Pour moi ce n’est pas une qualité cinq étoiles, nous avons eu des dés inconvénients dans la chambre de catégorie de luxe. Il n’y a pas de Room service. Il n’y a quasiment pas de personnel. Les valises voulais porter vous-même la chambre n’est pas Montre on est un peu laissé à l’abandon après niveau Emplacement, je trouve qu’il est assez bien placé proche de toute comité, il a un accès assez facile donc il y a des chambres côté route alors ça ça peut être bruyant nous on est plutôt vers l’arrière donc ça va. Par contre voilà il faut marcher y’a pas d’aide de Feu de coin fumeur interdit de fumer aussi dans l’hôtel on doit fumer comme des animaux devant la à l’hôtel sans rien du tout ça je trouve un petit peu dommage Pour le prix qu’on paye et puis détails mais on a la chasse d’eau derrière le couvercle des toilettes donc à chaque fois il faut descendre tout pour pouvoir tirer la chasse d’eau, ce qui est pas pratique du tout non plus il n’y a pas de vraiment de bar dans l’hôtel ni de Restaurant donc c’est tout à l’extérieur. Le petit déjeuner est assez copieux et diversifié de bonne qualité. Donc plutôt un bon petit déjeuner mais de nouveau l’emplacement du restaurant du petit déjeuner et au sous-sol donc c’est pas terrible. Ça doit être aussi un immeuble qui est ancien mais c’est un peu mal placé. Ils auraient pu le mettre au rez-de-chaussée niveau bar qui n’est pas réellement utilisé.

Fint hotel. Vi havde værelse øverst oppe for at slippe for gadestøj. Så fik vi bare fra naboerne og gangen. Der er meget lydt bl.a fordi gangene er med klinkegulv og ikke tæppe. Havde valgt dette hotel pga. at de har parkeringskælder. Det skal man huske at bestille på forhånd for at være sikker på at der er plads. Stod der ikke noget om nogen steder. Parkerede så i stat teaterets kælder lige over for. Den er også fin.

Good location close to the centre in Narodni street. Very close to Tesco supermarket and shopping street. Room spacious, even if TV not working well. Room service not so good, I left room at 9 coming back at 2pm but the room was not still made up.

Absolutely stunning hotel ive stayed at many in central Prague and this is by far my favourite I've found. The rooms are both modern and clean. Comfortable beds, well stocked bathrooms with luxurious products to use. Well decorated. Helpful staff, later check outs. Will use agajn on my next czech trip.

This is a very solid hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms are well appointed, with coffee-making facility, complimentary water, and marble bathrooms. The location is excellent. The only problem seems to be with housekeeping, my bathroom was clearly not cleaned after the last guest and there were multiple hair on the floor.

Alles in allem war es in Ordnung. Das Hotel war sehr zentral und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fast in einem Umkreis von etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr nett. Sehr zum empfehlen.

Recebemos o quarto cheirando cigarro no banheiro … reclamamos mas a recepção disse que não havia cheiro. Depois de reclamarmos novamente tentaram nos mudar para outro quarto, mas a acomodação era menor e não nos sentimos à vontade. O banheiro também tinha um cheiro de esgoto pessimo! Fiquei muito chateada, pois sempre escolho essa rede por experiências anteriores boas, mas desta vez foi decepcionante.

Our room was perfect, on the fourth floor with a view of the castle. Staff was extremely kind and helpful throught our stay. Excellent location! Everything is walkable. This hotel still provides the little necessary items too...toothbrush, sewing kit, etc. We had an amazing stay and will return!!

My room faced an interior “courtyard” and was very quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide range of options provided. Location, It’s about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the old town, convenient and a lovely walk from the other side of the river toward the Charles Bridge.

Enjoyed my stay here for a weekend trip. Room was big, clean, modern and tastefully decorated. Bathroom was all marble and a delight. Breakfast was great as well, good selection of food. Topped by the prosecco on Sunday. The view wasn't the best as it was a back street and was noisy on Friday and Saturday because of the bar on back street. Good location to get aroumd with plenty of public transport. Staff also nice and helpful. Great option to store luggage on last day.

Great communication from the hotel prior to arrival. They even sent information on booking a driver from the airport if I needed it. Location was great and we were able to walk to restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions easily. Room was very comfortable and clean.

Pretty property in a great loacation. Right in the middle of town, neat a street car stop. Easy walkable area. Clean comfy room, comfy bed, even had AC. Beautiful hotel with marblw floors. Quiet. Friendly staff. Easy check in. Affordable. Water and cookies in the lobby. Would stay here again.
