Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bentonville South - Rogers, AR

Sorry that the pool and fitness center was closed, but things happen. Easy to see, difficult to drive to, missed the first turn in.

Good stay, nice size room. Gym could be better as well as the spa. (It wasn’t working )

We reserved at this hotel based on the location from downtown for the B,B&BBQ rally. Two years ago we had a great time sitting in the jacuzzi after riding all day. Our first day this trip we found out by starting to get in the jacuzzi that it was cold and needed a new heater. When we checked in nothing was mentioned naturally. Then the next day, the only elevator that worked (of two) broke forcing everyone to use the stairs. Naturally we were on the fourth floor. On top of all that the beds are hard as a rock and suck. Needless to say I'll find a different place to stay next year.

Nice clean hotel. Breakfast was great better than most hotels. Disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. Other than that very nice and highly recommend

Was a good stay. Clean and good breakfast. The only thing that was not good is their hot tub was broke. We were looking forward to that after a 13 hour drive.

Bathroom was in need of updating. Pool and hot tub were not in operation. Overall just an average experience for an average priced stay.

The beds in the 2 Queen 1-bedroom suite are not pillow top mattresses and are harder than sleeping bags on the floor. We all woke up with aching backs, those that could sleep on them at all that is. The hide a bed in the couch was more comfortable. The hot tub was out of service and one of the 2 elevators was as well. The staff are extremely friendly and the breakfast was as decent.

When I got there to check in another visitor was at the desk complaining that they checked him into a dirty room. The room smelt like smoke. The carpet was dirt and stained. At night when I returned I saw and killed multiple small cockroaches climbing the walls and around the headboard of the bed. I asked for manager at checkout and left me number for them to call and they never did. I do not recommend this hotel.

Very clean quiet and private

The bathroom wall had feces on it. The tub was slick as snot. The hot tub was cold the last couple of times and the floor around the pool was slippery even when dry. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a host of food and beverage choices. This was our third time staying here and unfortunately will be our last.

Hotel smelled musky and old. Rooms were smaller and bath tub could use updating. Loose knobs in bath tub/shower. Looked like grime left around the drain of the tub. Stains on the carpet. Someone else’s sock from a stay before us under the skirting on the bed, so how well did they really clean. Over all wouldn’t stay again.

I did not like the roach bug going up the side of the tub as i was brushing my teeth....i did take it to front desk...i was told they had lots of members of a band and would sometimes bring in bugs ....thats all i got!!

Hotel is outdated and dirty. As you walk from the lobby to the elevator you smell marijuana on the first floor, in the elevator and on the third floor where my room was located. I found USED soap WITH hair in the shower, water does not drain and it’s brown water. The electrical sockets in the bathroom do not work so you can not dry your hair or charge phone . The ice machine does not work on floor three. Something extremely gross on the wall above the small couch. Little to no lighting, dark room due to black painted walls throughout the room. Ceiling light above bed very dirty. Walls super thin- I could hear guests next door urinating/flushing toilet / conversations. Front desk lady was unprofessional, lacks customer service skills etc… it was apparent she was annoyed I was checking in: No smile, rolling her eyes, big sighs, and sitting down as she checked me in. I’ve stayed at enough hotels to know you stand and greet your customers with a smile . As she was checking me in she is literally yelling an employee’s name. Little to no lighting, dark room due to black painted walls throughout the room. As I was stepping into the hallway to leave the following morning, a hotel employee walks out of the room across from me and loudly says “f$ck” , we make eye contact and she tells me to have a nice day. I did make the hotel aware of the electrical outlets not working and also the ice machine.

Very clean room and bathroom. Every person who worked there was friendly and helpful including desk people, housecleaning, and breakfast staff. We will definitely stay there again.

Somewhat dirty. Disappointing. Not a favorite.

The room was very clean with plenty of space.

