⭐⭐⭐ 3/5 The hotel itself was nice, comfortable, and generally well-maintained. However, cleanliness was a noticeable issue, as many of the platform surfaces throughout the room and common areas did not appear to be properly cleaned. The biggest disappointment was the TV. It was not a smart TV, which was a real bummer, especially for a modern hotel where streaming and casting from your phone have become pretty standard. Overall, it was a decent stay, but better attention to cleanliness and updated in-room technology would have made the experience much better.

We had to change rooms the first night because the first room smelled like mold and I was having a hard time breathing. There was also a very large toe nail left over from a previous guest on the floor. The second room didn’t smell like mold but it did have a very lived-in-kind of smell. Still that was better than the mold smell. The third day we were there, we returned to a room that had not been serviced. We left the room at night so they could clean up the room. Shower water pressure wasn’t great and the shower door didn’t close all the way so half the shower water needed up on the floor.

No sauna and only one bottle of water for the room. I was grateful they gave me a late checkout and early check in. There was no option to get cash, atm or hotel.
