The hotel was very nice and overall good. However when they changed the sheets the next day, my pillow had a stain on it. Didnt want to cause a fuss though so i didnt say anythjng. A bit disappointing that you have to pay extra for the pool but the room was very nice ans had good privacy. The keycard is a bit hard to use and the bed is super super hard as well as the pillow. Overall the room was clean and there was a safe and a minifridge in the room so that was good.

Stanza doppia con letti grandi , con anticamera e bagno grande dotato di doccia ampia e funzionale. Pulizia ottima. Checkin rapido. Unica pecca la colazione non inclusa a prezzo troppo alto.

Good stay overall. However: Very MISLEADING statements on the website and Expedia and even in the hotel regarding the onsite pool and jacuzzi. It was promoted as included, but you have to pay an extra 20 euros and book a "spa experience" hour. Not cool.

Hotel hat genug Parkplätze. Suite habe ich besser erwartet. Sauberkeit war so so. Zimmer hatten leicht Schimmel. Whirpool und Sauna im Zimmer sind ok, beide etwas klein. Was mich am meisten enttäuscht hat war dass eine der beiden Flaschen bereits angebrochen war und bisschen Wasser fehlte. Hätte ich nicht bemerkt, hätte ich von einer benutzten Flasche getrunken. Touristentaxe war mehr als hier angegeben.

L'hôtel fut visiblement un bel hôtel il y a une vingtaine d'année. Aujourd'hui, tout est un peu vieillissant et le style et la décoration dépassés. Il reste peu éloigné du centre ville, très facilement accessible en voiture, et bénéficie d'un parking gratuit. Autre point positif, le personnel était très agréable et compètent.

Wir sind fix und fertig von einem 12 Stunden Bilepacking Tag bei 35 Grad angereist. Restaurant geschlossen und für die Sauna wollte der unfreundliche Rezeptionist 40 Euro. Hatten das Hotel nur wegen der Möglichkeit Abends noch zu entspannen gebucht und dann die unverschämten Preise und kein entgegenkommen. Hier kommen wir nicht mehr her. Keine Empfehlung. Zimmer laut und lieblos eingerichtet.

Metto 4 stelle solo per le signore della mattina Federica e Ewa ma i ragazzi della sera precedente anche no x questo 4 altrimenti avrei messo 5 Colazione senza infamia e senza lode Camera e bagno comodi ma poco sapone Ottimo posto Spa pessima soprattutto 20€ a persona proprio no Inoltre non era menzionato che fosse a pagamento ed a prenotazione così siamo entrati alle 20.30 di sera ma è così piccola che non ne vale la pena . Metto 4 stelle solo per le signore della mattina Federica e Ewa ma i ragazzi della sera precedente anche no x questo 4 altrimenti avrei messo 5 Colazione senza infamia e senza lode Camera e bagno comodi ma poco sapone Ottimo posto Spa pessima soprattutto 20€ a persona proprio no Inoltre non era menzionato che fosse a pagamento ed a prenotazione così siamo entrati alle 20.30 di sera ma è così piccola che non ne vale la pena . Sconsiglio la Spa

Ho prenotato il pernotto tramite app per 2 stanze on line a delle condizioni economiche. Arriviamo in albergo e ci sistemiamo dopo la mezzanotte, alla ripartenza ci viene chiesto il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno (come di consueto) ma risulta essere il doppio rispetto a quella prevista on line. Il personale si giustifica che il portale presenta un costo errato. Alla fine solo dopo diverse rimostranze paghiamo il dovuto. Ma non viene erogata la ricevuta seppur richiesta, con promessa di inviarla via mail … assurdo!!

The hotel situated in a good location, walking distance to castle, museum, local bars and town. Definitely go for the room with the jacuzzi you will not be disappointed. The front desk staff were very helpful and knowledgeable..Breakfast was fine. I will definitely stay here again when back in the Brescia area. Mske sure you go to the Musedo Di Santa Giulia and The Capitolium.

