Brand new hotel. Clean and great interior in lobby and restaurant. Restroom also super clean and upscale. check in was smooth and room was new and clean. Only issue was that the indoor pool door was jammed and couldn't use. But we had a complement breakfast next day. Maybe because the pool door? Overall, great experience and will recommend to all! :)

Helpful staff and the location of the hotel is near groceries and restaurants. They do not charge for parking which is good. The only thing that are the middle of the night, it got very noisy with two people talking right outside my room. Other than that, a very nice place that I will go back to again if i need to book.

Overall it was ok. The breakfast was not good. The main problem was that I went there to take my grandkids swimming. I called a couple of days before to make sure the pool wasn’t being serviced after a long day at the zoo. We came back to the hotel changed got already went downstairs and found out that they were doing chemicals in the pool on a Friday night. It was very frustrating. I had a three-year-old crying their eyes out because they wanted to be in the pool.

We had a wonderful stay. The young man at the front desk went above and beyond. I wish I remembered his name. My only complaint would be towels for the pool. They were always out anytime we went down. Other than that the kids had a blast.

Gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and nice. The facility was clean. I used the pool and although it was nice, it was really cold compared to other hotels. My room was nice and comfortable. Only concern is when I went to shower, there were lots of long black hair in the shower and a couple used Qtips in the bathroom basket.

Love the jet tub in the room and swimming pool, didn’t like the elevator being broken and I had a room on the fourth floor with a heart condition, swimming pool had things floating in it, staff was nice and friendly

Looks great outside. Very nice patio and chairs outside. Breakfast had all the normal choices and was good. The room looked good until I moved a chair to find all kinds of crumbs & chips. I dripped water getting out of the shower, dried the floor with an extra wash cloth, it was black! The floor was swept but not washed. Every day was like garbage day at home.People put their trash cans and leftover food garbage in the hallway Yuk! The staff was very friendly and helpful, but obviously there wasn’t enough of them.

The room was very dirty, looking like it hadnt been vacummed in weeks. It takes two seconds to run through a room, common. There were women screaming all night. Not sure if it was staff or guests. The beds were ATROTIOUS. so so so terribly uncomfortable.

The room wasn't clean when I arrived. Pizza boxes on top of the closet and dirt on the carpet. I requested them to clean it the next morning and returned that evening to find neither items had been taken care of.

Room was not cleaned. Floors not vacuumed, shower was dirty, windows had so much dust and dirt we wrote “ clean me” on them. Furniture was dirty from not being dusted in a very long time. No top sheet on bed which makes me think it was not clean either. Will never stay there again. We would have complained but it was after midnight when we returned to the room and just wanted to sleep .

I stayed in room 224 and there was no ironing board, they did not leave a bath towel for outside the shower and all of the toiletries were empty in the show. Also, the hand soap by the sink was filled with chunky, disgusting substance. I intentionally started staying at this property even though it is a little further than other holiday inns, but this stay was disappointing to say the least.

Really clean and updated, all staff was exceptional, was very impressed. Only complaint where the pillows, maybe get a few different softnesses, mine were extremely soft and kinked my neck, but besides that, it was an excellent stay

This was my first time staying at any Holiday Inn and I must say I’m impressed! Staff at check in and check were very pleasant and quick, staff at breakfast was also very friendly. My only issue is the room we stayed in didn’t have WiFi like promised, it say that we were too far from router every time we tried to connect. Other than that the stay was enjoyable.

The hotel was very nice, the room was spotless and updated. The pillows were flat but overall everything was comfortable. However, we were woken up about 5 times throughout the night. Guests were slamming doors, yelling, running through the halls, pounding on walls all night long. (3am, 4am, 5am etc.) I understand this is not the hotel’s fault, but some sort of sound ordinance could have been implemented - it unfortunately made for a very unpleasant stay.

Was pleasantly surprised. Hotel seems to be very new. Had nice modern room that was actually a good size. Everything was very clean and like-new. Limited interaction with staff, but they were friendly and nice. Would stay here again.

Our room was spacious and very comfortable! I loved the coat, bench, fridge and microwave unit - very classy! My only problem with the room was that the Keurig machine was not functioning properly which informed housekeeping of. There was a nice selection of breakfast items which were delicious and served on real plates! All the staff were very friendly and helpful except for the lady that checked us in. Would definitely stay here again during our next visit to Detroit!! Go Tigers!!

