This is an excellent hotel and we would definitely stay again if visiting Florence. The greeting on arrival was really friendly and helpful. We had a family room on the second floor and it was huge, really well furnished and nicely decorated. The jewel in the crown of this hotel though has to be the rooftop terrace restaurant and swimming pool. Breakfast (which was a great selection with amazingly friendly, attentive and positive service) is served on the rooftop which is an amazing way to start the day, with a view over the Duomo and rooftops of the city. The pool is open until late evening and is heated so even on a cooler springtime evening it was very pleasant. Lots of seating and sofas around the pool area too. Overall verdict 10 out of 10 - highly recommended.

Very impressed with the whole experience of staying at The Kraft Hotel! All staff kind, helpful and polite. Lovely room attractively furnished and having a balcony was a lovely bonus. Ideally situated approx 10mins walk to the city and its many attractions with bus stop also nearby. Various restaurants on the doorstop at good prices. Rooftop pool and patio area afford breathtaking views across the city Small gym and sauna also available. We were bed and breakfast basis and were delighted at the choices available. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel!