Esperienza più che positiva in generale. La struttura offre molti servizi tra i quali una bellissima SPA (a 20€) e una palestra inclusa nella prenotazione. La colazione è abbastanza variegata. Disponibilità e gentilezza del personale top. L’unica nota dolente per favore controllate che le lenzuola pulite non siano macchiate perchè mi è capitato come ad altre persone.

We enjoyed our stay at hotel master, the parking was at the back entrance to the hotel and felt really safe as only hotel guests and staff are able to enter. We mostly stayed in our room and enjoyed the bubblebathtub and had an overall very enjoyable stay. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Wir sind fix und fertig von einem 12 Stunden Bilepacking Tag bei 35 Grad angereist. Restaurant geschlossen und für die Sauna wollte der unfreundliche Rezeptionist 40 Euro. Hatten das Hotel nur wegen der Möglichkeit Abends noch zu entspannen gebucht und dann die unverschämten Preise und kein entgegenkommen. Hier kommen wir nicht mehr her. Keine Empfehlung. Zimmer laut und lieblos eingerichtet.

Fantastisch hotel. We hadden de superior kamer geboekt met bubbelbad voor een heel zacht prijsje. Gratis parkeren op parkeerplaats hotel. Centrum op loopafstand (even door het tunneltje heen). Aanrader!

L'hôtel fut visiblement un bel hôtel il y a une vingtaine d'année. Aujourd'hui, tout est un peu vieillissant et le style et la décoration dépassés. Il reste peu éloigné du centre ville, très facilement accessible en voiture, et bénéficie d'un parking gratuit. Autre point positif, le personnel était très agréable et compètent.

I have to travel a lot, and I can really say that this was a wonderful stay - I can't think of a single problem. The breakfast was very nice, the staff were very supportive and attentive when I needed things (printed or little things like scissors). The room was very clean. It really didn't matter that the staff left at 5pm, because any time I needed something, I could text, and the atmosphere was very warm. Lidia was great. I will come again for sure.

Struttura vecchia. Stanza non fumatori che puzzava di fumo. Presenza di terrazzino, ma non si può fumare sul terrazzo ogni volta bisogna uscire dall hotel. Ristorante con prezzi esagerati, cibo da mensa aziendale. Prenotiamo la spa € 20.00 x ora a persona, scendiamo spa tutta buia acqua gelida, quindi servizio non usufruito. Meno male che abbiamo fatto solo una notte alla modica cifra di € 140.00.

L'hotel è molto comodo e confortevole. Molto pulito e il personale cordiale. Peccato che nelle camere standard non ci sia neanche una saponetta come set di cortesia. Niente di niente. La colazione €.14 un po' esagerata. Ho saputo poi che se l'avessi confermata la sera precedente l'avrei pagata €.9. ma se te lo dicono dopo serve poco.

La nourriture du restaurant est du réchauffé industriel insipide- Passez votre tour et allez profitez de la ville. La moitié de la carte n'était pas disponible faute de produit. Le petit-déjeuner si il est bien achalandé n’est pas meilleur : Évitez absolument les jus de fruit industriel de la machine dont les dosages n’ont pas été respecté et rendent les boissons imbuvables.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in questo hotel. Trovato gentilezza e cordialità subito all'arrivo. Ci è stato permesso di lasciare i bagagli in deposito fino all'ora del ceck in potendo cosi sfruttare la mattinata in massima libertà. L'hotel e' in posizione strategica, nelle vicinanze del centro, comodo anche a piedi, oppure si può prendere l'autobus gratuito che porta a ridosso delle piazze principali. La camera è stata confortevole e nel pomeriggio abbiamo usufruito anche della spa. € 20 per un'ora e mezza di relax, eravamo solo in 5 persone quindi vengono garantite tranquillità e confort. Ottima colazione, varia, abbondante, sia dolce che salato. Consiglio vivamente!

The hotel was very nice and overall good. However when they changed the sheets the next day, my pillow had a stain on it. Didnt want to cause a fuss though so i didnt say anythjng. A bit disappointing that you have to pay extra for the pool but the room was very nice ans had good privacy. The keycard is a bit hard to use and the bed is super super hard as well as the pillow. Overall the room was clean and there was a safe and a minifridge in the room so that was good.
