The room that was originally booked was on 4 th floor where there was no elevator , we had luggage and it was difficult to take the luggage up the stairs. Helena was kind and switched us to the part of the hotel that had an elevator. The room and bathroom were very small. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is located near many shops, dinning places, and in walking distance to Charles Bridge.

Very convenient location right next to Charles bridge and close to all restaurants. The breakfast was amazing. The front desk man was exceptional showing three rooms to choose when I asked to change the room after first night stay. The first night stay was roof top room. It was cute room but the windows were small and high, we couldn’t see the outside view. We arrived late because our flight got delayed. We picked up rental car from the airport and hoped to park the car in front of hotel because I saw the photo of hotel front showing many cars were parked The receptionist girl was not knowledgeable for the information about city parking ( only residents can park the cars on the street). We checked on line and found the public parking garage out side old city because we don’t need a car in the Prague city for three nights stay.

Located at the end of Charles bridge made this hotel in perfect location. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were very attentive. Breakfast had everything you could ask for. There was a coffee machine in your room but also the tea and coffee machine was on 24/7 from breakfast. There was complementary pastries on offer in the lobby at all times too. I really couldn’t fault this cozy little hotel apart from the lift being out of order while we were there and being in the top floor.

Fantastic location, very close to the Charles Bridge. Friendly and helpful staff, and lovely clean spacious rooms. Great size bathroom, with big shower. Breakfast was great - lots of choice. Coffee machine is free to guests 24 hours a day. I would highly recommend this hotel

Koselig lite hotell i et rolig men sentralt område. Fint og rent rom. Veldig lytt ut i gangen, og vi ble vekt tidlig hver morgen av høylytte vaskere som bråket. Men det var ingen støy mellom rommene. Frokosten var enkel men grei. Greit utvalg i minibaren, og det var kaffemaskin på rommet hvor det ble fylt på kapsler hver dag. Hyggelige ansatte. Ikke veldig barnevennlig hotell siden det er veldig lytt i gangene, og lydene generelt på hotellet blir veldig forsterket pga. høyt under taket og steinvegger.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Walkable distance to different tourist attractions. There are also convenient stores and quite some restaurants nearby. I have very high standard to cleanliness. The room and toilet are quite clean. Yet worms/insects are occasionally seen near the basin and the floor of toilet and the room. Staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast included was awesome. It had a variety of choices that we didn’t expect.

Location is amazing. It's very close to the Charles bridge, but there is enough distance to stay away from the crowd. We could walk to all the main historic sites by foot. The front staff (Alice is her name, I believe) was incredible--attentive and helpful. Don't hesitate to book this place!

La struttura è molto bella, camere rinnovate e bagni spaziosi e luminosi. L’unica pecca è la porta di ingresso delle camere, che non è per nulla insonorizzata. Io sentivo le persone che parlavano o tossivano dall’interno della camera di fronte alla mia. Bisogna assolutamente isolare le porte di accesso alle camere! Si vede anche a occhio nudo la fessura di un centimetro intorno allo stipite. Per il resto si possono fare solo i complimenti a questa struttura, al personale efficiente e disponibile, all’area colazione molto carina e alla possibilità di prendere caffè e the ad ogni ora. Mi sono trovata molto bene.

Conveniently located at end of Charles Bridge. Great breakfasts: fresh fruits, a variety of eggs, sausages, breads, cheeses, yogurt, etc. Room had high ceilings, nice clean bright decor, spacious bathroom. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Our first day, room was up on top floor w very small window/ attic and smell of sewer but 2nd day we transferred to a beautiful room w big windows. Shower easily clogs but breakfast daily is excellent and delicious..our room is on the building w elevator , other rooms no elevator but staff will help.