The property was clean, and busy. We where upgraded, but our TVS didn't work, and they didn't have an employee to come fix. That seems to be their issue under staffed, which seems to be everyones issue.

Room was clean but the bathroom could have been cleaner. No soap by sink, dirty tub. The bed covering was odd like a mattress cover for the topper. The room was spacious and comfortable, just think housekeeping needs monitored and managed.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. breakfast was good. The only bad thing I can say was the people above us were very loud. Stomping feet and allowing children to jump off beds till all hours of the night.

The hotel was fine. We really liked having a bedroom with a door and then a living room too with a fold out couch. The biggest issue was we had put all our belongings in the room then left. We we came back, we were locked out! the door handle wouldn’t always work on our door!!! We put the key in, the light was green, but the door wouldn’t open! The staff said they were sorry, but their maintenance people didn’t work on the weekend, what?! So if my husband hadn’t figured out how you had to move the handle in a certain way, all our stuff would be locked in the room. The breakfast was good. Lots of restaurants nearby and easy to get to the Walmart AMP.

This is a nice functional hotel that hits all the right notes. My husband and I thought it was all good except for the loud AC which is all hotels at this price point. The suite was nice—extra space is so helpful when family members stop by to chat.

The room was spacious, the staff was friendly and approachable, the pool area was nice and a comfortable temperature.

Good size rooms and recently renovated. Only problem was the cleaning lady did not clean my room and I was there for several days. I had the placard hanging on the door so I ended up putting a garbage can outside dpor to alert them. Breakfast got boring after several days.

We had a room at the end of the hallway. The room smelt like stale cigarettes despite it being no smoking. The beds were hard. The hotel was otherwise clean and the breakfast was yummy. Plenty to choose from.

TVs were outdated, you would think if you’re paying 146 dollars for one night you would at least have the luxury of having a smart TV that’s not the size of a computer monitor.

Room was clean but dated. Furnance was loud. Walls are paper thin. Furniture was very worn and uncomfortable. On a positive note, front desk customer service people were excellent!

When we arrived at 4pm, an hour after check in, our room was not ready. We waited for almost two hours to get our room. We had to have our room key reset multiple times due to not working and on one particular trip the front desk worker walked me to my room treating me like I was a toddler that didn’t know how a room card key worked. I can’t tell you her name because no one had a name tag or even a uniform. At one point while waiting another costumer came to the desk with a request and when she walked away the front desk worker told the person ahead of me that the lady was lying about the story she had told. Completely disrespectful. We will not be staying there again!

The tornado took out our power, a few windows and a wall. The night manager made everyone feel safe and was just great.

The staff are some of the most friendly people I've had the pleasure of meeting. Not only were they kind they were very compassionate with my situation and help me find my keys to my vehicle. Honestly I believe they went above and beyond.

Property should have more help for check in process during busy times and booked full. It took 40 minutes to check in when there was no one else around due to an earlier employee giving my room to someone else and telling me I did not have a reservation.. Later discovered another employee had booked someone else in under my name. Terrible and embarrassing. By the time this was resolved there were at least 30 people waiting to get checked in and actint like I was at fault. The person who helped me did her best given the situation.

It was a great stay. I used the gym as well. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Would stay again.

I accompanied my dear elderly Mother on road trip to Walmart Museum Bentonville, Arkansas. I booked reservation through my Expedia app account & chose the Country Inn & Suites by Raddison. We arrived & Ms. Mony greeted us & looked up my name & I provided proof of my TX driver license made my 2 electronic keys with room number & wifi password quick & easy no hassles just self served chocolate cookies & cold pints of milk as we checked in Rogers, Arkansas. Mr. Stacy same friendly hospitality after midnight front desk around 2-3 am fresh coffee prepared before 6-9:30 am full breakfast check out at 12 pm noon. We enjoyed our stay & share our recommendations of quality customer service & amenities with morning desk greeting of good morning as beeakfast served 1st class VIP baby! We Texans love you Razorback people also! You know how to keep us coming back. Thank you all Staff.

