Breakfast was very good love the pool view from restaurant safe parking

We booked with expedia and booked for the pool, there was no indication the pool was closed for the winter season. We specifically booked it to relax by the pool after many days on the road, and it was super hot that day. We then arrived to our room and the air conditioning had been shut of for the off season as well, the windows opened but we were then eaten alive each night by the mosquitos. The breakfast was good. There is no access to ice or an ice machine in the hotel, they sent us to a bar down the road to get some. no food at all or snack machines.The bar and restaurant were also closed for the season.

Italiana Hotels Florence was a very enjoyable place to stay. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well organized, making our visit to Florence relaxing and smooth. The included breakfast was a great bonus and made our mornings easy and convenient. We also appreciated the free parking, which was very helpful and practical. The staff were great, friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. Overall, a wonderful experience and a solid choice for anyone visiting Florence.

Okay stay for the price paid. Positives were the free self parking and decent location, close to the highway to avoid Florence’s chaotic traffic. Breakfast buffet was okay for the hotel category. The staff was friendly and responsive to our requests. Overall a good value for Florence.

Hotel was far from city center and was very difficult to find a taxi. Room was average. No coffee in room. Pool closed on the early side. At 7 pm

Hotel deprimente, lo unico bueno es la piscina y la cierran temprano, habitaciones deprimentes.

Positivo ; autobus B23 delante del hotel y te lleva en 20 minutos al centro de Florencia. Negativo: instalaciones sucias y anticuadas. Desayuno justito. El personal de recepcion no te ayuda en nada, y cuando pides algo te ponen malas caras. En la piscina a las 7 pm recogen las tumbonas y te echan.

Tutto molto bello: la stamza, la piscina, la sala della colozione. Ottimo servizio e parcheggio comodo. Molto vicino al centro.

Pool was the biggest draw Dow our family. But location was out of city center so it was not as easy to walk around.

Hotellet är väldigt slitet och känns otroligt smutsigt. T.ex dammigt och tandborststänk i badrummet. Stolar i matsalen så slitna att stoppningen är synlig m.m. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter. Poolområdet var o.k.

Room poorly cleaned

Bonjour. J'ai attendu un mois de réflexion pour laisser tomber ma colère au sujet de cet hôtel arnaque. J'ai séjourné en couple durant quatre nuits dans cet établissement... et je le regrette énormément. Que de promesses et accord commercial non tenus! Nous avions réservé une suite junior avec vue sur piscine... et en arrivant on nous a donné une suite avec vue sur parking et avenue bruyante! Nous nous sommes plains immédiatement! La maîtresse- d'hôtel s'est déplacé et était convaincu avec nous d'une faute. A cette période il n'y avait aucune possibilité hôtel plein, sauf déclassement ! Mais ce n'était pas le deal. De plus, dans cet hôtel,il n'y aurait qu'une suite junior... donnant sur le parking, alors que l'accord n'était pas celui-là ! Elle nous a dit que nous serions donc remboursé (dans quelques jours) pour accord commercial non tenu. J'ai d'ailleurs le mail à disposition. De retour en France, un remboursement de 175 euros sur plus de 750 déboursés! Bravo ! Bonjour l'arnaque. Hôtels.com devrait être plus regardant sur ce style d'hôtel à arnaque. Quelles sont aujourd'hui mes possibilités d'obtenir un remboursement total ? Pour être complet au sujet de notre séjour très décevant, je peux également citer qu'un jour, de retour à notre hôtel en fin de journée, notre porte de chambre n'était pas claquée et était ouverte, que les draps (tachés de sang) ne sont pas changés tous les jours , que le lampadaire de notre chambre n'a jamais fonctionné malgré notre doléance...

Beim Betreten des Hotels kommt ein unangenehmer Geruch auf. Auf den Decken waren nicht gereinigte Flecken vorhanden. Einige der Trinkgläser rochen schlecht. Das Frühstück wurde nur selten nachgefüllt, und manchmal musste man mehrere Minuten auf das Essen warten.

Pool is nice. Hotel is old and dirty. Rooms are small. Service is not great.

Room was not clean at all especially the bed sheets and the comforter was really dirty.

The area is OK, about 15 minutes in car from center. The building is not in good shape, hotel needs to keep common areas clean, fresh and smelling like a hotel. The carpets, walls, doors, baseboards and overall shape of the building is terrible, even disgusting. The interior room is somewhat better. The wifi is bad service for work or streaming. Staff was OK but they took too long to check us in.

