This hotel was not what I expected from a Hampton Inn. The room was just okay but certainly not worth $150 per night. The maids did not service the room the second day and the bed had a cheap mattress that was barely comfortable. The Air Conditioner was loud and noisy and the wall thermostat did not function. The swimming pool was cloudy and looked like it was not brushed or otherwise serviced.

There was no hot breakfast due to equipment not working. Both parking lot lights in the entrance parking lot were not working. Parking area was dark at night. Staff was courteous & apologized for inconveniences.

This was our second time staying here and it was just as wonderful the second time! Staff is so very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good with lots of options. Everything is so clean and smells good also! The only negative was the parking lots lights were dim, dark or not working. But there was plenty of parking in lit areas! Thank you again for a pleasant stay!!

A/C was noisy and didn’t work well. A lot of noise from outside areas due to windows not being sound proof at all. The building was recently renovated so it was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Security door was broken.

The front desk clerk, Jamaya, was super kind, helpful and truly went above and beyond. She greeted us with spa water & fresh-baked cookies. She was patient & always had a smile. The breakfast was pretty great with omelets, fried potatoes, and sausage. Plus, bananas & awesome creamer for the coffee. The room was clean & had all the essentials. It may not be a new hotel, but they take pride in it, as reflected by their employees.

Do not recommend anyone stay there. Although Asst. Gen. Mgr, did a temporary fix to the non-working phone, we experienced two problems. Saturated carpet (did not realize this until next day when we walked around room in our socks) and alarm which went off at 4 AM and continued the loud piercing noise which continued for at least half an hour. When we contacted the front desk on check out, they were aware of the problems. We were told the carpet had been cleaned the day we checked in (and apparently was still very wet). We contacted Ms. Sullivan upon our return home who apologized but said she could not help us further.

Room AC wasn’t working well so was hot at night. We ask for a Fan but they don’t have fans?! Kind of disappointed. Rooms was comfortable but bath was full of hairs from previous people I guess.

They don't clean the room daily. I stayed for five days with my wife and two children, ages four and two, and on the third day I had to report it to the front desk where they told me that they clean if requested by the client. I do not recommend this hotel for stays of more than two days.

The hotel was clean and safe. Convenient to Highway 10. Friendly staff except one occasion when we asked for more washcloths on our second day and were told that staff would bring them to us. After asking twice, and an hour and a half had passed, I politely asked a staff member that I saw in the hallway cleaning the rooms (it was holding up our showers ). She replied that she was on her way to bring us some, and she then handed me some.

It is obvious the upkeep is lacking. Our room had major carpet stains. One was fresh and had not even been attempted to be cleaned. There was also black mold in the bathroom corners that needed to be removed. We all left stuffy and sneezing.

Our room was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had lots of counter space. What I enjoyed was the lighting. I could really see to put on my makeup! Some hotels have fancy lighting but you can't see to apply makeup. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

Auto curtains would not work. Had to change rooms after first night. Streets lights disrupted my sleep because of the malfunctioning shades. In the second room the coffee pot was broken; staff replaced.

The room was a bargain price. If I had to find fault, the carpet in our room showed some wear and stain but it was clean. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The help were helpful and friendly. It is an easy on and off of I-10. When we pass through again, I will stay there if they have a room.

Perfect location for going to see the lights at Bellingrath. Warm water in the shower. Clean. Hardest bed I have ever slept on. Tossed and turned all night. Neighbors arguing and cursing at each other. Won’t stay here again.

Window shade broken and couldn’t come down so huge flood light in parking lot us up all night. Tv just quit, they did fix the breaker. No answer at front desk after trying to call them several times in 30 minutes. Had to walk down again. Key cards really hard to use. Loudest AC I’ve ever had. Not good

Large Clean room. Good, comfortable bed. Only issue with room was shower curtain would not close completely (curtain rod was loose). Good breakfast (better than typical) with convenient hours (6-10). Parking lot ok. I'd stay here again.

Staff was great despite computer issues that prevented key creation on arrival had it fixed within an hour and hand delivered keys to the room EXTREMELY QUIET which we loved!!! Exhaust fan in bathroom would make this ideal property will definitely stay again

We were very pleased with our stay. The staff was very friendly and everything was so clean. We really appreciated the fact that the room already had the air conditioner running and cool. The lady who checked us in even made fresh cookies and let us know about them as soon as we got there.

We paid for a room on Expedia and when we got to the hotel, we were told there were no rooms. We had the reservation and were told their computers don’t update for 12 hours, so they can’t find our room. Then, they said, they had one room, but they cannot assign us that room. So, we had to go next door to their sister hotel which was the greasiest room ever!!!

Last night when we arrived RJ, the receptionist, was very nice and helpful. Gave me a bag with 2 bottles of water, which I think is very nice of Hampton Inn to give to their guests. Then this morning Becky greeted us with a smile. Asked how was our night, the accommodations and if we had any issues. We definitely will be back.

Hotel and staff were wonderful… even used the pool and during the day I felt fine to be by myself…. At night the area became a bit more sketchy and made me uncomfortable to be out by myself.

I really liked the room. I've stayed at several motels in Mobile over the years and this was the nicest room of them all. Clean, well furnished and a nice LG tv. The only thing I didn't like was the coffee snd the coffee station. There was no regular sugar or creamer for the coffee. There was all kinds of artificial sweetners and flavored creamers which I didn't care for. Overall though a great room and motel staff.

It was a pleasant hotel experience. Check in was good. Room was clean. No smells. Shower was hot. They had plenty of soap, shampoo and lotion. Beds were comfy. TV worked well. Breakfast was ok. They had a wide variety of options, but don't restock when they run out of some of them. There was only one waffle maker so there was a long line for using it (that was my biggest disappointment-i didn't want to wait half an hour for a waffle). Check out was easy. I'd definitely stay here again.
