what I most like about the property was it was near the freeway and other things I needed to do without use of GPS what I didn't like about it, was no where to chill like at bar area like the other holiday inn have, but overall experience was good ,,

The hotel was in good condition, beds very comfy, friendly efficient staff. However we booked solely on the basis of having a shuttle to the airport. There should be one according to their website. Website need to be updated immediately. Very misleading to the public since they haven’t had a shuttle service since CoVid.

Overall it was a very average stay. I was very disappointed upon checking in finding blood stains on my pillow and the room had a slight mildew smell. Also, some of the breakfast items were still slightly frozen. It was somewhere to lay my head but nothing spectacular about this place at all.

Great beds. 4 pillows per perfect after traveling and tired. Check in easy. Our bathroom floor was extremely sticky and kind of gross. I ended up using a washcloth to clean it up as I was not going to go barefoot on it. Not sure if they cleaned it heavily and didn’t rinse it or what but that was my only issue otherwise everything else was super clean.

Stayed here 4 days (2 days we knew about/2 days were unplanned) while my dad was in ICU at a nearby hospital. The staff was amazing. They asked about him daily. One of the best continental breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Rooms and lobby were very clean. Great location from the hospital. Would definitely stay here again if needed.

The property as a whole seemed clean, well stocked and the front-desk staff friendly and accommodating. As for the room, our A/C choices were either hot or arctic blast, the phone didn't work, the beds were really lumpy, water pressure in the shower was low and two of the outlets in the bathroom were broken.

The bed was harder than I expected after staying in a Holiday Inn before. Breakfast was good. However, I do not like American cheese which was used in the individual omelets. I much prefer scrambled eggs. I guess that is the difference between Regular Holiday Inn and the Express. I will pay more attention next time in my reservations.

Hotel was clean and rooms were nice. When I originally arrived I waited for 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk, no one came so I left and ran an errand. When I came back, someone was there to help me. The front doors said sold out, so I can imagine that they were busy! The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good.

Hotel was okay, it was a nice place to stay but about what you would expect for a Holiday Inn Express. Breakfast was on par for the accommodations. I booked rooms for a large group and the check in proccess was hectic and very stressful. Otherwise the hotel stay was good and as expected. Probably a 3 or 4 star hotel stay.

The property needs to update their GPS address. Waze and Google Maps could not find the exact address. I had to look for an address near the hotel so my wife could get close enough to visually see the hotel. When my wife checked out another couple asked her how she found the hotel because they also had trouble finfing it. The front desk clerk was unaware of the problem.
