Hotel Fiera Di Brescia

The air con but was pretty week but....the bed was great, the hot tub in the room was amazing. Staff were lovely and plenty of free parking. Loved it

The room was not according to the website pictures, meaning an old and dirty, no soap and very dark.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, JUST THE WORST. I found two bugs in the jacuzzi, but I couldn’t let the wateter flow so i had to share it with these bugs. I have photos and video of everything. Also the jacuzzi didn’t work, the headbord pf the bed was just a wooden board , broken and squeaky. I received zero refund and ZERO APPLOGIES . Also didnmt even meet the requirement for a 4 stars hotel. Thats a scam, i feel robbed

Wifi did not work in our room.

Breakfast was disappointing and had very limited selection. Stayed there for 3 nights, dreaded coming back to room after long day working. First room the shower was not working, had to use the bathtub that was right smack behind the bed. Air condition was not working properly, made lots of noise without any cool air. Room electricity required card insertion , otherwise, all turns off when leave room. Can’t have extra key bc it doesn’t work if left the other card in the room. Room was dark and thick with perfume to mask strong carpet residual odor. When asked to change rooms, they couldn’t be bothered with and said all rooms were booked however come to find out, there was one adjacent room available. We were finally relocated to a different room our last night which was similar in condition though a/c worked. Overall, strong recommend against This hotel. And the price was absolutely not reasonable for the stay. Very unsatisfactory stay.
