We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Aside from it's just few steps from train station, it is also close to restaurants, grocery stores and walkable to some of tourist spots. Spent 1 night here with the plan of going to Pisa the following day. The staff are very friendly and were apologetic for the room type (instead of double bed but provided 2 twin beds) but ended up in a double/ Queen-sized bed. Room is clean, spacious and a comfy matress. Bathroom is spotless. Overall, a decent place to stay in Florence, close to Santa Novella train station.

Das Zimmer war zwar renoviert aber nur oberflächlich. Toll war die Toilettenspülung, die quasi gar nicht funktionierte. Keinerlei Ablageflächen im Bad. Auch im Zimmer nicht wirklich Platz um den Koffer abzustellen. Zu Fuß kommt man überall schnell hin, vor allem vom/zum Bahnhof. Das ist sicher der größte Vorteil.

O quarto estava bem novo, a cama era confortável e a localização perto da estação facilita muito. O banheiro apesar de novo estava com problema para escoar a água, o que as vezes molhava todo o banheiro. A entrada é antiga e compartilhada com outros imóveis comerciais. Mas o quarto do hotel é bem novo e diferente da entrada. O custo benefício é bom e a cidade é simplesmente incrível. Voltariamos com certeza.

Passing by the corridor there appear to be rooms that were better prepared. Also, it was difficult to sleep some nights due to noise outside in the area and hearing a shower running from another room. Overall, it was an average experience.

Outside building was dirty, not much to look at. But the room was lovely, clean, air con, comfy bed, modern bathroom, a bit spacious for 2 ppl. Has lift to go up, easy access for suitcases. Big window can still be open for fresh air. A bit of walk from train station, we dont mind but at night still lots of people, some were sketchy but just walk fast and they dont bother us (still safer than Rome termini). Love the hotel, will stay again.

A very short walk from the train station and you arrive at the Hotel Lombardi. First off I loved the old style cage elevator. Very nostalgic. There are 5 steps up to the entrance but after that the elevator "whisks" you to the first floor and the hotel. Check in was very easy and the room was very close to the front desk. The owner is very friendly and and gave us a map with many landmarks marked off for us to see. Room was very comfortable with a nice bed and fridge. Bathroom was a bit small but the shower had very hot water and plenty of pressure. There is shopping just down the street and lots of restaurants close by. OK. Just down the street towards the shopping and restaurant area is a row of trash bins by the street. This can get a bit messy but just ignore it as you walk by and you will be in the restaurant area with any type of cuisine you desire. The Hotel Lombardi is a good value for your hard earned money. Enjoy your stay there.

歩道は狭いですが、中央駅から近く便利な立地でした。部屋もスーツケースふたつ広げれる広さでした。バスタブがなく、シャワーブースのみでしたが水が漏れないしっかりしたカーテンレールでしたので床がびしょびしょにならない点は良かったです。ホテルでの滞在時間が短く、寝るだけだったので満足いくクオリティでした。

Good Hotel, right next to the main Train Station and tram that takes you directly from the airport to the train station visa versa. Hotel was a bit hard to find from the front but on the building you will see a plaque saying hotel Brooklyn, just climb those stairs and through the double door, it will be on the 2nd floor (elevator or climbing for faster). Room was good with fridge however, the bathroom needs some renovations and plus the lo-flo toilets are no go for tourists/hotel guest.

Siamo stati presso questo hotel un weekend, e basta e avanza. L’hotel si presenta in una posizione ottima, vicino al centro e alla stazione, ma i pregi sono finiti qua. L’ingresso alla struttura è accompagnata da una puzza costante di aglio o spezie strane, le camere sono minuscole e senza gli spazi adeguati. Il bagno è inutilizzabile, i sanitari sono talmente attaccati ai muri che devi sederti in obliquo. Rumori costanti, difficile dormire la notte per i clacson, rumori dalle altre stanze etc. Perlomeno sono pulite. Per quanto riguarda il servizio sono stati molto gentili sin dall’inizio, il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. Non consiglio per chi cerca qualcosa da più di due notti o per chi non cerca un hotel di “appoggio” e basta.

Great little hotel in a perfect location. 5 minute walk from the train station right in the centre of Florence. Small room but spotlessly clean and a great bed . Perfect for a visit to Florence especially if a short trip like ours as you are literally near to everything. Lovely helpful staff and we were able to leave our luggage on check out until later in the day.

Hotel changed management on March 1, 2024. Per Hotel.com email and my credit company, I paid for the stay but Hotel Lombardi's new front desk lady insisted that I did not pay. I showed her the receipt but she did not want to even take a look.

Quarto bem básico, tv bem pequena , só 1 travesseiro, chuveiro ruim e sem chuveirinho, pelo menos é só 3 minutos a pé da estação de trem, café da manhã com poucos itens , mas ok.como fiquei só uma noite, foi razoável , não ficaria mais dias.

Good budget place. Within a couple hundred meters of the train station, the area is a little tired, dodgy. Breakfast was nothing special but if you're ok with a couple croissants, yoghurt,and packets of toast and basic corn flakes cereal, then it's fine. Coffee was good. Boxed orange juice was not very good quality. But all the staff were terrific, friendly.

Ficar neste hotel (nem poderia ser chamado por esse nome trata-se de uma hospedaria) não é uma boa experiência, primeiro a entrada e sinistra lembra a mansão malassombrada, o trauma começa na entrada, voce chega no endereço mas não acha o tal hotel, existe uma porção de hotel escrito na porta do hotel, e deixa muito a desejar. E se for so dormir tudo bem serve, o cafe da manhã não recomendo fraco, melhor ir numa cafetariacafeteria ir

Struttura situata in un ottimo punto a due min dal centro e dalla stazione. Personale gentilissimo e accogliente, stanze pulitissime, calde e dotate del necessario per la propria sosta a Firenze. Biancheria e asciugamani ottimi. C’è anche il televisore. Buona colazione con ottimo cappuccino!!
