The underground garage was a real plus with 4" of snow on the ground.

Shower head was too low for 5’9” and 6’5” people. No hair conditioner. Bed very comfortable and nice bedding. Breakfast was only cold cereal, yogurt and 2 fruits. We appreciated the underground parking.

There are small problems here that added up a little. The television was on the light switch and then required a full resetting of the input for cable television. There were instructions at the front desk, but this can be handled better. The ice machine was broken, which was a bummer, and the fan in the bathroom sounded like a jet engine!

Outdated decor but for the price it was a good deal. I got the 1 bedroom King which was super spacious. The front desk staff is nice and there was a small to go breakfast provided and wine in the evening.

Place was nice underground parking - Walking diatance to downtown - they do close to entrance doors late at night so you mightvhave to call the front desk to get you in lol But overall it was nice

Older hotel but the rooms were clean and comfortable. Only accessible electrical outlet was by the bathroom sink which made charging our devices challenging.A/C worked well,tv was fine bed was comfy. The free under the hotel parking is a big plus.Free wine and cookie happy hour 400-600 PM in the lobby is a nice perk. Free breakfast was o.k.,nothing really special. All in all for the price we paid a worthwhile hotel and I would return here.

We made a quick overnight stay in Carson City. This place has an interesting architecture that is quaint and kind of cool, though outdated. Our room was a little dated as well and I noticed some old staining on the carpet. The front desk staff were polite and friendly!

The staff was great, location central with restaurants and pubs in walking distance. Property is older, not completely refurbished. Parking is good, but filled up on Saturday due to large events nearby.

Older property but clean. Great staff and absolutely the BEST WIFI I have had on my trip this year. Comfortable bed, fridge, real coffee pot and microwave so go to the store and get what you need. Very basic continental breakfast but overall not a bad stay. Id return for the wifi alone.

Well laid out Hotel. Older style and Very Clean. Nice amenities for the price. Easy access location in Center of City. A much better deal as it has free breakfast and free and easy parking

This was probably one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. I booked this hotel on the ratings and many people commented that it was very clean, it was not! The carpet was disgusting. There were holes in walls, the bathroom door looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in years. The bathroom light switch was actually black from grime. I would not recommend this hotel.

Dirty stained floors windows& doors didn’t lock properly we had no problems however we felt unsafe because of the issues with windows and door . We were here for 3days /nights and never had any maid service . Had 1 half used shampoo & no conditioner the whole 3 day visit . No trash removal or any other service was provided.

The bed was very comfortable, room was clean. The entire hotel is non smoking, which is wonderful. We would stay here again if we are ever in Carson City again.

Very dated property....dirty hall carpet in need of repair...no drain plug in bathtub or sink..very basic and dated room decor. Very basic breakfast....dry cereal...oatmeal to cook in microwave, fruit, toast, coffee, juice. Bed was comfortable. TV had a long procedure to just turn it on. Staff was friendly. I don't think there were more than two other rooms rented on a Wednesday night. Probably a very historic building but in need of updates.

We stayed here Sep 21, 2024 - Sep 22, 2024 and had a pleasant experience. We recently stayed here again and will not stay here again. This place went down hill. The sign out front says "Impeccably clean". This is not true! We stopped by early and the clerk stated they could not hold our carry on bag. We came back later and the clerk was not friendly or welcoming. All the floors in the lobby and hallways were dirty and stained. The lamp shade was broken. Stains throughout our room and dirt on the floors. We were in room 313. Coffee in the room but no coffee pot. Sink and bathtub stained. The whole area seemed sketchy. This place is in desperate need of a makeover. We did not feel comfortable or safe. The view was a construction site. I wish I could have posted all the pictures I took. The best thing about this place was leaving.

The whole place was spotlessly clean, the hot water was consistent and lovely, plus the staff were awesome. The continental breakfast was a little limited but there was coffee!!

Room did not look like it was cleaned when arrived. Shower and bathroom were a mess. Conditioner and hair on walls in shower. Hallways were awful, carpet was ripped and pulled up everywhere. They had nailed down entry way mats over the carpet and nails were throughout the hallway holding down the carpet. Very dirty. Lobby was clean and staff were friendly.

The AC broke first night I was there. I messaged the manager to discuss this matter further but never heard back. Front desk receptionists were great. But, the hotel itself kinda sucked!

I truly wanted to give this property 5 stars. The staff was so nice and welcoming, especially Taj. We had to wait a bit at check-in but there were chairs and the lobby was comfortable. We were on the 3rd floor at our request. We stayed in a King Suite. My grandson slept on the sofa bed. It was fine for a child but not the grandparents. The king bed was comfortable enough. It had a microwave and mini-frig. Overall the room was clean. The water did not work in the shower. Taj came and fixed it while we were out for dinner. The water worked but it was very hot, think scalding. The water pressure was good. Everything needs a makeover. It's like staying at your grandparents house in the 70's. Basically we just slept there. It was fine for a night or two. Nothing fancy but it was comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay there again because of the service.

