Excellent choice we made :) Gorgeous hotel with stunning historic interior and outside spaces. Spacious rooms with large comfy beds and nice and quiet. Option to select into breakfast if you want day by day so we had just one that suited us on the day we left - lovely with a good choice of all you need. Beautiful area to sit at outside in summer. Staff all helpful at the hotel and we both commented on the very genuine warmth and friendliness of the two guys who checked us in and out. Grazie :) we also got a paid voucher from them to access 5 of Brescia’s historic attractions. Well worth it and as it lasts a year and we only had a full day, so couldn’t do them all but we will come back! Brescia is a hidden gem and loved it all. There’s also eateries minutes from the hotel if you don’t fancy the 10 mins walk into town. Station for trains/ bus 20 mins away :)

Nice and clean room in a very nice palazzo. The room has 2 balconies: one secluded and one with a beautiful view over the old town and hills. The mattress was quite hard, but comfortable enough. The building has nice historic decorative features and a quiet inner garden. The staff was friendly. Location is a bit on the periphery of the old town, but central enough that you can walk to most interesting places. We did not try the breakfast and restaurant.

Splendid breakfast buffet. Quiet, clean. The staff were really nice and helpful. Easy walking from there to historic centre sights. The single bed was huge!

The rooms were a nice size. We had a small patio on the2 floor that had a beautiful view of the city. Very close to stores, restaurants and bars. The museum was walkable and interesting. We loved to hotel and the historical feel.

Holes in our room door, graffiti in the elevator. Staff at “restaurant” (conference room) spoke little to no English. No plates with appetizer. Fried perch was 3 very small meatballs. Charged $10e to park because booked on hotels.com even tho website says free. Later rescinded. Their website would not load to book direct. Room overlooked construction area. Loud and dirty. No mini fridge, no bidet. Bed felt like sofa bed. Shower the size of shoebox. A poor and disappointing experience. Good location however.
