Clean room, bed was hard but comfy enough. Pillows were comfortable. Air con barely worked and was extremely noisy, luckily there is a window to open which was much better option, room stayed cool. Beds were remade daily, but dirty glasses/mugs were left which was unexpected. Shower really needs replacing, most of the water comes out the top of the shower and runs down the wall. You still got enough out the bottom for a quick shower. We stayed in room 6. For price, it was about what I expected. We stayed 3 nights and apart from 1 disrupted by some noisy guests, it was a pleasant stay.

The room was clean and bright, the location convenient (a short walk from the train station and Piazza del Duomo), and the staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, with a large selection of sweet and savory food