Terrible experience. Let’s start with the fact the the AC was broken in the whole hotel, it was hot summer and there were no fans available. At the reception we were told that the owner will issue us a full refund but later on we found out it will only be partial refund. They knew about the AC issue’s already from the afternoon so they could have informed customers or bought fans on time. It was impossible to sleep in that heat. On top of that I wouldn’t say the place was really clean. There were stains on the carpet and the whole of the bathroom sink had black and orange stains. The furniture is really outdated and not very practical. There was hand lotion but no hand soap?! Not sure where is the logic in that. The windows open only partially so it’s really hard to get any air in. Also the surrounding were very load and even though our room was looking at the parking lot, we could hear drunk people talking all night and motors passing by from the street. In total, I wouldn’t recommend staying at this location.

The staff were wonderful as has been my experience from previous stay. Beds are amazingly comfortable and cozy. Only issues I had this stay was that the heater did not blow hot air or even warm air. Thermostat was set on heat and 85 degrees and it was still blowing cold air. The other issue was there was no hot water in the shower, it was barely luke warm. They did bring me a space heater which took the chill out of the air. It is an older building and does need some upgraded renovations

The air conditioning didn’t work well at all, no tissues, the front desk (young girl) was unfriendly and did not know much. Ice machine was broken, turning on cable TV was a joke. Carpets extremely dirty Bed extremely uncomfortable

It was fine. It served its purpose for one night. The bed was very comfortable! It was nice having the private parking deck just for the inn. It does need some updating.

As soon as we arrived they informed us the AC was our in the entire building. When asked if they could discount the room since we drove for some time and just wanted to relaxed. The rude young man tmat the front desk with painted fingernails and piercings said absolutely not. I rebuttal and said in that case I need a dull tefund. Luckily my family and myself found a decent place to accommodate us for the night. This place is old, dingy, carpets all tore and lloknlike they been there since the 40's. We were on a two week vacation and this by far was the worst hitel of all the ones we visited. New Mexico, Utah, Nevada, California and Arizona. Dont let the pruce sucker you into this rat trap.

The only 1 thing I like it’s the bed. It’s clean and comfortable. But, the terrible problem is the faucet at the sink it doesn’t have water. I call the receptionist, they come the see and said:” Im sorry, I can not fix it”. I ask him to change to another room. He said : can not . I ask him one more time: you can not? He said yes. I pay for this room but I have to stay with the room it’s very inconvenient. And The TV not working, not connected. I’m really get mad because it’s very inconvenient for my family 4 people to us the sink. We have to get water from the faucet of bathtub . We use the bathtub loke the sink. When we check out,I ask the receptionist can do some thing for me happy like discount for me a little because the problem of the sink. She answered: can not do anything. She took a note about the problems. She said her manager will contact me . 5 days late after I checked out, no managers contact me or even call me back. This hotel is very bad services. The staff not helpful to solve the problems for customers even it’s very simple like changing the room , the problem is the hotel not convenient to stay but they Do Not changing the room for customers. I will never come back again with this hotel.

Alison, the receptionist of this hotel is really friendly and supportive. She gave us a lot valuable infos about the places where my family could spend in Carson, Nevada and in Lake Tahoe. We are from California and we really like the beauty of your city. Thanks again for your welcome!

We were given a different room than the one we booked. No heat in room. Employee that checked us in was rude and not helpful. Told me they were booked full. There were many rooms available. Finally said room next to us was open, only to find out that there was no heat in that room. Finally offered me 2 electric heaters to use in our room. Not very friendly and helpful.

It felt homey and comfortable. It felt safe walking to dinner a few blocks away. I liked that it was in a quiet historic area rather than in the middle of the casino district.

For a relatively inexpensive overnight stay this was just OK. The hotel does need some serious upgrades and carpet which they do have sign saying that that is in the works however, I did stay there almost a year ago and it said the same thing. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. I would’ve loved for them to have some sort of danish or pastry as opposed to just toast. Our bed was a little squeaky and not very firm. All of the pillows were too firm for me but again it was OK for just one night. The location is convenient if you wanted to walk around town when we visited it was just too hot to do that, but it is possible.

Positives: Comfortable beds, good A/C, quiet, good location, walkable area, covered parking. Negatives: Some stains on carpet, breakfast was only cereal, toast, previously frozen yogurt which had separated. There was coffee and juice, too.

Hotel needs major renovations. Signs are everywhere stating they are currently renovating. Breakfast is minimal (toast, yogurt, fruit, cereal).

Hello everything was nice except the breakfast. Cold cereal and toast was all that was offered.

We booked our room through hotels.com. The price was affordable the hotel was clean for the most part. Our room was very small, bathroom small, toilet against wall and television didn't work. Like underground parking/storage area and elevator to room level. Breakfast was toast and fruit only.

Staff was friendly- A+ . Basics for room cleaning was fine. It is old , so floors are stained, curtains old and ripped in our room. Beds comfy, good pillows and sheets. It was quiet which is important to me and can be bad at newer hotels with thin walled rooms. Breakfast very basic, but helped get you going on the day.
