failed attempt with the land line I was provided with a local cell phone. The grilled dinner (Friday - Sunday) is okay. Not bad, but only okay. Overall, I would absolutely recommend. Close to Subway, trolley. The market by the Subway on Friday was an absolute treat with a fantastic harpist/singer performing live.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the afternoon snacks were a real highlight — offering fruits, nuts, sandwiches, salad, pasta, dumplings, the soup of the day, and a changing meat selection (we had meat wrapped in bacon on our first day and pork ribs on the second). La zona está muy bien comunicada a través de metro, buses (incluido 191-aeropuerto) y tranvía. Caminando a los lugares de interés está ubicado entre unos 15 y 30 minutos según el punto a visitar. Los punto de mejora serían: que la televisión tuviera canales en español y, para mí, algún panel más de cortinas para poder tener oscuridad cuando amanece. I would highly recommend this hotel for traveling in Prague! The staff was very kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I traveled with my two kids-- ages 6 and 13. There was no noise from other guests that we could hear. The included breakfast had many options, though the dining area was very busy on the weekends. The lobby bar stayed open all night and there was a lot of seating in the lobby to spend time there and relax. The terrace was nice in the summer. The location was great! Close to tram stops and there was a big shopping mall just a couple blocks away.There was also a really fun outdoor food court nearby. It was quite easy to get into Old Town or other popular sites. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again if I was in Prague. Rates were great. Don't hesitate to book here!
