Flott gammelt område, muligens gammelt kloster eller noe annet kirkelig. En kirke midt på området. Flotte uteområder med mulighet for å sitte og ta en matbit eller noe å drikke. Store rom med te-kjøkken slik at du kan lage mat. Parkering i lukket område. Kun 10 euro pr opphold, så en kan kjøre ut og inn igjen uten å betale noe ekstra. Flott og hyggelig betjening. Gåavstand til alt i Brescia. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Private parking lot was a huge benefit in a city where parking can be difficult. Our first room was ok, we then then upgraded to a better room on the top floor which was great.

Förutom att vara ett hotell var det även ett hus med kyrkopersonal och kyrkomöten. Det skulle finnas en bar men den hittade vi aldrig. Det fanns en self bar (automat) men den hade så krångligt system med en app som inte var användarvänlig. Rummet var fint och frukosten god.

Girişte çok hoş bir lobi var ve lobideki tuvaletler gerçekten temiz ve teknolojik. Akşam yemeği yemedim ancak kahvaltısı benim için yeterliydi, kalite ortalamanın üzerinde ve içecek servisi var. Ayrıca glutensiz ürünler de bulabiliyorsunuz. Odam genel olarak temizdi. Yatak rahattı, saklama alanları benim için yeterliydi. Bence eklenmesi gereken bir şey var, dolapların içine bir aydınlatma yerleştirilebilir. Çünkü dolabın pozisyonu itibarıyla içine çok fazla ışık girmiyor. Bu nedenle temiz olup olmadığından tam olarak emin olamadım ve kullanmaktan çekindim. Genel olarak Brescia şehrinde birkaç sefer küçük bir böcekle karşılaştım ve bundan otel odamda da sadece bir adet gördüm. Spezielles Hotel mit viel Charme. Das Zimmer war einfach eingerichtet mit einfachem Standart, aber alles ordentlich und sauber. Hatte nicht vermisst und bei dem Preis absolut ok. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, beim Blick aus dem Fenster direkte Sicht in den Park mit seinen schönen, grossen Bäumen, herrlich.

Las habitaciones son muy ruidosas y se escucha todo,la habitación de arriba, la de al lado y la calle! El hotel está muy céntrico y en una zona segura, pero necesita una reforma, la cama durísima y el baño muy viejo, pero hay que decir que estaba limpio! El parking es privado y cerrado, la única lástima es que sea al aire libre.

Location was perfect close to everything you need, however 2 things let the stay down firstly the bed was uncomfortable, hard and 2 singles put together! We were put into a room that had a connecting door and at 2am the noise from the arrival next door was like someone had walked into our room and started to have a conversation! It was deafening! This lasted for an hour before we could get back to sleep! Shame as was a nice hotel! Staff were professional and helpful.

We booked the Deluxe Room, and I definitely recommend it. The room was large, with a big bathroom and a separate bed-turned sofa that was nice to sit on. Some might find it all very dated, but we like a room with character and a cozy feel. It was perfectly clean. The sheets were high quality and the bed was comfortable. If you fiddle with the remote, you can get the TV to show movies in the original language, like English. Guests control the heat, and our room was always a comfortable temperature. Breakfast was nice at 9 euros each, and you can sit in the pretty arcade with a nice view of the garden. You can get a bus to the train station or walk easily to the center. Unfortunately, you can hear other guests through the walls, especially if they are noisy or have loud children.. Most of our 5 nights were quiet enough. Also, in the lobby and public areas, the restrooms feature squat on the floor, pee in a hole in the floor toilets (!??!!) Time to get modern and accessible people!

Centrally located, in an old huge building. Our Panoramic Double Room was situated on the top floor and had a good view over the surrounding area. The room was dated and the bathroom needs urgent re-decorating. Good breakfast and service.

We booked a panoramic double room with balcony on the 3r floor of the hotel. The room was very dark with poor lighting. When we asked for some water for our night drink we were told that there ws no bar in the hotel but we could buy some bottled water from the hotel's vending machine. After our visit my wife discovered her purse was missing. We thought it might have been left in the hotel room. I rang the hotel twice. On both occasions the phone was put down on me when I asked if anyone spoke English. I also emailed the hotel twice but never got a response. Very poor service.

I honestly was looking very much forward to my stay in this hotel. Unfortunately I was let down by the staff attitudes (all except one reception Male), the bed was awful and the A/C that I paid extra to have hardly worked. I had asked for someone to take just a couple nice photos of me on their beautiful staircase and the response I got back was “we aren’t paid for this type of service”. I was shocked to hear those words. This was a you g man who said it. He did agree to take some photos but they are awful pictures so he may has well not have taken any at all. Their customer service was not the best to say the least. Be prepared to feel like you are sleeping on the floor with how hard the bed was! I had put my do not disturb sign out on the door and the maid service just took it off and proceeded into my room anyways…that felt wrong !!! Overall, not worth the price AT ALL! Very disappointed!

I honestly was looking very much forward to my stay in this hotel. Unfortunately I was let down by the staff attitudes (all except one reception Male), the bed was awful and the A/C that I paid extra to have hardly worked. I had asked for someone to take just a couple nice photos of me on their beautiful staircase and the response I got back was “we aren’t paid for this type of service”. I was shocked to hear those words. This was a you g man who said it. He did agree to take some photos but they are awful pictures so he may has well not have taken any at all. Their customer service was not the best to say the least. Be prepared to feel like you are sleeping on the floor with how hard the bed was! I glimpse of hope in the darkness of mediocrity Proactive front desk seasoned professionals (Ms Sara & Messrs Maximo and Andrea); an attractive building; nicely, even elegantly appointed rooms (wood (!) doors and furniture, separate tiled bathroom, no open-air dorm-style "closets") and good housekeeping are all features that tell you that this hotel management knows what hospitality really is

Un cadre très joli mais une chambre supérieure décevante avec un balcon vide donc sans intérêt. Le dimanche matin, un petit déjeuner déplorable avec un buffet vide et du personnel débordé. Le lundi ce fût mieux. Un check out catastrophique pendant lequel on insiste pour nous faire payer une deuxième fois.

Do not stay here, music till 3am, the windows, doors and rooms aren’t sound proof at all. The evening staff at reception barely spoke English and wanted to keep our passports, barely got any sleep as you’d hear EVERYTHING on your floor. We had an overall pleasant stay at this unique and historic hotel. The property is spacious and full of character, with beautiful historic wings and courtyards that create a special atmosphere and reflect the building’s heritage. However, they may feel a little dated for guests looking for a more contemporary experience. The bathrooms are also showing their age and would benefit from some renovation, along with higher-quality toiletries such as more premium soap and shampoo. One of the hotel's strengths is the excellent parking facilities within the courtyard. Secure and convenient parking is a real advantage when visiting a larger Italian city and made our stay much easier. During our visit, temperatures exceeded 30°C. In such hot weather, we certainly missed having access to a swimming pool. That said, pools are not always easy to find in larger Italian city hotels. Fortunately, the air conditioning in the room worked very efficiently and helped maintain a comfortable indoor temperature. Our main disappointment was a power outage caused by a thunderstorm. The electricity in our room was out for more than an hour, and it took quite a long time before the issue was resolved. As a result, we spent a considerable amount of time waiting in the reception area after midnight and unfortunately lost a couple of hours of sleep before power was restored.

Unfortunately the air-conditioning was not working for our 4 nights at the hotel and the temperatures were in the 30's. Everything else was old fashioned, but working well, like the shower etc. One of the highlights is the restaurant, with an original chef, producing great food and excellent waiting staff. In easy walking distance to Brescia sites.
