Our stay was great! However, I was greatly disappointed when I saw that there was not sauna nor steam room as advdertised. I did receive several texts and apologies. Those main amenities need to be removed from the webiste because that is call FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Thanks!

We had wanted to use the spa facility but it was only if you booked a massage. The breakfast was excellent. The pool was overcrowded with children and didn’t look that clean. We got a room on the highway side so it got noisy in the mornings. It was a very nice day just not perfect.

Loved the place so much, ease checking in, friendly staff. Helpful problem solvers, the pool lock was being finicky and the registration staff walked over with us each time to open it for us. Down side was the sauna wasn't working and the hot tub is filled in. I'll book a Jacuzzi suite next time!

They have pictures of a hot tub by the pool. I called ahead and made sure the hot tub was working. They said it was. After getting there and trying to go get in the hot tub. I was told they dont have a hot tub.prettt annoyed. That was the whole reason i booked it

Very clean and spacious rooms. Extremely quiet even with a concert next door. Parking was a mess due to the concert. We had to have a parking pass and pay $15 to park to stay at the hotel and yet parking was taken up by people without passes.

Property is run down, water would not drain in the shower, ankle deep water. Got locked out of room, they had to break into the room to replace the battery in the door. Middle elevator worked just sometimes.Pool was not heated. Room not serviced unless you ask, no signage saying you needed to ask. Maid service did come by at 7pm asking if we needed anything. Staff was very friendly and apologetic about all the problems

We always love our stay here. Everyone is great and the breakfast is super good! Our only complaint is that there is no longer a hot tub & the sauna was out of order which we were really looking forward to. But overall, no issues with our experience and would stay again!

Pretty poor experience. My wife and I arrived with our 11 month old and ask if there was somewhere to change our son diaper since front desk said there was no changing tables in any of there bathroom. So we ask if possible to check in early then so we can change him and was told it would be 75 dollars extra charged . Once we got in our room it smelt horrible , plus trash behind the door, a molded orange peel under the table, pink mold in the bath tub . Was told I someone would come clean our room no one came so we finally ask to be moved to another room after the 3rd time. Then was charge back to back night and when ask the young lady at the front desk had no answer for it . After this experience I highly doubt I will stay here again .. very disappointed

Stay started off terrible with tub not draining, maintenence came up at 11pm to clear drain of large hair clog, then it went from bad to worse finding debris under couch cushions so was not trusting the pull out bed sheets had been changed so went to fromt desk with the sheets and blanket from the pull out bed, was given a blanket and pillow case but had to wait 20 to 30 minutes for housekeeping to bring sheets, then discovered marks along bathroom ceiling that appears like mold, water marks down walls from condensation build up. Every wall in room was stained here and there, some holes in walls, couch cushions stained, tape from previous guests left on walls, debris in floor around trash bins, dust on everything, stains on carpets, bedroom door would not properly close, coffe pot had hard water built up in reservoir, writing on bathroom counter, etc.. around 50 pics of things unacceptable for a luxury hotel with a $200+ rate per night. Then 2 days in to a 6 night stay, I was notified that at some time in the next 4 days there would be an intrusion from someone inspecting fire panels, no way to know what time or even which day so we are held captive to our room for 4 days to make sure our service animals are not alone when they come. Very disappointing since we spent 5 days at same location last year and everything was top notch as it should be for the nightly rate to stay here. Hopefully management follows through on agreed resolution to make this right.

The location of the property is great. The hotel’s rooms are not. we arrived to our corner suite to the smell of cat urine and body odor in our room. We were switched to another room, only to come into a nonworking toilet and a musty mildew smell in our next room. We literally had to slam our door to get it to shut

The room was not clean and it smelled like it had been smoked in. The side of our room was very hot and muggy. I honestly didn’t want to sleep in the room because of how dirty it felt. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Liked the location and the spa. Front desk and coffee shop workers were friendly and helpful. What we did not like was the neglect on the room. A portion of a door had been broken and was not repaired correctly , water damage on ceiling and down the wall by the mini kitchen area, dirt and grime in corners of tub and floor.

The bed was hard as a rock. I could not get comfortable and didn't sleep well. The heating and air panel fell off the wall in the night twice. The hvac unit was very loud. The room was very clean however as well as the rest of the property.

Loved the room layout and the complimentary breakfast. But the AC didn’t work. The thermostat was set on 64, but the room got up to 75 degrees. Also the TV in the sleeping area didn’t work either - not sure if it was the TV or the remote.

We were on the top floor of the six floor annex. It was a very hot day, but our room's ac couldn't get the temp below 74 degrees. Even overnight that was as cool as it got. I mentioned it at check-out since we had booked through a third party (Expedia), they agreed to refund the $75 pet deposit fee for our room...which was very nice and much appreciated.

Very nice hotel and convenient location. We booked a suite because we had a friend staying with us. The only complaint was that the food out sofa bed was very uncomfortable and mattress was lumpy.

The property is easily accessible with ample parking. Our suite was absolutely perfect, but the only problem we had was being close to Expressway, which made it noisy as we were trying to go to sleep. The next time I will request a room on the other side. Breakfast was good, the kids loved the pool, And the staff was very helpful.

