Had to leave a 100$ deposit but Expedia never told me upfront. Had a lot of older kids in pool area swimming that came from across the street but didn’t cause any problems. Clean, good AC, very nice staff. Bed was comfortable. Lots of fast food choices across the street but heads up, the Popeyes was terrible!

This hotel was clean and comfortable. Shopping is close by with a lot of options. The breakfast was great! Clean and fully stocked. Pool was a nice break from the heat! Would stay again.

Property clean and was being worked on every day. Should’ve used the pool but didn’t. Staff was friendly. Room was clean but air wasn’t on upon arrival. Room smelled musty as a result. That wasn’t a problem because I brought plug-ins and room refresher spray. Didnt eat breakfast but should’ve. I preferred to sleep in. Close to restaurants and shopping. Overall, I enjoyed my stay! I would stay again! Perfect birthday getaway for antiquing in the area!

I absolutely love this hotel!! The bed is super comfortable, the staff is friendly, the WiFi is great, the pool area is clean and so relaxing and the breakfast is always good!

Very good value. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Not a lot of extra luxuries, but we weren’t expecting that for the price. We just needed a clean, comfortable place to sleep and this was perfect!

I picked this location for the pictures provided but it did not match. My mom got bed bug bites and we saw bugs in the bathroom. Thankfully we stayed only a night but we left in the morning eager to leave. The lady at the front was the most positive thing because she was very nice and helpful.

We have stayed at this property a number of times over the last 4 years. This time was the last. The bathrooms in particular were dirty, showed signs of mildew, the floors were not clean. The carpet in the room was nasty. The breakfast was cold to luke warm. The entrance/driveway looks like you're entering a vacant lot. The one redeeming quality is that the staff is super friendly and helpful.

It wasn’t great. The room was smelly like some kind of chemical. It was also very dirty in the bathroom. Black mold was in the shower and on the ceiling. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again. Although the front desk clerks were very nice.

There was a huge wad of hair on the shower wall, the counter was sticky and on of the towels was super dirty. The ceiling was falling apart and while we were putting stuff away in our car to leave the next morning we got approached by 3 different people begging for money and they wouldn't leave after we said we didn't have any cash. You get what you pay for I guess, we were just trying to find a spot to sleep for the night near the highway and it wasn't a great experience.

My guy walked around barefoot in the room and the bottom of his feet were black. That’s how dirty the floors were. Flying bugs were landing on my while I read in bed. Nasty place! All this for almost $500 a night! So glad I never have to stay there again!

It is average for its age. Carpet should be removed or at least cleaned. Exterior door to the room needs to be resealed on the bottom (space beneath large enough to see outside light and large enough to admit insects and small critters. I had to request towels and bath tissue and pick them up at front desk. The room was not cleaned during the entire visit although I had requested full service. The breakfast was satisfactory.

Bed were the best & most important thing. That’s why I did not give this property a 1 star. I do not understand why full size beds are a thing at any property. There’s room for queen size! 2 people cannot sleep well on a full size. Also the bathroom floors are just gross. Breakfast was subpar. Everything else was adequate. What you expect from a 2 star motel.

We chose this location from the photos and some of the reviews. We got to the hotel at 930pm and people had their room doors open and playing loud music and drinking. The beds felt’s like sleeping on the ground. The TV did not work. It would freezes every 60 sec or just go out. We booked for two nights. The next morning housekeeping opened our room door and closed it when they saw us. My husband asked what was going on and they asked she asked us when we were leaving? Really? The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. We went the front desk to get change for a 20 to get sodas from the vending machine and were told no. They needed their change for guest paying cash for their room. We came back the next day from an event to find 4 men’s sitting on the walkways outside drinking beer and loud music playing. Again, at 830pm. We packed our stuff and left. Cut our trip short and came home. It was hard to talk to the front desk because they acted confused or just didn’t listen.

The room was very spacious and met all the needs for my business in the area. However, the rooms on the back side of the BW were right near the freeway and you can hear the traffic throughout the night. Overall, it was worth the price for my stay.

What is the one thing you need in a hotel room? A TV. The TV reception was horrible. It skipped out and blurred the whole three days we were there. And with the attach by Iran on Israel, I wanted NEWS! FOX NEWS wasn't available.

The best thing about this property is that it’s minutes away from DCH Regional Medical Center and restaurants options all around. The hotel is basically a truck stop hotel. It’s old and not well maintained inside or out. Rust in the bathrooms and toilets flush loudly. Only one usb charger and limited plugs worked in the unit. Called for housekeeping and no one ever came in the 4 days I stayed. Front desk agent at check in was on her phone and had me waiting for almost 10 minutes to check in. Upon check out a different agent refused to give me a print out of my receipt. Also the entry to the property from the main road is filled with potholes and it’s not the safest entrance since you coming off a major roadway.

Our stay was booked through hotels.com - which turned out to be a major mistake in this instance. We've used the service for years with no issues but this stay was a hassle. Hotels.com didn't do their part to reserve our rooms despite the confirmations. HOWEVER, the front desk rep when we checked in at BW was amazing. She worked tirelessly on the phones for over an hour trying to help us get the situation settled. The room was extremely clean. The bathroom door was very hard to shut, the bed was hard, and there was a corner of the exterior door that was unsealed and quite large, but we didn't even care by the time we were able to get to bed. This is not normally a place we would stay, but the service more than made up for it. Also, the breakfast was definitely one of the better ones we've had at a motel. The lady working the counter took exception with the fact that I used a coffee cup to fill with water from the dispenser, not quite sure what that was about, but the food was still pretty good.

Property is managed well. Rooms and lobby are a little dated but clean … pool is sparkling and morning breakfast was good. Really good value hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Only drawbacks … I don’t love the location … on a very busy industrial street off an expressway. And you have to make a U turn to get to the hotel from campus.

The room was very spacious and met all the needs for my business in the area. However, the rooms on the back side of the BW were right near the freeway and you can hear the traffic throughout the night. Overall, it was worth the price for my stay.

The location was about an 8 minute drive from campus. Not the best area per se but it was safe. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. On Friday at around 8:30 they had ran out of eggs and the sausage was old and dry. Better breakfast Sunday but they could keep up with it better on a weekday.

Fantastic breakfast, it switched day to day but there was bacon, eggs, sausage links and patties, biskets and good gravy, waffles with two different fruit toppings, yougurt station, 3 different juices, cookies, cereal, pastries....definitely would stay there again if in the area...only negative was there was a gap under the door and one night during a storm it made a annoying whistling noise for hours, also could smell ppl smoking outside...next time ill just cover it with a towel just for that breakfast.
