The gentleman who checked us in was so pleasant and made great conversation. However, the pool was completely inaccessible the entire stay, the food in the restaurant was over priced and mediocre. No working microwave or ice machine on the second floor where we stayed. Towels were stained with hair dye and were not replaced. House keeping didn’t tidy the room our entire stay either. Seemed like no AC in the hallways.

Location is great. Our seminar was in the same location, that's why we stayed there. The hotel is older and in need of maintenance. The bed, toilet, and shower were clean. Room had not been vacuumed and bathroom floor was not mopped. Room had mold on the ceiling. Restaurant food was excellent. A wedding had been booked in the room next to the seminar which proved to be challenging. The air conditioner in the seminar room was broken . The staff is excellent and friendly. Sadly, it is obvious the hotel is understaffed, putting a lot of stress on those who are working.

Our stay was very comfortable and convenient. Everything we needed was right inside of this hotel. A restaurant with a full menu, a bar that served whatever drinks you like, a pool and more. Stay was also very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend staying there on your next trip.

The staff were great. Bar and restaurant was realy good. Horel was extremely hot. AC not working in bar and restaurant. Pool not working. Room has leaks. Floor was wet. Clothes were wet from dampness in the room. Spiders in bathroom

We stayed here for the park and cruise. I am so glad we did. We were due to check out by 11:00. We were supposed to be shuttled (for free provided by the hotel) to the cruise port at 10:30. Well, due to weather, our cruise was delayed by 4 hours. The hotel allowed us to stay in our room until we could board the cruise at 4:00 at no additional charge. Their exact words were “we want you to be comfortable until we can shuttle you to the cruise port”. That meant so much to us that we didn’t have to check out at 11:00, but couldn’t shuttle until 3:30 due to weather. I will definitely stay here any time we port out of Mobile

The room was clean upon arrival, but there was not any cleanup service during my 3 night stay. After the second night I asked the front desk to have a full service cleaning. Later that night when we returned to room, there had still not been any cleanup service provided. The phone was not connected in the room and I was unable to notify the front desk until the next morning, in person. Once I informed them about the absence of service, the 2 female workers said there was a staff shortage due to 3 staff members calling out and offered their apologies. I was so disappointed with the service, I forgot to let them know the phone service was out in my room. In addition, I attempted to attend breakfast on my second day, but the majority of the trays were empty. I was told they would be re-filled shortly. I waited for some time, before deciding to just have a biscuit. Lastly, I think it would be a good idea to rid the hotel of the carpet, because it gives off a musty scent and not in a good way.

Gerald at the front desk was very mice and made us feel welcome. However, the hallways were dark and dingy. The room had candle wax all over the carpet and on the nightstand. I literally cleaned the wax off the nightstand meaning no one had wiped it down. The room smelled and was dark and dingy and old. Too tired to leave and had to stay. Definitely do not recommend, I know they are remodeling but until they do I would not stay here.

Stains on bed, mattress had big brown stains on it and sheets stained. Had to ask for another room. The new room had sticky floor and was outdated but being so tired from driving we decided the new room was slightly better. Hotel is dirty, run down and simply yuck. May be reason why so cheap.

RUN, DON’T STAY HERE ….Hotel is VERY OUTDATED , smells muggy and moldy. AC vents appeared black and moldy , tub was ugly with rusty areas and one corner of tub has black stain . I would not step On carpet was tearing and d looked so old and flat, I wore sandals all the time as not to touch carpet or bathroom floor. Pool has oily foam and looked like someone had vomited in pool , was filth and dirty. We almost left but was late and we were very tired . I would NEVER EVER stay here again for the price. Pictures look good but it’s just lipstick on a HORRIBLE PIG. RUN DONT STAY HERE AND DONT BELIEVE THE 10 out 10 ratings .

The room was very comfortable and clean. The bartender in the restaurant is wonderful. The staff at the front desk was wonderful. The tub did not drain very well, the shower head was loose and came out of the wall a little bit, and you had to find the sweet spot on the handle to get the shower to turn off and on.

Room was very spacious. The beds were soft. Water heat and pressure was amazing. Nice selection of channels on tv. It was very loud. Walls are thin. Hallway has a old smell. Air unit would not turn off. There were no face towels in the room when I checked in. Elevator always smelled like smoke. There was never anywhere to park near cameras.

The staff was the best part abt this place! The manager was super cool and friendly. However, the place looked neat but seemed a little outdated. The doors also slammed really loudly and I could hear nearby rooms doors shut in the middle of the night.

Was given a room was either already occupied (324) or had not been cleaned from previous stay. Bed was not made and dirty towels on floor and bathroom counter. Was given a different room (524) that was clean but A/C was not working, short cycling on and off and barely cooled. Building in general poorly maintained.

It was a nice stay for the weekend for me and my daughter. Pool was nice, Beds were comfortable. a/c didnt get as cold as it should have, i had it set at 68°f and i was still sweating during the night. Breakfast was good. Resturaunt was really good. Bar drinks were great!

The Hotel is getting fresh paint and new carpet. While they had signs posted is was still a bit of an issue getting off elevator on 5th floor and even closing by room door due to the carpet not being tacked properly. My room itself was in much better shape than the hotel itself although the desk and dresser showed some age

The staff were very polite and helpful. We had to change our room twice, first time too humid, water dripping from ceiling, second time hinge was broken on door, couldn’t shut door, last room felt very damp and humid, toilet was plugged. Breakfast was limited, was told that there was no pancakes, waffles fresh fruit, wraps or orange juice. Sooo. Needless to say. Poor hotel