We had a wonderful time at Bishop House. The couple we went with and my husband and I enjoyed it here. The breakfast was delicious with excellent choices. The woman working the breakfast kept it fully stocked and spotless. The rooms were pristine and comfortable. Spacious bathroom and our only complaint is not enough counter space for our toiletries but everything else was perfect so it was only a mini inconvenience. The location was incredible! So close to the Charles Bridge and tons of dining and shopping and sightseeing. The staff was incredibly helpful in suggestions and assistance. It’s not often you get it all in one place but the Bishop House exceeded our high expectations

We stayed at Bishop’s House hotel for 3 nights. The location is unbeattable if you want to be close to historical monuments. Litterally 20 meters from Charles Bridge and 15 minutes walk to Prague Castle. Beautiful historical and very quiet boutique hotel. - . Room advertized do not reflect reality Being an historical building, we were told the rooms are different and not necessarily the ones presented. We requested a room change. . Do not accept room 43, almost in the attic with 2 minuscule windows, feels like a closet. We requested the room advertized for which we paid for, none available, we ended up in room 15, big room, very confortable bed, no view but very private (view on another building). Clean and well equiped. Would recommand.

Our stay was great. We arrived early and the room was ready to check in. Helena, on reception was friendly and efficient. She gave us wine and pastries while we checked in. The room was excellent and spotless. Room made up every day. Staff were very helpful and recommended some tours. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough and we will return.

Most convenient location for first time visit to Prague. Extremely friendly and helpful front desk staff, Stanley, and he also arranged airport pickup and train station drop off for us. Incredibly quiet hotel in the foot of the busiest Charles bridge. Breakfast was great. Bed was very comfortable. Complementary prosecco and red wine in room upon arrival. Lovely stay. Cleanliness is excellent , staff are very friendly and helpful especially Helena and Stanley. Breakfast lots of choices. Hotel is walkable to most city attractions such as Charles Bridge, astronomical clock , and hotel is near shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

We loved the Bishop Hotel! The man who checked us in was so helpful and kind sharing history about my room, the girl there in the evenings loaned me an adapter that saved the day to charge my phone, and Helena at reception was exceptional. 10/10 recommend.

The HOTEL Bishop’s House was by far the best experience I have ever had anywhere. Not only is the property and location amazing, but the real standout is the service and staff. Alice and Standa were the absolute best. They were always available to answer any questions and be there for whatever we needed. I absolutely love how Alice greeted us! Warm, friendly and so fun and pour us each a glass of Prosecco when we checked in. I cannot rate this hotel and staff high enough. We will definitely return!

Everything from the start to the end was perfection. Alice could not have taken better care of us. (We had a early flight and she packed us a to-go breakfast) The rooms are spotless, the breakfast every morning was great, and they always have coffee/tea available 24/7. We stayed in a lovely deluxe room on the 3rd floor and it had absolutely everything we needed. You can't beat this location, barely a block from the Charles bridge. We won't stay anywhere else in Prague. Thank you!

Hotel is in an ideal location just a stones throw away from Charles Bridge. Easy walk across the river to the Old Town and within a couple of hundred meters from the public transport system. Hotel reception is airy, staff are very friendly, breakfast is freshly prepared, well cooked and varied. My double room was not as big as the one I believed I had paid for but it was still adequate as it was clean with a modern bathroom. I was especially pleased to be left a bottle of wine for my 60th birthday. All in all well worth the money I had paid for my 4 night stay. Thank you to all the staff

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is literally a few steps from the Lesser Town gate of the Charles Bridge. We were surprised to find a complimentary bottle of prosecco in our room when we arrived. The bathroom was well equipped with a hair dryer, magnifying mirror, plenty of hooks, a heated towel warmer, and heated floors. We were able to control the temperature in our room once we located the controls on the radiator. The complimentary breakfast was great! The staff were also helpful and friendly!

Staff were very attentive and hotel was clean. Most outstanding feature is the location. Right beside Charles Bridge but sufficiently sheltered that noise was not a problem. The one downside was in ‘winter’ season the a/c is turned off. It was still too warm overnight. Otherwise, great little hotel!
