My stay was okay. it would have been better if the lady at the front desk had better customer service skills she was unkind and very smart mouthed to the customers just very off putting. I also reserved my rooms but ended up having to pay out of pocket and still got charged by Hotel.com after I paid for my rooms. If the rooms were not comfortable and allowed pets I probably would have had an horrible trip.

Not enough pillows, only one washcloth, room was rundown, dirty and smelled like old cigarettes and mold. Ice machine was broken. WiFi lousy. Place has gone downhill. Will not stay there again.

Great price and I can see why. The condition of the property needs a lot of work. Each room needs work in the bathrooms and in the fixtures they are using in the rooms themselves. Management needs to upgrade the overall condition of this property. By just patching the needed fixtures together to allow the property to continue to be open is a shame. I only slept in one of the two beds and that one needed to be changed. It sank considerably when laying on the mattress and you didn't have a choice as to where on the bed you were sleeping. The staff was very polite and courteous, and the property was well stocked with snacks and other items for sale to the customers. The property was quiet even though you are next to an expressway.

Black mold all around the bath tub. Bedding was stained and had what looked like cigarette burn holes all over it. Light in the bathroom took 10 minutes to turn on. Phone would not hang up properly so had to unplug it for the dial tone to stop. Only one towel in the room and when asked for more were initially told there were no more towels. My husband complained and then the staff member finally got us 3 more towels.

They claim they had just been remodeled sad part is you couldn’t tell the beds were absolutely horrible. We were stuck sleeping on full mattresses that were so sunken you could feel the springs. I had to see a chiropractor when I got back because my back was so screwed up and so was my husband’s the only thing good about it is it was cheap don’t advertise remodeling has taken place if you haven’t touched anything and have horrible old beds.

It was affordable, and that’s about it, the floor was tacky, as in sticky, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was hanging out of the ceiling. The remote didn’t work, the bed had clean sheets but were stained. I didn’t feel as comfortable as I could have been. It was a hotel for the homeless people . I chose because of the price, but will not skimp next time.

The hotel needed to share batteries for the TV remote. From what I could tell, there was only one working remote and no extra batteries. The was an iron in my room but no ironing board and a coffee maker but no coffee pot. Which made the stay tepid at best.

It was horrible. Room smelled so bad. Fire alarm went off when I turned the heater on cause it was full of dust. The workers were rude. Wouldn’t give us more than two towels for our whole stay. 3 pillows for a king bed wouldn’t give us more pillows. Door knob for bathroom was broken. I’m very disappointed and would like a refund or have my next stay be comped. It was awful and it ruined my weekend.

I was willing to overlook all the things that didn't work until management renigged on their pledge. Then all the workers did the same. One desk clerk had me call like 5 times that she would send a worker. Because the phone, the radio,the sink and the entrance light didn't work. She no follow up and just went. There's more I will never visit this location again if God is willing.

We did not expect much because it was about $85/night. However…when we opened the door, the room smelled like someone had lived there long term with 6 cats. There was no air circulating (the air conditioner DID work but it just made the stinky room air cold) and thankfully we had a fan with us. The smoke detector was missing. One bed frame had a metal piece sticking out far from the mattress but under the blanket edge so was not noticed until I hit my shin. The nightstand had outlets/USBs but they were so loose our plugs kept pulling out/falling out. This was the same with several wall outlets. This was a last minute booking because of a family emergency, but was definitely not somewhere we’d choose again.

The tub was dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, my tv did not work and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. However the front office staff was very nice when I checked in and checked out. I give the room a 6 out of 10 stars.

Upon our arrival, we noticed a huge stain on the comforter and pulled back the sheets to find a cigarette burn through the fitted sheet. The customer service I received at the front desk was good and we were even upgraded to the superior room from a deluxe because none were available. We simply needed a place to stay, instead of traveling back to mid-Michigan after a show in Royal Oak. The door didn’t appear to be sealed very well because there was a quarter inch gap that I could see outside and it leaked cold air.
