Veramente un ottimo hotel, da tutti i punti di vista.Reception,camera,letto,bagno,spazi comuni, ed un'ottima colazione a buffet. Da segnalare infine il "pranzo di lavoro",a soli 12,50 euro,completo di primo e secondo a scelta,buffet di verdure e dolci,acqua e caffè,e tutto di ottima qualita.Rimane il mio hotel a Brescia!!!!

Personale disponibilissimo e camera pulita e confortevole. Consigliatissimo se si viene in treno, un po' più scomodo se si viene in auto, in quanto la convenzione con il Parcheggio della Stazione non è stata il massimo per noi.

L’albergo è carino ed elegante, ma bisogna usare il parcheggio della stazione ferroviaria e la sosta davanti all’hotel è impossibile, se non in divieto. Il ristorante non è all’altezza, almeno per quelli che ho scelto io

Mitarbeiter waren nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Parken im Parkhaus am Bahnhof ist kostenlos und man ist schnell am Bahnhof oder in der Innenstadt.

Ho dato 3 stelle complessive per premiare la disponibilità, l'efficienza e la cortesia del personale della reception e anche per la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente nel parcheggio della stazione, abbastanza vicino. Dal punto di vista della struttura e delle camere invece non ci siamo proprio. Edificio vecchio e malandato e camere dove non saprei se dare la palma del terribile agli arredi (tutti da buttare) o a muri, piastrelle, sanitari, ecc. Qui ci sarebbe molto da fare per riportare l'hotel al minimo sindacale per un 4 stelle (anche per un 3!).

Excellent location, just a few metres from the train station. Spacious room. Good restaurant. No tea kettle provided as they say hotel is full and hence not available. It's strange, since I thought kettles must be in every room in a 4 star hotel. Provided the next day. Otherwise no complaints.

Bom custo x beneficio. Fica perto da estação, disponibiliza estacionamento convienado, porém não tem lugar para estacionar na frente, pois toda a quadra é linha de ônibus, dificultando assim, o desembarque das malas. O café não estava incluso e optamos por não tomar lá. O quarto estava ok.

The staff was nice and helpful but the hotel equipment is not 4 stars at all. This hotel should be 3 stars. We had cockroach and spider in the room and they changed our room instantly. And there is no teacup or cutlery. We are given only paper cups. However, staff service was alright.

La mia éun' esperienza negativa sotto molti punti di vista: Scarsa puluzia Bagno indecente,accessori che non era piantati al muro, musa intorno la doccia sporca, lamoadibe che mancavano nei faretti, asciyga dapellu che si é sciolto nelle mani,miquwtte sporca. Più che un hotel 4 stelle io lo reputo 2 stelle.

Negativa. La habitación no estaba absolutamente limpia, faltaba jabón para las manos, sólo había en la ducha, luego pedimos jabon individual. No salía agua caliente de la ducha y nos ofrecieron esperar al día siguiente a que viniera el técnico (ya sabían que no funcionaba y nos asignaron igual la habitación), solamente nos quedábamos una noche y no podíamos esperar para ducharnos. La habitación a la que nos cambiaron tampoco estaba muy limpia y esta vez no había jabón en la ducha.

La nostra stanza non corrispondeva alla foto. Le lenzuola erano piccole per il letto e il letto era parzialmente fatto. Mancava un guanciale in più. Nella doccia non c'era il bagnoschiuma/shampoo, c'era solo sul lavandino ma fisso. La cabina doccia era incrostata di calcare. Durante la pulizia non era stata rifornita la cartaigienica. Ho fatto presente queste cose alla reception ma hanno rimediato solo in parte.

Hotel molto sporco, trovate unghie sulla moquette, cambiato camera ma condizioni solo appena migliori, moquette sempre sporca, lenzuola troppo piccole per il letto, in pratica dormi sul materasso, aria condizionata non funzionante, impossibile dormire con la finestra aperta per il rumore caldo insopportabile, parcheggio non presente viene consegnata una card per il vicino parcheggio della stazione, caricati i bagagli sotto la pioggia. Sconsiglio questa struttura, sarebbero sufficienti due stelle.