We weren’t permitted to check in for over an hour because the University of Tennessee football team was in town and “didn’t check out until 3:30” per the lobby staff. When we tried to check in at 4:15, the check in staff said “well a lot of people are just going to the game and checking in after.” He was very dismissive. When I told him we had been traveling all day and needed to shower and needed to nurse our son, I was told it would be at least 30 minutes before a room was clean and we could be on a wait list. In meantime we could change in the public bathroom. When I asked what he could offer for inconveniencing us for over an hour, he acted so annoyed with us. He told me we could go to the manager’s happy hour at 5:30 for two free drinks, as if he was doing us a favor; this is something they offer regardless. I understand the staff was burdened by a high profile client and team but that doesn’t change the fact that every other customer paid for the same treatment. If I decided to stay in my room in the morning and make the hotel wait an hour for me to be done, do you think they would be understanding? In the morning, when we went to check out, I asked the attendant at the front desk if she had seen any luggage carts. She told me I just needed to look around the hallways on each floor if I couldn’t find one in the lobby. The customer service was just awful.

I have stayed here a few times and never had any issues. Unfortunately, this stay our room had some plumbing issues and the toilet was clogged and would not flush. We called the front desk and left a message, text the guest services multiple times and then went to the front desk to try to get assistance with no luck. I finally found a staff member around 11:30 pm and she told me she was the only one there but looked up my room on the computer and told me she would send someone up shortly. I told her if she gave me a plunger i could try to fix it. She assured me they would take care of it. I waited until about 1:30 am before i fell asleep. In the morning i went down to use the restroom in the lobby before checking out. I received the text from guest services asking how our stay was, I explained it would be better if I had a working toilet. I received a text later in the day when I was almost home with an apology. At that point way too late. With a hotel of this quality and price i shouldn't had to smell raw sewage all night and leave the room to pee. I love the convenient location, hopefully they can find more staff that can assist customers in the future.

The check in process ruined it for us. We had digital key but because we booked through Expedia they required we check in at the front desk. The concert venue next door means they are very busy. 30 mins in line to check in. Very annoyed and feel like they need a better system.

Our entire stay was perfect! From the courtesy of the staf, the free drinks at Happy Hour, to the freshly made to order omelets, we were very pleased. Our air was not working when we returned at almost midnight from a concert. They promptly sent someone to work on it then when he could not repair it, we were moved to a new room. Spacious accommodations were a plus.

Waited 1.5 hrs after check in for room to be cleaned, was offered a free appetizer (if I chose to patron the restaurant)...& I had to request an hour late checkout, it wasn't offered to make up for my missed time in the room. Moved the couch & lounge chair & the carpet was dirty underneath. I went to ask for extra blankets but the poor front desk staff was alone & already had a list of stuff she needed for other guests but couldn't make it to the basement to get... she did deliver them several hours later (after 1:30am) with an apology. I was hoping breakfast would redeem the trip... it didn't... long lines waiting for food & even clean plates... food was bland, kids weren't impressed.

Tried to check in 4:30p. Literally a line across the entire lobby. One person to work the desk. Would have taken a very long time. Had to leave and alter plans to make the show. This has been a consistent problem in our three previous stays. When watching worker and management reaction they seem unabashed and unencumbered by the situation. Bad process.

We were there for a concert at the amp. It was very convenient we just basically walked across the street for the concert. The staff was very friendly, and the room at the rest of the hotel were in great condition. The breakfast was great. Note that the hotel charges for parking.

Hotel is within walking distance to the Walmart amp plus several restaurants. Nice & clean. Beds are ok but could be a little better quality. Breakfast is usually good. This trip we went to breakfast at 9:00. Juice machines weren’t working, ran out of biscuits, bread for toast, muffins & pastries.Not sure what was going on with 1 hour left for breakfast.

The main reason I stay at Embassy Suites is because of the breakfast. Unfortunately, on the visit they did not have any eggs to make me eggs over easy. They said they didn't get enough - I'm thinking this site is Wal-Mart HQ and they can't run to Wal-Mart and pick up eggs for their customers? Go figure.

The service was amazing!! Great amenities and perks. Especially the manager’s happy hour with drinks and light snacks. And the breakfast and made to order eggs were great!! Good pool. Good variety of equipment for the fitness room. The only complaint was the rooms got warm, even with the air turned down. And the workout room was very warm.

Embassy Suites always delivers, and this one in Rogers is huge and beautiful. Manager’s reception was great, breakfast was delicious, and the proximity to the concert venue was easily accessible.

The hotel itself is fine but i paid double to stay here from other places in the area because the property offers a restaurant. This should NOT be called a restaurant. My plan was to stay in each night, work to prepare for meetings the following day and eat in the hotel restaurant. The food is beyond garbage. I ordered a turkey club that was made from packaged turkey on toasted white bread. If only i could post photos then the reality of what im saying would really come to life, what a total waste of money.

Outdated hotel, looks like back to 20th century. I like to stay in Embassy Suites but some of then stay in past century include this one in Rogers. Always like breakfast but this is so-so. And evening is limited to 2 drinks and no good snacks.
