Disappointed that they advertise a workout room, but it is empty except a few hand weights. Also, on one night, the pool was closed due to a private party. The property backs up on I-10, so the pool is far too loud to enjoy anyway. The property staff on the weekend also needs to be beefed up as there was litter all around the property, and also piled up in the hallways.

There is remodeling going on. I’m sure once that’s completed it’s going to be very nice. But i didn’t like the construction look and the tvs in the hall way. I also didn’t like housekeeping waking me up an hour before check out asking if i would need more time. I’m not a morning person ask me closer to check out please.

The property was clean and welcoming. We used the fitness center and it had good equipment and again was clean. Pool looked great but we didn't have time to use it. Breakfast was awesome great selection and well stocked while we ate.

We stayed for one night only. The evening front desk person (Debbie) was very welcoming and hospitable. Overall the facility was clean as it appears to be recently updated. We appreciated the rooms being stocked with Dove body wash, shampoo/condition and body lotion. Breakfast options were plenty along with the coffee/tea bar. This hotel is conveniently located near many places of interest for travelers (restaurants, pharmacies, gas stations, shopping etc.). You can’t go wrong with this Holiday Inn Express location.

We brought our grandchildren to swim at another Holiday Inn And the pool was closed for season. The front desk associate refunded our money and helped us find a very nearby location when their pool still open. Thank you so much for what you did! At the new location, the room was clean and comfortable especially the beds. Breakfast was hot and delicious and there was plenty to choose from. We used to stay at Holiday Inn a lot even we were younger and we find ourselves going back to them more and more often. Thank you Expedia for making this possible.

The hotel was very clean. Upon us checking in there were socks left under the chair in the room, and when we opened the drawers, there were some female undergarments. We were moved to another room that was satisfactory. The floors in the foyer as well as the elevators were dirty three days that we were there. There was paper left by the gym . That paper was there when we checked in it was there when we checked out 3 days later. We were told they are short of staff. Cleaning is a non negotiable.

The property was nicely kept and the cleanliness was excellent. When I booked the only left in Hotels.com was a room with an accessible bathroom. Debbie at the front desk was thoughtful and thorough enough to ask if we needed that feature and when I said no, she switched us to a standard bathroom saying, “Let me save that one if you don’t mind, just in case someone comes needing one.” The breakfast was great. They were out of the little cheese omelets and when I mentioned it the staff member apologized and quickly replenished them. It was conveniently located right off of 1-10.

We love tv and the cable went out the first night and we stayed 3 nights and 4 days absolutely no tv not even a way to connect our Netflix or anything We love the tv while we are sleeping my husband is retired from the military so he doesn’t sleep much at night and not having tv was very hard on him as well

This hotel is in a great location. Convenient to many restaurants. They have an excellent breakfast. The only downside to my 4 day stay was the room assigned to me was in the I-10 dude if the hotel. Not bad during the day, but night was a nightmare with the constant highway traffic. Once I realized the room I had been given, I should have asked for a room on the front side of the hotel. I checked into the hotel at 3:30 pm. There was only a half dozen vehicles in the parking lot. Seems they should assign the highway dude rooms as the hotel fills. I was on the top floor, and the entire floor seemed fairly empty. There was a lack of towels and plastic drinking cups. If I stay at this hotel again, I will ask for front side room. Otherwise, this hotel and stay was great.

There was no coffee maker in my room. The reason I choose holiday inn is because of coffee maker. You force guests to go down to lobby not ready to face people to get a cup of coffee. By the time I got back to my room the breakfast was cold.

Area around the hotel is sketchy. Pool was closed. Room was hot. I left in the middle of the night with police because a drunk man followed me from the front desk to my hotel room. I have called 3 days in a row to talk to the hotel manager. She has not been available, the phone just rings, and/or hotels.com said the hotel manager isn't allowed to call me back. A mess! The overnight front desk employee was very helpful with identifying the drunk man and getting us out safely.

The hotel looked nice. The room was clean and comfortable with firm and soft pillows. A Hot Breakfast was just okay in taste. The coffee was great as they had a coffee maker that grinds beans. Overall I would stay there again.

I stayed in this hotel two time La in the same week. Comfortable and clean rooms. My only concern is with the breakfast as it does not have vegetarian options. They had cheese omelette served in the same dish as the ham omelette. I requested staff if they could serve it separately to accommodate vegetarian. The next morning it was again served in one dish. I felt they didn’t care about my request which only required them to keep veg and non veg option separate. .
