Prices where higher comparing to April and the Breakfast was not the same. The underground parking is very small and half of the places are reserved by the rental car company then to mention that is not an elevator from the parking to the lobby but need to walk and take some wood provisory stairs....

More expensive than April and the breakfast not the same also the area was tinnier. The underground parking don't have so many places as half of it is used by the rental car company. And is no elevator from the parking to the lobby, you need to walk and take the provisory stairs with your luggages....

Fint hotel, centralt beliggende. God morgenmad og god restaurant. Et par minuser var dyr parkering og uagtet de reklamerede med opladning af el-bil, så skulle man have et Hollandsk ladeport, som de iøvrigt ikke kunne hjælpe med.

This hotel was "just ok". It's old & our initial check-in was not pleasant. The room was extremely dirty; however, we reported the issues to the staff & they immediately began resolving them. They not only cleaned the room, but upgraded us to another room- which in all honesty- was not much different from the first room- but at least it was clean.

Everything are nice. Except the bathroom floor . I believe it had been cleaned, , but the area in front of the commode with spots of urine stains , I bet no cleaner can wipe them off, it need a different floor covering material!!!!

when we arrived, 1 lift out of 2 lifts were out of order. during my 3 nights stay, the room was never made even though I made notice to the house keeping. I am a member of Hilton Honours, but by all means, my experience is not good.

早餐很好. 唯一可讚的是我們早机到了,準備到酒店安放好旅行箧後等15：00回來辦理登記入住,當時早上九點左右,職員說有房間現在可以登記入住,我們起出望外,十分開心的. 入住兩天沒有特别問題的,在第三天及第四天由於我們大約每天15：30至16：00左右會回酒店稍作休息的習慣,回到房間仍未有執房,便联給客服,就好快安排執房算了.第四天回來同樣時間回來,都是未有執房,再次联络客服說接錯了這是餐廳,故此我的伴侶便到前台找她們理論,當時一位女職員的態度有點兒不認真笑着對我們的投诉,由於我們的英文能力沒太好,我站在一旁看到覺得她有點兒歧視我們.噪得很久,有另一個男職員就幫手说的事今天太多房間要清潔故遲了。在我的立場看每間酒店應該是安排好足夠的職員做的,不是太多客人入住房間就遲遲都未執好的.難道客人晚上22：00回來看見仍未清潔房間,要客人無奈要接受不清潔的道理嗎？這一點酒店應該是值得重事的及改善. 酒店的旅客入住你們管理層應是知道的而是作出安排人手.不是隨便算吧的. 作為一間很有名氣的酒店應該是認真處理每件旅客提出意見。作出改善.對所有的旅客開心的旅程.最後祝酒店每天客似雲來.

The personnel was awesome. The bar was good, the room was clean. What was terrible was the fact that it was 27degrees C in my room all the time and the AC did not even had a fan so the air would be somewhat circulating. Hotel staff told me that the AC was automatically set so the inside temp would only be 3 degrees lower than the outside temp. I must say it was pretty hot while I was there, but still.....

Comfortable bed and good shower in room. Great breakfast. Excellent location. Lounge not so good, but 5pm-7pm happy hour ok: Some snacks and drinks. I would stay again. They also accept pets.

Hotel is in a great location near the train station. The rooms and restaurant were great. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The only issue was that the bed was like sleeping on concrete.

We really liked the convenient location to the central train station. It was so easy to get from Schiphol airport to the hotel. Everything was lovely. Our only dusluje was that the room was too warm and we couldnt figure out how to cool it diwn a couple degrees

The thermostat did not work. There was no coffee machine in my room, only tea and an electric kettle. There were only down pillows in my room. After numerous attempts to contact housekeeping, room service and the front desk, all to no avail, no answers anywhere, I used a towel as a pillow and made due without heat or coffee. Horrible experience that unfortunately started with the woman at the front desk who was cold and unfriendly. They have lost me as a customer. Will stay at the Marriott which is closer to Rotterdam Central.

In jeder Situation besonders positiv ist uns das Personal aufgefallen: ein freundlicher Smalltalk beim Check-In, aufmerksam und sympathisch beim Frühstück (trotz temporär großen Andrangs). Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß, sauber und hatten ein gemütliches Innendesign. Das Badezimmer ist klein aber schön gestaltet. Dusche und Badewanne sind kombiniert. Der Einstieg erschien uns etwas unkomfortabel hoch. Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl und ausnahmslos alle getesteten Produkte waren frisch, von guter Qualität und gutem Geschmack. Die Lage des Hotels hat uns gut gefallen: der Bahnhof war fußläufig ebenso leicht erreichbar, wie Geschäfte, Restaurants und viele der Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt.

Excellent service. A lovely woman at breakfast saw that I had minimal time to eat (because I had to leave for a meeting) and she offered to quickly pack some food for me. That was unexpected and much appreciated.

Loved our stay at Hilton! Location is ideal, close to shopping and dining area and parking just next door. Very nice, polite and kind staff. We loved the little surprise for my mom’s birthday, made the stay extra special! Will definitely return in the future and cannot recommend enough.

My experience was mostly okay. I think rooms should have coffee machines (4 EUR for a cup of coffee at the bar seems like a lot--though there is a nice coffee shop at a walking distance from the hotel). I had a dessert at the bar/restaurant, which was overpriced and not well done. Even if the restaurant has good reviews, it didn't impress me. Staff also made sure to underscore they were fully booked (but service wasn't excellent). Room was comfortable. One pro is that I got an early check-in free of charge. But I think there are better options in the area, in terms of cost-benefit. Gym was okay (they should have a water station, though, as it is kinda annoying to use the bathroom to refill your water bottle).

Ich kann sagen, dass der Aufenthalt im Hotel Hilton in Rotterdam sehr schön und angenehm war. Hervorheben möchte ich das überaus nette, hilfsbereite und kommunikative Personal. Es hat wesentlich zu einem gelungenen Aufenthalt in Rotterdam, dieser modernen sich immer wieder neu erfindenden Stadt, beigetragen. Ich möchte unbedingt eine Buchung mit Frühstück empfehlen. Auch hier grüßte jeden Morgen ein freundliches Gesicht und es war immer Zeit für ein kleines ehrliches Gespräch über das Befinden und die Tagesaktivitäten. Ein Highlight waren die täglich wechselnden Smoothies mit wertvollen Inhaltsstoffen. So konnte jeder Tag mit guter Laune und einem Lächeln beginnen. Das Zimmer selbst war hell, sehr sauber und komfortabel. Den Roomservice konnte ich selbst abbestellen, was ich im Sinne der Umwelt sehr schätze. Es ergeht eine klare Empfehlung!
