We had to wait for 30-40 minutes as the person capable of doing our check in was having dinner. The person at reception who received us when we arrived was not able to do our check in. He was nice about it but we had a long day and were eager to obtain our room.

Check in was great. The room was spacious and clean. Linens were soft and pillows were firm. They also had a pillow menu to choose from. Lobby was beautiful and modern. Breakfast was 10/10. Took advantage of the outdoor seating. Pool looked great, didn’t have time to swim.

The staff is absolutely wonderful! They organized a cab for me at 2am because my uber app wasn’t working. Always greeted with smiles in/out the door.
