It was wonderful. The staff are super nice and professional. The place is romantic and welcoming. They do go the extra mile to help with any question concerns and do have great recommendations for dinner as well as how to get around the city. Love this place and will give them not a 10 but a 12. Definitely looking forward to come back on my next vacation to Florence

Monica and her staff were kind, polite, and extremely Helpful with directions, bringing up luggage, providing bus tickets, and calling a taxi for us. Dino provided us with attentive service at breakfast, which is included. Very reasonable rates for all services and comfort provided. They run the hotel in a very professional manner to accommodate guests. The hotel and rooms are very clean and quaint. A great night’s sleep in they’re comfortable beds and linens. You have access to everything you need there and you feel safe and cozy. A local bus runs every few minutes in the direction of the main attractions. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Florence.

It was a last minute trip amendment bit the hotel was lovely. It was quiet at cosy. The staff were really helpful.

The place is itself and the rooms are quite lovely. It is a bit further from the center which I liked as you get more of a neighborhood feel and not a place full of tourists. The staff were all for the most part quite helpful and friendly. Even bringing me a tea service up to the 2nd floor. My problem was with the cleanliness of my room. I found long dark hairs all over my bathroom. I mean ALL over and in the shower and on the bidet. There were also a pair of socks in a corner by the couch and then half eaten candy and a wrapper on the floor next to the window. I could see all the dust that was gathered along the floorboards by the window. I was really only there for two nights and travel with my own Lysol wipes so I cleaned off the shower and bidet myself and used the towels to move all the hair over to a corner. The room was still being cleaned when I arrived and I wished theyd have just taken their time and cleaned it properly. As lovely as the rooms are I will NOT stay at that place again.
