This hotel is east of the center, behind Santa Croce, it’s outside the old walls so parking is much easier and no risk of accidentally entering a ZTL. Less crowded area, not over run by tourists as hotels in the center. Walkable 15 minutes to Duomo.

What a cute hotel just outside of the Florence city center. The staff is personable and so attentive. They genuinely want to help you have a wonderful stay. We booked the suite with the private hot tub. Our teenagers loved it. It was so special to be relaxing while looking out at the dome in the distance. Also, the breakfast was amazing. It really fueled our days there. The breakfast waitress is super friendly and helpful. We had to leave really early the day we checked out and they even offered to put some items in a bag for us to have in our fridge for the morning. Highly recommend! One night we were coming back and there was a block party on the street near the hotel. So fun with all of the locals and love music! We never would have experienced that if we were staying in the city center. Walk to the dome is about 25 minutes.

We stayed in the family suite which was spacious and clean. We had a rooftop view of the Duomo and our own hot tub and terrace. Breakfast was fabulous and hearty, exactly what we needed for sightseeing all day. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Orcagna and would stay there again!

Nous avons séjourné seulement une nuit dans cet établissement mais tout a été parfait. Nous avons pu déposer nos bagages tôt le matin à la réception et récupérer la clé de la chambre même si celle-ci n’était pas prête. Nous avons ensuite profité de Florence, parking à 15€ pour 24h juste à côté de l’hôtel, ensuite il faut environ 20 à 25 min de marche pour aller jusqu’à la place du Duomo mais ça se fait plutôt bien finalement. Le soir lorsque nous avons découvert notre chambre, grande surprise, spacieux, propre, moderne, Clim fonctionnelle, literie très bien et pour couronner le tout super petit déjeuner le lendemain matin ! Très bon accueil de la responsable de l’établissement qui en plus parlait français ! Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel si nous devions séjourner à Florence de nouveau ! Je recommande

A lovely hotel outside Firenze city centre in a quiet neighbourhood. All amenities within walking distance. Staff were welcolming and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. A wide selection of tasty food for breakfast. There was ample storage for luggage. All in all a great experience. We loved it.

Very nice and helpfull staff. Clean and modern rooms. Quiet hotel with no noise from traffic outside. The only negative thing I can think of was the elevator that was way too small. Difficult to get two persons with luggage inside.

This is a wonderful hotel in Florence! Me and my family of four stayed in the quadruple room. It was clean, comfortable and spacious with excellent air conditioning. They also had a great breakfast buffet! We will definitely stay here again when we are in Florence.

Staff very good and Margherita was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Only one issue and that is in our room we could hear toilets of other rooms. They need to sound proof some of the pipes that flow through the rooms. This is a very good neighborhood especially since Florence is so busy it's a good place to stay

I have been to a lot of hotels but I have never seen customer service as the one provided by Julia! She is the hotel’s greatest asset. Attentive to our needs, proactive, and genuine. The room is modern and I had a good night’s sleep. There is a family owned restaurant/pizzeria nearby, Le Staglione. You should not miss it if you are in for authentic Italian food. I will definitely recommend and I will be back if I am in the Florence area again.

We had a big room with a rooftop balcony. The view was amazing and you could see the Duomo. Rooms were spacious, comfortable beds. But the bathroom and shower situation for a family of five with grown children was extremely awkward. All doors were clear glass. We had to improvise and cover them with towels. It was a bit ridiculous.

Great stay, stand out breakfast!! Loved the cappuccinos! We walked from the train station, about a mile and half, taxi line was ridiculous. A bit of walk, but went slow and took in the views, right past the Duomo. A great bonus we had a balcony with a view of that great Duomo! Nice to stay a bit outside the chaos of the center city, and tons of cute shops and a co op market just around the corner. Only downsides internet and tv did not work, and walls were thin, but every one was very quiet.

Hotel was great, clean, and front staff was amazing. Only complaint is that it was terribly noisy every single night we stayed… not with outside traffic, just with people upstairs and people yelling outside. We stayed 3 nights and every night was the same with the noise.

The hotel is very nice, very well located, within walking distance to the Duomo (20 min walk), the staff was welcoming and helpful. The room is very modern and nice, no complaints, and the breakfast was great as well. Do know that the front desk only operates from 8am to 8pm si if you anything between that time you have to go across the street to Hotel Jane (same owners) and they will help you. I had to do this because we left very early and there was no one to settle the bill with .. The only NEGATIVE thing was that they need some sort of bulletin board or something to letave guests notes because we found out the wrong way the TAXI service was on strike so we lost our flight and ended up getting to airport after 6am (plane left at 6.25), ended up buying a new flight for all my family upwards of a 1000 euro...

Bel hôtel bien situé pour visiter la ville. Notre chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner pourrait clairement être amélioré mais il est tout à fait correct. Il nous a manqué une bonne salade de fruit frais et une omelette chaude. Pour le reste les produits présents étaient de bonne qualité. L'accueil au petit déjeuner n'était pas très chaleureux. Dans l'ensemble, ce fut un très bon séjour.
