I've been waiting outside since 6:45 am for maintenance to get my room door open so I can check out and leave. The desk clerk barely speaks English and gives vague reassurance that the maintenance people are on their way. The WiFi is weak. America's WORST VALUE INN. RICK MURPHY. It's now after 7:30am, no maintenance yet

Terrible place, room smelled like smoke and weed and the sheets smelled musty. The parking lot contained sketchy looking vehicles. I parked in a spot that was obviously one that a "regular" parks in, he blasted his light on my vehicle until I left the parking space. Felt completely unsafe and did not take the chance of staying in the night.

Never checked in. I was left waiting in the lobby for over 15 minutes while 1 employee walked in and out of the building and the other handled a line of complaints including requests for refunds. A posted sign also states TV and internet were out. I lost my nonrefundable payment. Lesson learned.

It was cheap and had hot water, other than that, there are no positives. Sheets and blanket had holes in them and were stained, towels all had black stains, tub had a giant crack in it and you sunk when you stood in it. Bed was hard as a rock. Toilet seat wasn’t attached to the toilet. People congregating in the stairways, the back parking lot and in the walkway to get to the rooms. Smoking pot and blocking the way. Old furniture out in the walkway as well. Not sure if people live here and it’s their patio as well? Slept, showered quick and got out of there.

Stay here often when in town. Clean and maintaine.

The towels were filthy. I mean not white or beige but stained black and cheap from the the tub mat, face towels, hand towels and bath sheets., The walls in the bathroom are filthy, the microwave is nasty and has rust on it, the refrigerator doesn't get cold and the air conditioner shuts off and on on its own no matter the setting you put it on. The sheets are stained and need to be replaced, the pillows are dirty and pillowcases stained beyond repair. There are also people hanging around outside with suspicious behavior. I was charged damn too much money for a stay here when it should be free. This is a disgrace!! I honestly would like a refund or partial refund for this!! Do the people from Expedia come to places that you have specials/deals on? Do you not see that the prices you set are not worth the property! Im calling the Better Business Bureau as well as the health department if I don't get at least half if not all of my money back!!!!! There is rust on the air conditioner as well as the microwave and rust on the refrigerators as well!!! This sucks for someone who has worked all day and is tired and jus want to shower and sleep. The tub is filthy with built up grime, mold around the spouts and drains, badly stained toilet and a hole in the shower curtain as well!!!! I took video of what I was saying as well

The room was disgusting. I would not a leave dog in there. There was mold in the bathroom by the outside of the tub and in the shower. The towels, pillows, and wash cloths were dirty as hell. Also, the curtains were very nasty. The AC was broke and it was very hot and stuffy. Since the AC was broken the floor was very damp and wet, which was very bad because of the mold. My throat was very scratchy and irritated from breathing in the room. I tried to tell the lady at the front desk that there was mold, and she did not listen to me she just told me I could not get a refund and did not even try to give me a different room. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was there for business 3 days. I requested Non-Smoking area. But the rooms that we got smell really bad to cigarette and something else. Also, the room in general was dirty. The towels were the worse those were brown instead of white. Not a good experience.

Rooms were not what I was expecting from pictures, had an old smell to it, shower/restroom out dated, complimentary breakfast had bananas and apples that were almost spoiled, checked in late and had to wait outside about 15 to 20 minutes to get key to room due to having to talk through a window, have never waited that long to check in especially after I already booked on line.

Clean room.. nice staff. Very quiet this stay.

The room itself was nice. The bed was a little hard for my liking and we didn’t have enough pillows to support our head but we did sleep pretty good. The WiFi wouldn’t stay connected to my firestick and kept buffering when it was connected. Other than that, the water was hot, the ac worked extremely well, the refrigerator was good and cold and the microwave was great. Overall it was a nice place to stay and we will use Americas Best again.

WiFi is bad. Prices are inflated during football season, not worth the price, but clean and safe enough

The wifi did not work. I was able to get on the wifi then it would freeze. The remote control for the tv did not go with that particular TV. It would only control volume. We switched it out at the office but it had the same problem.

Booked online & opted to pay at check in. Check in was fast & easy. Very quiet considering it was a holiday weekend and a home football game.

We were there to attend the A-Day game stay overnight and the entire experience was awful! Was told we could check in early but would have to pay an additional fee... which was fine since the game started at 3:00. Tried checking in around 12:00 but was told our room had not been cleaned and to call back at 2:00... which I did and was told the room was ready. Great... could still make the game!!! Got there to check in at 2:30 and signed everything but was then told the room was still not ready and would be another 20-30 minutes... game was starting in 30 minutes!!! So... didn't make it to the game and made a trip for nothing because I ended up watching the game on my phone!!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WIIL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN... and in addition to all that, got attitude from the clerk!!!

The staff was very good. The property has a policy of adding a $50 charge to your bill which is refunded if you don’t smoke in the room. In order to get the refund, the guest must check out at the office. Ironically, no one checks the room for smoke smells before the refund. This policy borders on not being ethical.

By far, the best part of our stay was the staff! Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Tiffany mailed letters for us and called us with the name of a restaurant that the manager looked up for us. Clearly, the place is older, but it was clean. We enjoyed our stay.

We had to wait until three hours after proper check in time to be able to get into our room due to. They were still continuing to clean. They did not properly clean the room. The refrigerator was dirty. It had food left in it.I will not be staying in this location again.

I liked that we got to check in early on Game Day at 12:00 at no charge. It’s a very old property. We were in the room to sleep for a few hours. Way overpriced but all the hotels are on Game Day weekends which is ridiculous but part of going to a football game.

I found a camera in my room and haven't heard anything back from them. They refused to issue a receipt for my stay and wont show me the document i need to sign in regards to the camera. I dont know if staff or a previous guest left it but it was there. They even accused me of putting it there. I had to get the police involved.

Very handy to stadium and hwy. lots to do around property.

The location is convenient if you're walking.

I would not recommend this place. The room smelled like urine and a musty odor coming from the AC. A dead cockroach in the room. Felt unsafe at night with people lurking around and stairs broken to the front rooms. Noisy at night from the main highway.

Conveniently located, easy to find. Will use again if opportunity arises.
