They allowed to leave our luggage in the luggage room before we checked in and after we checked out. The breakfast was awesome! The rate was quite reasonable. It was located near the central station. All was very good.

Although it seems a bit run down from the outside, this hotel is beautiful and gives traditional Italian charm on the inside. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They gave us key information on arrival with key sights to see and how to access. The hotel is located well near lots of restaurants and bars. 10 minute walk to the duomo and Michelangelo museum. Everything is within walking distance, the furthest being about half an hours walk from the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had a good variety including gluten free bread! The car park was difficult to locate but once found was in walking distance (just round the corner, approx 2 mins from the hotel). Would defiantly recommend!

Allowed us to check in early. They also allowed us to leave our backpacks the day of checkout, so we could explore without having to carry them around. Everyone should stay here. 10/10 for sure.

Stanza pazzesca, soffitto alto, riccamente decorato, letto matrimoniale enorme, letti dei bimbi altrettanto grandi. Finestrone ampio con doppi infissi. Specchio e scrivania grandi. Ci sono anche due cassoni ai piedi dei letti. Il bagno stupendo: doppio lavabo, doppio asciuga capelli perfetto per 4 persone. Doccia grande con la parete aperta, ottimi anche i prodotti da bagno. Lo specchio enorme. Manca il bidet, ma c'è un comodissimo doccino accanto al gabinetto per lavarsi per bene. Colazione internazionale sotto con un sacco di dolci e i classici cornetti, uno più buono dell'altro. Nella hall dell'Hotel poltrone per riposarsi e qualcosa di benvenuto: acqua e dei dolciumi nel pomeriggio, oppure i cornetti alla mattina. La posizione centralissima, abbiamo girato con 2 bimbi piccoli, solo a piedi, siamo arrivati al Duomo, alla piazza della Signora e fino agli Uffizi senza stancarci. Pieno di trattorie tipiche nei dintorni, pieno di persone a passeggio e di vitalità il quartiere. Abbiamo parcheggiato a pagamento in un garage convenzionato, che si trova a 200 mt, perché l'hotel è in zona pedonale, ma si può passare con la macchina per lo scarico bagagli. Ci tornerò volentieri.

Such an easy experience from the train station to dropping our bags to exploring the city. Quiet street but easy to get to the action of the city. Front desk was super nice and helpful. Wish we stayed one more night. Next time we return we will stay again.

Super location near train station, the market and the Duomo. Quiet end of street with great vibes. Safe. Comfortable bed with updated shower room. Lovely reception area with water and little treats for guests. A nice touch. Also mini bar very reasonable. Friendly staff.

The room was clean (showing its age a little, but totally fine) bathroom modern and good water pressure in the shower. Great location a little out of the fray but still easy to walk to major sites. Only a 5-7 minute walk from the SMN train station. Several nice restaurants close by. There was only soap and hair/body shampoo provided, so bring some conditioner and body lotion if you need it! Breakfast was excellent. I would stay here again.

This was our favorite property during our entire Italy stay. The hotel was just a 5 minute walk from the train station and was close to all of the main places you would want to see within walking distance. This was a very nice hotel in an area close enough to be an easy walk to the city center. The only negative was the room size (double) was quite small without enough shelf space to fully open our carry-on sized suitecases. On the other hand, the breakfast was exceptional with the only Starebucks quality americano coffee that we had in Italy.

We had a fantastic stay! We stayed here for a few nights while traveling across Europe and could not have asked for a better experience. The room was spacious, clean, and extremely fancy. We had a pleasant experience right from the start. Allegra checked us in and gave us a map with insights on the most important areas to visit as we walked through Florence. The hotel is perfectly located, which was most important to us. The rooms included a good sized bathroom and shower and were comfortable and clean. If you are looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay that is in the heart of the city then this should be high on your list. We would stay here again.

Overall it was a good stay. The staff were not warm, but they're polite and do greet you when you come in/go. The room was in good condition, the tv can connect to netflix. The breakfast was great, and the lady who's looking after breakfast was very friendly too. It's almost comparable to some of the 4-star hotels we have stayed at. We enjoyed our stay.

My heat did not work and I was freezing the whole time. I did report this to front desk and they said they would send some one after 8:30pm last night but no one came. I got a bad cold from the cold air. My room did not look like picture I requested. I did not get any upgrade. Breakfast was just average. Same every day. Would have preferred some change.