We just enjoyed our third stay at this hotel, and our experience was wonderful, as usual. The staff is top notch, particularly Sharona at the front desk, and bartender Renita. We stay there every time we're in Troy. I also like the fact that they have ecologically responsible housekeeping practices.

Got in very late 130am. No one was at front desk. Maintenance said he was on the way he showed up 30 mins later. Checked in the guy that was waiting before me and then asked if I had a king room or a double bed room. I said King he said he needed 20 mins to clean a king room for me as the maids only cleaned 50 of the 150 they were supposed to do. I said I’ll run and get McDonald’s and come back. I get to my room and it’s two double beds at 3am I call him and his response is king we’re all sold out, how I made my reservation over a month ago, he said your in a double bed room now what’s the problem. I just hung up and chalked it up to never stay at this place again if you get in late they will just give your room away

Hotel is new and open about 6 months but it is clear the maintenance is not going well. Parts of furniture are tapped together, the shower already has a very stained floor, instead if caulk it looks like some glue was used. The TV has local cable but not Netflix access. The checkin staff was rude and unwelcoming because I arrived 2 hrs before the stated 3 pm check-in time, "what are you doing here?". Location is great with easy access to 75, all shopping and restaurants in Troy, many companies.

Terrible check-in experience. We arrived on time and the room wasn’t ready. Then we had to deal with a rude front desk staff who wouldn’t tell us how long it would take to get a room. A manager finally gave us a replacement room. It was big but didn’t have the two beds I originally needed. Had to sleep on an uncomfortable roll-away bed. Loud music from wedding until 11 pm. And no room service. I have stayed with motels with better service than this.

Very convenient location off of I-75, especially if you plan on going to Detroit. It's about a 5 min drive from Big Beaver Rd., and is perfect if you want to stay from the traffic.

This hotel was wonderful. It is very new and clean, and there were no bad smells here. The staff was friendly and attentive. The area is great, there are great restaurants in close vicinity and amazing shopping just a few miles away. I would definitely stay here again and thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The location is convenient - right off the expressway. It’s a very safe area. Check in took much longer than it should have - the staff were carrying on a conversation (not about work) that slowed the process. I tried to get something to eat at the bar - recommended by the check in - and food service was closed early. The cook was sitting at the end of the bar. If I stayed here again, it would be because of the convenience to the expressway.

This is a nice hotel that is well maintained, generally quiet, and convenient to I-75. The breakfast was OK but nothing special and there is an upcharge, Not sure its worth the price. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The room was clean all amenities were nice. The room had a personal Keurig which was super awesome. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. I only had 2 issues with my stay. Apparently their system wasn't equipped for hls app so they charged 200 to us even though the room was already paid for. Front desk staff helped us tremendously and got us the money back. Furthermore, when I went to take a shower I locked the door before realizing I needed my shampoo so I swung the door open to grab it but didn't unlock the door but the door closed itself which locked us out the bathroom.

It was disappointing because when we arrived we were under the impression that the breakfast was included but then the morning of were told need a voucher for breakfast. We were told that breakfast was from 6:30am - 10:30 am, but we're not told we needed a voucher for the breakfast.

I liked this hotel a lot. Staff was super friendly and smiling. Checkin was simple and fast. Hotel was clean both in the room and the public areas. Room was comfortable and spacous. Having a dining option on-site was a life-saver for me. Plus, it was good food and prices reasonable. Highly recommended!

Room is well-equipped. Housekeeping was fair Fresh towels daily, but never replenished coffee. Had to request at desk every day. Breakfast was not really worth extra price. It is standard hotel breakfast buffet (included at other hotels) and it was so busy you had to wait in long lines and had to wait on more foods to come out. Ordered restaurant food was good.

The hotel is in good shape and clean. The breakfast/dining was not staffed one day. The breakfast cost 10.00 at the reception desk but 14.99 in the restaurant. This needs to be uniform, and at 10.00, not 14.99. I requested foam/standard pillows, but all they have is feather, which are horrible. It's a nice hotel. The coffee pot in the room was on a top shelf in a cabinet which meant it could not be opened to pour in water due to the cord. Makes no sense.
