After check-in, We had to move from the reception to another building for our room, There were too many stairs with a baby and luggage without elevator in a third floor. The room was clean and good breakfast. I do not recommend this hotel in based on the published photos and in cost/benefits terms.

We had a lovely stay. The hotel is clean, quiet and the breakfast was good. Parking is off-site, around the corner (approximately 300m) ina secure building. There is a cost. There is possibly some street parking available.

Hotel staff were very pleasant. The room and bathroom were okay. The elevator is a disabled access elevator, which was encouraged to be used. I used the stairs all the time whilst staying here. In one of the evenings the elevator was stuck between floors with a healthy looking trapped inside. The biggest challenge was the smell, I’m used to noise and smells so it didn’t bother me as much but I could see this as a problem for others Breakfast was good but selection quite small

Frühstück war gut, alles was man braucht war da!!! Aber die Regelung mit dem Parkplatz in der Garage geht gar nicht. Angeblich gibt es nur einen Schlüssel den man immer sofort zurückbringen muss. Auch wenn man von einem Ausflug zurückgekommen ist, muss man erst zum Hotel und den Schlüssel holen. Und sie ist 400 m entfernt. Vor dem Hotel lungern Drogensüchtige oder Alkoholiker die sich vor unseren Augen verprügelten. War nicht schön und meine Frau hatte Angst.

Toegang tot de parking was niet ideaal omdat er maar 2 sleutels aanwezig waren. Zeer ruime kamers, rolstoel toegankelijk er was 1 van de 2 bedden aan vervanging toe. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Over het algemeen zijn we tevreden.

ロッテルダム駅からバス44番で5分、10分に1本あるので非常に便利に移動できます。ショッピングエリアまではトラムが利用できます。お部屋は清潔でコンパクトで機能的で無駄が無い配置で使いやすかったです。なぜか部屋に入るとネギやニンニクを切りたてのような匂いがあり気になりました。3日間の滞在中ずっとだったのでどういうことだったのか？この部屋に限ったことだったのか？それだけが不安に思うことでした。でもまたロッテルダムに行くときは滞在したいと思います。 毎朝朝食の提供があり、提供場所は狭いですがホスピタリティにあふれていて助かりました。特にサラダのドレッシングで提供されていたバジルペーストが激美味でした。また食べたいです。 フロント対応のマダム（経営者？）はオランダ人には珍しく愛想が無くちょっと不安に思う時がありましたが、対応はテキパキと無駄のない対応でしたので真面目な人という印象で信頼がおけます。 エレベーター有りましたが故障中で使えず狭く急な階段を重いスーツケースを昇降させるのは厳しかったです。次回滞在の時はエレベーターが直って稼働されていることを希望します。

We came on a mini cruise, arrived at about 10.00. Giuseppe was on the desk and showed us where to leave our case all day. Checkin in the evening was easy. Our room was spacious and clean, lovely big bed. After a good night sleep we had a nice breakfast and again were able to leave our case until about 16.00. Thank you for agreat stay.

Super Hotel. Sehr sauber, lecker Frühstück, freundliche Personal. Das Zimmer sehr gross mit grossem Badezimmer. Angenehme Betts, wir haben sehr gut dort geschlaffen. Immer wieder gerne kommen wir vorbei!

Die Lage war an sich relativ zentral, leider war das Zimmer, sowohl das Bad als auch der Fußboden im Zimmer nicht ganz sauber. Auf den Bettlaken und Handtüchern waren Flecken. Da das Zimmer zur Straße lag, war es nachts sehr laut. Das Personal war freundlich. Beim Frühstück gab es für jedes etwas.

Das Zimmer ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Klein und fein. Leider funktionierte der Duschabfluss nicht richtig und die Bett Leselampe ging auch nicht. Das zweite Oberlicht mit Bewegungsmelder funktionierte auch nicht.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My brother and I stayed in a twin room and everything was perfect. Big room, clean and tidy facility, fresh and tasty breakfast, and of course two shining stars, a Latin and a Polish lady, unfortunately I don't know their names, but believe me, they provide exceptional service. Thank you very much.

Preisleistung ok, Zentral gelegen, Räumlichkeiten ausreichend, Man liest es nur leider so, als Wäre die Garage, wo man einen Stellplatz Mieten kann, direkt nebenan, was nicht der Fall ist, man braucht knapp 10 Minuten und es gibt nur zwei Schlüssel für die ganzen Hotelgäste Es wird auch mit einer Terasse und einem Garten geworben, welcher nicht wirklich vorhanden ist, die Reinigung des Zimmers war fraglich , klebrige Rückstände vom Vorgast, doch zu empfehlen, da Zentral gelegen, aber bitte nicht viel erwarten, für 3 Sterne denoch ok

The entrance is pretty dated, but surprisingly the room was pretty nice! This was until we realized they put us in a connecting room. Without the usual double door separate, it was essentially a single layer of plywood. Initially, no problem. Who puts guests that aren't together in connecting rooms in a largely vacant hotel? This place. We could hear every single movement, text message through the door clear as day. And the partying of our neighbours (3-4 people) until 2am when we had to be up at 6 drove us absolutely insane Obviously, let's call the front desk! The phone didn't work. So, let's go to the front desk! ... No one works at night. Contacted hotels.com, and even after spending thousands and have a almost a another thousand reserved, they were useless. Didn't do anything at all to help us. Never followed up. Never contacted the hotel. I'm seriously disappointed in the entire experience with the app. And will sooner sleep in the bus station before giving any money to hotel Milano. What trash.

