Tidy and clean. Nice and friendly staff! Good food in the restaurant.You can safly park your car in a closed-in area in an underground parking space, which is not open to the public.

Rigtig dejligt hotel med fin service. Fantastisk med gratis parkering og metro og supermarked tæt på. Eneste minus var morgenmaden, som var en smule kedelig og at poolen først åbnede kl. 12 på hverdage

Did not meet my expectation for a Novotel. The restaurant is not even open on Sunday, and the outdoor areas of the property are most easily accessed through the restaurant - which they block off and lock all the doors to the outside. When I asked if the doors could be opened the staff were quite rude and told me to go back past reception to access an alley on the side of the hotel. So in effect you don't have full access to the amenities on Sunday. It is also a reasonably long walk to the metro to get into Brescia, which is not comfortable if it is hot outside, and there is nothing around the general area of the hotel.

Leider nur sehr mangelhaft, da die Toilettenspülung nicht ging, das Waschbecken verstopft war und dreckiges Wasser immer hoch kam. Die Decke im Bad total verschimmelt war. Der Kühlschrank stand auch total unter Schimmel.

The room was really warm and they couldn't turn on the air-condition even though I asked several times. They claimed that the outside temperature was not warm enough, but I had at least 28 deg C in the room and couldn't sleep at all. Tried opening a window but then I heard the traffic instead

Personale molto disponibile e cortese. Le parti comuni dell'albergo sono molto belle, i corridoi ai piani e le camere risultano un po' datati, non tanto a livello di arredo, quanto per le finiture delle pareti e per le porte. In camera mancava uno specchio, mentre il phon non era all'altezza della struttura. Ottimo il frigobar, capiente e silenzioso ed il televisore con SKY.

Vi var en familj på fyra stycken. Vi fick ett litet rum som kändes som ett dubbelrum som man bara fällde ut bäddsoffan på för att det skulle vara plats för fyra. Väldigt trångt tyvärr mot våra förväntningar när man bokat ett fyrastjärnigt hotell. Det var ett väldigt trångt badrum samt att det luktade avlopp på badrummet. Hotellfrukosten var bra och poolen likaså. Bra med en poolvakt! Det fanns parkering på boendet som var gratis vilket uppskattades! Servicen på frukosten var bra! Det fanns en supermarket rätt över gatan vilket var jättebra och positivt. Ett bra hotell om man vill utforska sjöarna omkring. Tar ca 20 min till Iseo.

Firstly the good. The service and staff were nice, welcoming lobby, breakfast was good but nothing special, mostly sweet items. I liked the little pool to chill a bit in sun. The bad. Location is so bland and boring. bright light from sign of nearby building. The room itself felt so dated, as boring as outside. Power sockets were making a noise(weird). Bedding was ok.

Mistede vores taske ved udtjekning, men den blev fundet af personalet, som - efter lidt startvanskeligheder - var meget hjælpsomme. Startvanskelighederne var, at vi ringede, fandt ud af, at de havde fundet tasken med vires pas og pung i, men inden vi kunne finde en løsning på afhentning, så blev røret lagt på, fordi man skulle tjekke nogle ind. Sinon, situation convenable, brescia dispo à pied à 15 mn. Confort et equpt tradi d'un novotel

Defeito que diminui a nota de avaliação:às 21 horas,o restaurante do hotel tinha 3 opções para comer.Para um hotel 4 estrelas não ter um sanduiche de opção é um defeito grave.Não tem restaurantes nas imediações.

Did not meet my expectation for a Novotel. The restaurant is not even open on Sunday, and the outdoor areas of the property are most easily accessed through the restaurant - which they block off and lock all the doors to the outside. When I asked if the doors could be opened the staff were quite rude and told me to go back past reception to access an alley on the side of the hotel. So in effect you don't have full access to the amenities on Sunday. It is also a reasonably long walk to the metro to get into Brescia, which is not comfortable if it is hot outside, and there is nothing around the general area of the hotel.

Firstly the good. The service and staff were nice, welcoming lobby, breakfast was good but nothing special, mostly sweet items. I liked the little pool to chill a bit in sun. The bad. Location is so bland and boring. bright light from sign of nearby building. The room itself felt so dated, as boring as outside. Power sockets were making a noise(weird). Bedding was ok.

The room and locations was what we needed for a day trip in Brescia, our room was ready early, which was appreciated. We decided to give the on-site restaurant a try for dinner. My husband returned his main course, he had ordered a chef special $24 Euro - it was shrimp with veggies. The 3 small shrimp had actually been cut in half and was more of an appetizer size. When he complained to the hotel, they did not seem to care, simply said "we won't charge you" - the food I received was adequate, but not special. This was the worst meal we had in Italy. The hotel is good for a 1 night place to sleep and take a shower.

Unfortunately, we were assigned a room where the air conditioning was not functioning properly. No matter whether it was set to 15°C, it was unable to cool the room down to a comfortable temperature. In addition, the shower area was designed in a way that resembled an accessible bathroom, but without any proper separation or door. As a result, every time we took a shower, water spread across the entire bathroom floor. This is not the standard we would normally expect from Novotel, and we were therefore very disappointed with our overall experience.