Horrible vraiment à fuir très très sale…

Het hotel is slecht onderhouden. We hadden waterschade in onze kamer (laminaat beschadigd, losliggend en bol). De badkamer zat vol schimmel. E.e.a. hebben we aangegeven aan de receptioniste (in T-shirt!!)....deze nam het voor kennisgeving aan... Vloerbedekking in de gangen zat vol vlekken. De inrichting van het restaurant had duidelijk z'n beste tijd gehad. Het restaurant had onvoldoende ruimte om een volledig gevuld hotel te kunnen bedienen. Bij het buffet grijp je regelmatig mis en ook het personeel is erg overvraagd. Het hotel claimt 4-sterren te zijn, maar dat is wel heel erg positief; ik zou het meer 2-sterren noemen...

Hôtel 4 paillettes et non 4 étoiles....extrêmement bruyant, mal isolé, mal insonorisé. Le petit déjeuner est ok, le parking gratuit un vrai plus.

Fomos muito bem recepcionados, hotel bem estruturado, excelente café da manhã, quantos espaçosos, excelente localização.

Shocking WiFi, would have been bad 10 years ago but honestly for a business-focused hotel its unforgivable. Apart from that a very pleasant stay, great pool, breakfast and BBQ restaurant. Free parking and 23 bus to city centre stops right outside, takes 15 mins and costs 1.50 with AT app.

Very convenient to get a bus to Florence historic city. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Entrance outside the hotel does not look nice. The Front desk area is okay. This is an old hotel in need of renovation. Breakfast is good. Not special. This hotel did not meet my expectations.

The bed was super comfy, very cold ac and the room was very nice. Only complaint would be the wifi as it was slow.

WORST HOTEL. Do not stay at this hotel. Staff are rude, was given two rooms. One had someone asleep in and the other peoples stuff in. Any issues I had I was told by staff that it was not their problem. No apology throughout my stay. Bathroom was dirty and disgusting. Managers attitude was poor and unprofessional, they do not offer any apology or drinks as a way to say sorry. Went away for my anniversary and they made the trip very stressful! Can not stress enough do not stay at this hotel, worst hotel and staff I have ever come across!

Where do I begin with my feedback, I will try to list all the issues: 1. Hostile and unfriendly staff. 2. Dark and dingy rooms with minimal lights. 3. The key card would not work at the end of the day each day of our stay coz as per them "the cleaning lady uses her card, so your card will not work" and they are not apologetic about any inconvenience they cause by saying - you are not the only one. 4. The breakfast staff stopped us from filling my son\'s water bottle in the morning even when we bought breakfast package for all four of us for three days. 5. Staff wouldn\'t let us heat our food from outside due to "safety reasons". We were there with 2 young kids and there was no empathy. 6. There was tea kettle in the room but only sugar packets, no tea/coffee to help us. Even after constant reminders, they would not provide the tea bags. 7. There was no shampoo/conditioners in the bathroom. They only had the Gel wash bottle which is attached to the wall of the bathroom. When asked front desk for shampoo, they said it is what it is in your room. So overall, pathetic stay. No wonder they dont have the room pics in their hotel page. Expedia should revise their ratings for this hotel so as not to misguide Expedia members into booking such pathetic hotels. Thanks, Tushita

Arrived at midnight to check in, and staff were incompetent, and rude. It took us an hour to check in, and when we got to our room, there were already guests in it.. for the price it it a very old run down building and not worth it

I would not recommend staying here if you are going to bring food back to the hotel. They do not offer a microwave, also asked for an iron and it was never delivered to my room. The front desk staff is rude. The only good thing about this hotel is the breakfast.

The room had a good size, the main plaza is about 30 minutes by bus which the bus stop is right outside the hotel. The breakfast was very good, it had a coffee machine to make your own coffee and it had a pool which I didn’t have time to use…

Loved the stay and breakfast was great. Just a little too far from downtown Florence to make it worth it.

La struttura é stata rimodernata, il personale é gentile, i prezzi onesti. La piscina pulita e ben esposta. Eviterei i cuscini sul letto ed il runner sul fondo, sono cose che io non apprezzo per una questione di igiene. L’albergo é in una zona servitissima dai pullman e quindi il centro facilmente raggiungibile in 15 minuti.Inoltre la zona é una delle più tranquille di Firenze, ci sono ottimi ristoranti anche in giro e ottime gelaterie, il centro commerciale a 10 minuti a piedi.
