Great beds! Very comfy. Big room fridge. Great pool! Large size and very clean. No fan in bath so suits didn't dry overnight and spots of black in the tub seal.

The check-in host was really nice and very helpful, we had our race car on a trailer and thier parking lot was able to accommodate and she also let me know they had a security systems with good cameras! The rooms were EXCELLENT! Really comfortable beds and lasting hot showers!

Slept really good. They however could have done better with breakfast. Not enough food. Things finished quickly and they were all out of it after that. Ice machine did not work. But otherwise the place was pretty decent.

Really nice hotel, seemed like it was maybe recently remodeled as everything looked nice & fresh. 3 restaurants in the adjacent parking lots (Cracker Barrel, Pucketts, Logan’s Roadhouse).

This was a huge disappointment, especially given the high price we paid. The place was run down: black marks all over the outside of the tub, absolutely filthy armchair in the room, seats in the lobby were literally peeling, and the one washer/dryer were ancient—and not free like in many hotels of the same range. Yuck. The rooms are damp and decorated in a depressing gray. Don’t believe the 9/10 rating. The one saving grace was the night manager—she was efficient and super friendly. Will reconsider staying at a Hampton Inn and will definitely not return to this one.

Front desk people very nice. Room clean but old stained furniture in room and lobby. Lobby furniture very worn down. Breakfast was okay however woman attendant the breakfast was very good and attentive to it. Very friendly.

Very humid in room when we arrived but with AC running all night on 62 it finally didn't feel moist in the room. Furniture fixture were worn. Couch had a stain and the pullout mattress has stains. The pillows in the extra sheet bags for the couch were gross and discolored. It was a quick stay.

The room needed some repairs & upgrades. The toilet seat didn’t match the shape of the toilet bowl. Doors w/chips out of them. Walls w/wallpaper seams apart & sticking out. Window in room looked gross, coated from outside or between panes and unable to see out.

Do NOT stay here!! I had been driving from Florida and decided to stay at a Hampton Inn due to the great reputation. I went on hotels.com to make the reservation but unfortunately made it for two days later than I needed. I went in and paid for a room at the desk and shared the information with the front desk receptionist who told me I probably wouldn’t get reimbursed. I sent a request through hotels.com within minutes of finding out I chose wrong date, they contacted the hotel, my request was declined. So I paid for two nights, only stayed one, will never stay at a Hampton Inn again!

I drove from out of state for a family funeral. Upon arriving, I was told that there was no room for me because “our system allows overbooking on Expedia.” Thankfully, I arrived early in the day and was able to secure a room at another hotel. If I had waited until after the funeral to check-in, all hotels in the area would have been booked. When asked if I was going to be charged for the Expedia booking, which I paid for in advance, I was told I would need to contact Expedia. I will neither use Expedia again to book anything, nor will this hotel chain my first choice. Not a great system for travelers.

After three attempts at different rooms, we finally were settled into a room that had been cleaned. Not thoroughly I might add. The breakfast was absolutely horrid. Cold, powdered eggs. Cold oatmeal. The food was inedible and we left to go enjoy a nice breakfast elsewhere.

The staff was super. The breakfast is better at Days Inn. No milk and chocolate milk. No variety. No bottle water no cut fruit. Breakfast SUCKED. No toilet paper holder, shampoo and conditioner both empty. I was in handicapped room with no bench in tub and wheelchair wouldn’t fit so I could not shower. The mattress wasn’t comfortable among all else. Will not recommend and will not stay again!!!

Unfortunately; breakfast was quite sparse on Tuesday 2/28/24. They ran out of wheat bread, milk for cereal, hard boiled eggs, apple juice, and fruit. We were told that the food delivery was not coming until Thursday. Hopefully someone will go to the local store and supplement their breakfast supplies. We ate quite early so I am wondering what the later risers had for breakfast. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.