A decent hotel, within view of the train station. Overall friendly staff. The entrance, lobby, and breakfast area were all clean and comfortable. However my room, not sure about all of them as I know they are doing some renovations, was extremely outdated. The bed was very low to the ground and not very comfortable. The sink and fixtures in the bathroom were also very low. One of the lights were out in the bathroom which made it very dark. Told the front desk about it, but it didn’t get fixed before I left. There were holes in the wall, upholstery on the chairs was ripped and a terrible view. The room needed an entire overhaul. The light on the phone continually blinked and after telling the front desk about it twice I just unplugged it for my last night. I expected more, way more from a 4-star hotel, considering I jus stayed at one last week in Portugal. While it was right next to the train station which made it very convenient for walking, there are others in the vicinity or as well, or as in my case for my next visit I have booked another a little further away.

Hotel nei pressi della stazione. Molto comodo ed utile se di passaggio. Segnalo solo il letto un pò sfondato al centro, che ho avuto entrambe le volte (visto lo stesso numero di camera assegnato in tutti e due i casi). Ho fatto presente la cosa in struttura ma non sembra essere stata recepita.

My room needed a bad make over. The bed felt like it has not been replaced for decades. The carpet, sink, and shower need to be replaced. They need to be updated. The hallway slightly smells like sewer. The staff is GREAT though!

Fiz a reserva para dois adultos e uma criança pequena 3 anos. Chegamos mais cedo e a moça que nos atendeu foi muito atenciosa, nosso quarto não estava pronto mas ela guardou nossas malas e perguntou se queríamos uma cama pequena para o meu filho. Eu aceitei e em hora nenhuma ela me falou de custos. Quando voltei pra dormir vi que tinha um berço, sem Lençol ou travesseiro, no meu quarto. Meu filho tem 3 anos, ele se quer cabe no berço. No outro dia na hora do check out outra atendente, bem menos educada, me disse que tinha uma taxa de 10 euros. Eu perguntei do que e ela me falou que era do berço. Eu questionei dizendo que não usei e que não me pedi, me goi oferecido. Ela me falou que não tinha o que ser feito e ficou por isso.

Reception staff were very welcoming, warm, and helpful with suggestions and directions. The room was comfortable but could be updated. Breakfast was good and very reasonably priced. Great location close to bus and train station, walkable to major sites.

This was a horrible stay and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. We booked 3 nights and ended up leaving early in the morning after the second night. First, the room didn't seem very clean - it smelled moldy and old. On the second night, rain was coming in from the ceiling and down into our suitcases - we had to change room very late in the night after we already went to sleep. When we addressed our concerns with the staff, they told us to send an email. We had hotels.com send them an email for us, and they were in no way inclined to compensate us for our stay - not even an apology or anything. This is in no way acceptable and does not live up to the 4-star rating this hotel apparently has. I have stayed in hostels nicer than this.

The staff was nice and helpful but the hotel equipment is not 4 stars at all. This hotel should be 3 stars. We had cockroach and spider in the room and they changed our room instantly. And there is no teacup or cutlery. We are given only paper cups. However, staff service was alright.

Excellent stay and it is located on one of the main roads around 5 minutes walk from the station. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful and organized an early check in when we got there at 0900. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and the city centre is easily walkable from the hotel. Highly recommend.

Veramente un ottimo hotel, da tutti i punti di vista.Reception,camera,letto,bagno,spazi comuni, ed un'ottima colazione a buffet. Da segnalare infine il "pranzo di lavoro",a soli 12,50 euro,completo di primo e secondo a scelta,buffet di verdure e dolci,acqua e caffè,e tutto di ottima qualita.Rimane il mio hotel a Brescia!!!!

Excellent location, just a few metres from the train station. Spacious room. Good restaurant. No tea kettle provided as they say hotel is full and hence not available. It's strange, since I thought kettles must be in every room in a 4 star hotel. Provided the next day. Otherwise no complaints.

Absolut INGEN 4-stjärnig standard. Angavs att det skulle vara vattenkokare o AC. Fanns inga vattenkokare längre i AC’n skulle fungera om några veckor. Trist frukostbröd, blek bacon, oaptitlig ägg. Inga grönsaker alls. Youghurt o flingor m frukt dock riktigt bra. Bott på andra 4-stjärniga hotell i Italien så hade lite krav. Bra läge nära stationen.

Te las cobran a 2€, mientras que en la máquina de fuera tienes agua a 1,20€. Pero es la tónica general de la región de Lombardía, estafar al turista.
