Our room was accross from a busy street which we had to navigate with our suitcases 3 times. To take a shower was quite difficult having us climbing in a high tub. Okay breakfast, but good rates.

Really comfortable mattresses, my back said "thank you"))) It would be good to have fried eggs for the breakfast or the possibility to get an omelet. Except this, there is a good choice for the breakfast in the hotel. There is no reserved place in front of the hotel where the taxi could park for the guests to get their luggage in/out. We had to care our bags to the 3rd building down the street.

Good location Not far from tram stop or city centre . Staff all very pleasant . Food for breakfast service was very good plenty of choices and in a unique setting . Only issue was I had a room in the building opposite on the courtyard and it didn't have air conditioning . It was boiling hot especially the week I stayed and the temperatures were in the high twenties (C)

They claim to have parking, but when we got there we find out that they only have 5 spots for the entire hotel (116 rooms). Of course those were taken already. All parking garages in the area were full also. Therefore we had to pay for expensive street parking (40 EUR for 24 hours). Also they claim to have laundry facilities, which is incorrect. We spent half day in a laundromat to get our clothes washed. The hotel is located on a busy road and we had a hard time sleeping. The king bed was really big and comfy though.

Die Preis-Leistung stimmt hier. Die Unterkunft war sauber und das Zimmer modern. Auch das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Nur die Lage des Hotels ist nicht besonders schön – die Gegend wirkt ziemlich heruntergekommen. Dafür ist es im Zimmer jedoch sehr ruhig, man hört keinerlei Geräusche von anderen Zimmern oder von der Straße. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt, was das Parken etwas schwierig macht. Wir hatten keinen Parkplatz dazugebucht (da dies über Expedia nicht möglich war), und am Hotel selbst waren dann leider keine Plätze mehr verfügbar. In der Straße gab es jedoch einen Parkplatz im Innenhof über MrParkit – dort kann man fast zum halben Preis (im Vergleich zum Hotel) parken. Insgesamt war ich angesichts des niedrigen Preises wirklich positiv überrascht, wie gut das Hotel ist!

Rooms were very dusty, spider on the ceiling/cob webs. Lavatory fan extractor covered in dust. The AC rooms - not very cold. - be aware as not all rooms have AC, only the 1 fan will be provided. Noisy streets - from the trams. The rooms doors also slamming very loud. The breakfast was below average.

As fotos não correspondem ao hotel atualmente. Ele é decadente e ineficiente e só tem uma tomada. Além disso, nos instalaram em outra unidade em frente ao prédio de recepção e café da manhã. Sendo uma avenida de fluxo de tram, achei isso muito ruim. O quarto era quentíssimo e tinha um micro ventilador. A recepção é rude e nada receptiva. Agradeço a compreensão em relação à nossa chegada tardia devido ao cancelamento de vários voos - inclusive o nosso - devido ao mau tempo. Por e-mail são eficientes.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel, even though old it is well maintained and has old charm of a hotel built in the late 1800’s, it must have been a top quality hotel in it’s day. The breakfast was plentiful with a large variety and presented in a beautiful room that at other times I think offers theatre performances. Two things to the negative, the shower in our room was very small, a man or larger person would have difficulty showering, the second was I found the reception slightly rude (but in their defence it must be difficult dealing with so many different cultures and language). Overall I would definitely stay here again if I ever visited again.

The breakfast was great. The fact we were put in the old\Patio part of the hotel meant NO A/C. Since the one side of the room was exposed to the outside were anyone could walk by we didn’t open the window at night. There is a fan in the room but that just moves around the hot air in June. The tub was a bit high for a short person to climb in and out. The room size was a little small but average for Europe. There was a grocery store a block away. Transportation was easily accessible.

It's a great location with a Tram stop right outside with 4 different routes for getting into town. Our only slight criticism was around breakfast, which was a bit basic (especially for my vegan partner) and could've been labelled better. Overall, would recommend staying here.

The hotel is at a good location and the tram lines are just outside. The breakfast spread is pretty nice and had wide range of options. The room was clean and nicely prepared. We requested an early check-in as we travelled from outside of Prague and arrived very early and we got it promptly. One thing I had tried to check was decoration of my room prior to arrival and I was not able to get a proper response for this

Personal ist schlecht informiert über ihre eigene Stadt, es gab nur eine Person die wirklich freundlich war, das TV Gerät hängt als Ziere im Zimmer hat keinen Empfang, die Parkplätze im Hotel sind genauso teuer wie ein Zimmer und haben eine zufahrt von gerade mal 2,08m in der Breite, das Frühstück ist sehr gering gehalten und für ca 50 Leute nur ein Toster vor Ort. Im Zusammenhang frag ich wo das Hotel 4 Sterne bekommen hat da die Ausstattung maximal 2 Sterne wert ist. Für mich kommt das Hotel nicht mehr in frage. Ich war enttäuscht.

Briliant hotel for the modest price we paid. We were lucky to have a very large room number 8 for my wife and my small daughter. It has all the features of a 4 star hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. It easy to go around as well as a lot of trams are passing just in front of the hotel and at the back of the hotel if you walk for 3-4 minutes you can get all the busses to the center, nemesti republic and even charles bridge. It is the fourth time we are visiting Prague and definitely from now on this hotel will be our first priority in case we visit again and the price is prefect.

Im Bad die Badewanne macht keinen Sinn, da wäre eine Dusche angebracht und beim Frühstück das Nachfüllen der Speisen müßte besser organisiert sein.

Helt okej. Rummet var fräscht och smidig incheckning. Frukosten var inte den bästa dock. Man fick vänta innan man fick bord, det var väldigt få bord i salen. Ingen som sa hej och visade en till bordet. Litet och dåligt utbud på frukost och inte så fräscht.
