I am sure you will b3e hearing from a lot of people. no spread on the beds, just sheets. No remote, No service on t.v. once they swapped the set for a different one, still no service, seating area was one very used roll type computer desk chair. The pool had been filled in with red dirt. and they charged me Extra for my 1 dog. the outside stairs to the upper floor were all chipped and broken. The parking lot was standing with water. I will never go back and I would think a refund for part of my bill. It said free pet. yet I was charged $25.00 because he is not a licensed Emotional Support animal.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES! Everything is the complete OPPOSITE of whats shown. The pool does not exist. Its filled in with dirt and trash. The bedding had stains on it. The fire alarm was not placed where it should have been but on the tv stand. NO DEADBOLT LOCK! No tv, the wires were also on the tv stand next to the fire alarm. The room itself was dirty with cracks on the ceiling, cigarette buds inside (of a non smoking room), stains on the walls, minifridge and arm chair that looks like its gone through ww3. The bath tube had literal dirt caked on the bottom. Dont believe any rating thats above a 1 star. Only stay here if theyre paying you.

The front desk attendant recommended I not stay there. Two other parties refused to stay there while I was waiting (they had gone to check the rooms at the attendants caution)! There also was no breakfast and the pool was closed “due to COVID.” The whole area was booked with the exception of 3 properties. We checked reviews online and the majority claimed unclean, damages, bugs, mold, etc. I want a refund please! I was with my children and there was NO WAY we were going to stay there given all of the above.

After i che ked in and immediately che ked out of another hotel right down the road, i booked here. Granted they are going through a remodel, but the room was clean and comfortable, the a/c worked well and they made sure i had a working microwave and fridge. Infortunately, the pool was not operational as well as the ice machine but they are well on their way to making this a better hotel. Staff at checkin was amazing and very helpful!

This hotel is garbage! There’s no tv, no breakfast, the internet is spotty, THERE IS NO POOL (even though they advertise having one), there are bugs, no blanket, no pillow cases, the door doesn’t close right because it’s been kicked in, the bathroom door didn’t close, shaking railings on the steps and second floor, they were bringing in tvs out of the back of a Little Debbie truck, and someone was being arrested when we got there. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!

They were remodeling and there was no television you could watch. They only had 2 channels but you couldn't even watch them. There wifi sucks it keeps turning off on you every 5 minutes. The room we were in the walls and ceiling had black mold on it. The floor was soaking wet from condensation.

I was given room 114 when I checked in. Entering the room, I immediately felt the slippery floor under my shoes. The whole floor had some sort of slippery substance covering it. There was no blanket on the bed, only a flat sheet. There were two flat pillows for a king sized bed. I went to the front desk and was then assigned to room 122. This room had a blanket on the bed, however the sheets were dirty. Black marks were all over the fitted sheet. There were no towels in the bathroom and a bar of used soap in the shower. The cable for TV ran from the outside post, through the wall into the room, the slack draped from a mirror and finally attached to the TV. That was enough. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund. Hotels.com refunded my payment. I wouldn’t let a stray dog stay at this property. Simply disgusting.

This place is not even worth 100$ to stay for as long as I did. It should be 15$ a night. The bathroom shower is nasty, the floor has residue on it to where it feels moist, there's dead bugs and roaches in the corner tv doesn't work, bed wasn't properly made, and felt wet.

The floors were so nasty. If you walked around with no socks your feet turn completely black from the dirt. The shower did not drain the shower curtain smelled like mold and the lights didn't work. Neither did the TV. They never switched out towels and honestly I used my own blanket and pillow

1. They gave us the wrong accomodations and we had to wait 3 hours for them to clean a room with the correct accommodations. 2. When we came back to check in after those 3 hours and traveling for 5 hours,we then had to wait in the lobby over 30 min because the worker was not to be found. 2. When she came in she literally gave us a go to Hades look and said NOTHING. I explained the situation and she still said nothing. She slapped room keys down and that was it. She was rude to another customer as well. 3. Air conditioner leaked 4. Room STANK so bad I had to go buy air freshener 5. No blankets at all. Just a sheet 6. 1 towel and 2 washcloth 7. Went to try to get a blanket and another towel, worker again not there. Btw all of this was at 7pm 8. Whatever they had tried to clean with was so oily that we were sliding all over the floor. We were to exhausted to try to get a refund to go elsewhere and it would have taken days for the refund.

They gave us someone’s room while they were at the beach , apparently took there belongings and passed them on to the people in the next room (thousands of dollars in clothes, shoes, perfumes and electronics) . The staff/housekeeping was to blame for sure as they live there and seem to have “friends” that live there also . They refused to bring us a microwave for our room that was supposed to have one already . Took them 12 hours to simply bring a remote after hounding them all day . Won’t be staying again .

When I checked in the staff was nice at first, she let me know there is no pool. I got my key and had to circle the building to find my room because the room numbers were on masking tape written with sharpie and was hard to see. When I walked into the room the floor was covered in dirt and crumbs. The office chair had crumbs in the seat and on the armrest. The shower had dirt, soap scum, and hair in the bottom. There was dirt and crumbs under the very thin blanket. The pillows had yellow/orange drips/splatters all over it. I went to the office to see if maybe someone could come clean the room. The associate called her manager and instead of helping fix the issue (clean the room) or providing another room they refunded my money, which took 48 hours to return to my card, and turned me to the door. Luckily I was able to get my cash deposit back immediately but it put my finances in the hole because I had to book another room somewhere else. I will never return here, this hotel is absolutely filthy.

It feels like the room was not cleaned properly for a long time. Every place we touched was greasy. There was no trash can in the room and there was some trash left in the room from the prior guest. There was a coffee maker but not paper cups. They just had those white plastic cups. Even though the listing says free continental breakfast, there was no breakfast at all.

Black mold on the light shade Damaged door..no bedding other than one sheet..filthy floors 1 towel..no tp etc...filthy outside garbage etc and my sons airpods were left there fir 5 min aftef we checked out came bzck within 5..min..they were gone/ stolen..he activated tracker and they were there but stolen...no one would admit it...the worse hitrl ive evef stayed at...how they remain open is beyong understanding..also saud there was breakfast..no breakfast