Prima hotel voor een weekendje Rotterdam. Goed bereikbaar met bus/tram (nu even geen tram ivm werkzaamheden maar centrum/station is ook heel goed te lopen). Genoeg eetmogelijkheden in de buurt. Hotel wel wat gehorig, buren hoorde je praten, douchen en naar het toilet gaan. Met oordopjes echter prima te doen. Niet veel personeel gezien, enkel bij in- en uitchecken en ontbijt. Over het algemeen vriendelijk.

First of all I would like to say getting to the hotel was good and easy to get to via public transport or even walking from Rotterdam Central for me was a 10 min walk and around 3/4 mins tram ride. The staff were all friendly and were willing to help if needed. My room was not that big but cosy and was adequate enough for the amount of time I was staying in Rotterdam. Breakfast was okay could of had more fresh fruit only saw apples. And also should of not put bacon on top of all the fried eggs maybe keep that seperate for those that don't eat meat. So on the food can only comment on breakfast as didn't eat anything thing else there. Bed was single bed just about fits I'm 6ft 3in pillows could of been better. Shower was great. Sink was very very small and the counter that was above could be a potential hazard really not practical. Internet signal no issues. Plenty of shops the Blue one Albert Heijn and the Red shop which is Dirk which have plenty of choice and have good prices that are a matter of minutes and places to eat or have a drink in so that is fantastic if you don't feel like going into the city centre. Things that I saw which were not appealing druggies main road noise but I was on the first floor facing the road. But not troubled by anyone. Overall people were friendly some were rude but you will get that every in the world.

La camera che ci è stata assegnata era spaziosa, pulita e provvista di tutti i servizi necessari. La colazione era ricca e variegata. L'hotel è posizionato in una zona comoda per girare, in quanto è vicino al centro della città ma soprattutto alla stazione.

The hotel is situated about 15 mins walk from Rotterdam station and has many eatery choices. When we first arrived we were a little dubious about what the hotel would be like due to the area that it’s in. We didn’t feel unsafe but it was full of interesting characters. I have to say we were very pleasantly surprised that although this is a 3 star hotel it is very, very clean with large rooms and because we were at the back it was very quiet. The staff absolutely make this hotel. They are very friendly and incredibly helpful. Overall our stay was excellent and I would definitely recommend staying here.

We came on a mini cruise, arrived at about 10.00. Giuseppe was on the desk and showed us where to leave our case all day. Checkin in the evening was easy. Our room was spacious and clean, lovely big bed. After a good night sleep we had a nice breakfast and again were able to leave our case until about 16.00. Thank you for agreat stay.

Nevertheless few advices from reception at check-in. As a tourist, I'm used to ask for suggestions and advices at the desk... and to get answers different from "I don't know... perhaps..."

The entrance is pretty dated, but surprisingly the room was pretty nice! This was until we realized they put us in a connecting room. Without the usual double door separate, it was essentially a single layer of plywood. Initially, no problem. Who puts guests that aren't together in connecting rooms in a largely vacant hotel? This place. We could hear every single movement, text message through the door clear as day. And the partying of our neighbours (3-4 people) until 2am when we had to be up at 6 drove us absolutely insane Obviously, let's call the front desk! The phone didn't work. So, let's go to the front desk! ... No one works at night. Contacted hotels.com, and even after spending thousands and have a almost a another thousand reserved, they were useless. Didn't do anything at all to help us. Never followed up. Never contacted the hotel. I'm seriously disappointed in the entire experience with the app. And will sooner sleep in the bus station before giving any money to hotel Milano. What trash.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My brother and I stayed in a twin room and everything was perfect. Big room, clean and tidy facility, fresh and tasty breakfast, and of course two shining stars, a Latin and a Polish lady, unfortunately I don't know their names, but believe me, they provide exceptional service. Frühstück war gut, alles was man braucht war da!!! Aber die Regelung mit dem Parkplatz in der Garage geht gar nicht. Angeblich gibt es nur einen Schlüssel den man immer sofort zurückbringen muss. Auch wenn man von einem Ausflug zurückgekommen ist, muss man erst zum Hotel und den Schlüssel holen. Und sie ist 400 m entfernt. Vor dem Hotel lungern Drogensüchtige oder Alkoholiker die sich vor unseren Augen verprügelten. War nicht schön und meine Frau hatte Angst.

The triple stay room was fantastic. It was clean and fresh. It had a welcoming and bright feeling with double doors that opened to a small balcony. It was quite warm weather during our stay, so we were thankful for the airy nature of the room and the air conditioning at night. The room was very well equipped with everything we needed. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the breakfast food was delicious. It was a good location, a short walk to the railway station and all the bars and restaurants. I would happily return again to this hotel and to the fantastic, vibrant city of Rotterdam. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip! We will return.

First of all I would like to say getting to the hotel was good and easy to get to via public transport or even walking from Rotterdam Central for me was a 10 min walk and around 3/4 mins tram ride. The staff were all friendly and were willing to help if needed. My room was not that big but cosy and was adequate enough for the amount of time I was staying in Rotterdam. Breakfast was okay could of had more fresh fruit only saw apples. And also should of not put bacon on top of all the fried eggs maybe keep that seperate for those that don't eat meat. So on the food can only comment on breakfast as didn't eat anything thing else there. Bed was single bed just about fits I'm 6ft 3in pillows could of been better. Shower was great. Sink was very very small and the counter that was above could be a potential hazard really not practical. Internet signal no issues. Plenty of shops the Blue one Albert Heijn and the Red shop which is Dirk which have plenty of choice and have good prices that are a matter of minutes and places to eat or have a drink in so that is fantastic if you don't feel like going into the city centre. Things that I saw which were not appealing druggies main road noise but I was on the first floor facing the road. But not troubled by anyone. Overall people were friendly some were rude but you will get that every in the world.