The staff is amazing. Incidents occurred out of their reach so, this is not at all toward the staff. I had incident where I got a room that was already occupied. Some system issue. I was extremely embarrassed when I open the hotel room door and someone was going to the bathroom and exposed. I did apologize to them and I know the staff was very apologetic to both parties. I also paid for a nicer room and got booked one of lesser value. The staff did correct it so taken care off. I do say that things happen but the staff went out of their way for me and that will make me return.

The staff. Wear whatever band shirt and leggings they want not professional attire. Had breakfast that was horrible too The first room they check us into. Checking in at 930 pm and had to change room that last after a long drive not fun. Bed has red spots all over the mattress and fitted sheets. Carpet was not vacuumed. They didn’t tell us s on floor 3 the elevator was broken have to take stairs. One with knee problems was hard to go up and down The second room a bigger room. The living room couch had red spots on it. The chair in living room black spots all over seat and arm rest Put a towel down to sit on it The beds are all worn out didn’t sleep well. When checking out I complained but could not get a comp because of third party Don’t know what’s going on with choice hotels. But kind had a similar experience in Iowa They gave us a room that the sink was bad had to get a new room at 1030 pm causing the sink was leaking

We enjoyed this stay! Nice location & not too far from where my daughter was playing softball. Easy to get to. Lots of options for dinner & shopping. A friend stayed at the hotel next door & unfortunately there's no easy access as the two are separated by a ravine & tall fence.

Good location

I've stayed at this Country Inn & Suites before and had a great experience. It's conveniently located, clean, and a great value for a last minute stay. Would recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Had difficulty finding it, hidden behind another hotel. Maybe some signs in the alley would help.

easy accessible parking, SUPER close to restaurants and of course my favorite coffee shop, 7 brew! walking distance even!! shopping centers just around the corner- literally. VENDING MACHINE right outside my door?! amazing. hot tub was what sold me on the hotel, but the heater was out on it. still super fun though! breakfast was a 10/10! will be booking again- today actually! if you’re going to the walmart AMP for a concert, this is the hotel for you! cheap, convenient and affordable! and don’t forget, raising canes and seven brew are just a walk away! will be staying again in october for Alex Warren’s tour!

Breakfast is good. Quiet rooms. Very accessible to the attractions of the area.

Beds were terrible. breakfast was cold and terrible. Coffee was cold.

The front desk staff was very polite! Our room numbers were not posted on a sign in the hallway which had other room numbers. The shower curtain was way too short for the shower/tub; had to request a new one. Insufficient blankets on the beds. Breakfast was good the first day, but the second day was not. Because the 2nd day's breakfast was not so good, I got a yogurt; however, the yogurt had expired 9 days earlier.

This is our second time staying here. And it is a wonderful place to stay. And the breakfast is the best.

Good clean room and breakfast was excellent.

Although we had a problem with the reservation and card key to the room everything was fine. the breakfast was somewhat different each of the 5 days we were there and it was excellent each morning. Seating area was also very clean.

This place, checked all the boxes for a great value to include cleanliness, friendly staff, clean area, including a nice clean room stocked, and the breakfast was better than most with hot fresh eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy, waffle maker, and more. I thought the pillows could’ve been a little bit more comfortable, and the mattress, and I was a little disappointed that the hot tub was down, but everything else was fantastic. And above expectations..

The breakfast lady didn't show and no one from front desk came to help. Guess you need to have an extra for those occasions.

Biscuits and gravy were on point!

Great last minute stay! Room was very clean and the staff were very nice. I was really impressed by the breakfast for it being free. Lots of juices to choose from, milk, yogurt, cereal, pastries, gravy and biscuits, waffles, breakfast potatoes… and the coffee wasn’t bad at all. The bathroom, shower, and room itself was well taken care of and super clean.

Last day morning no Breakfast available, lady at Front Desk was rude and had no clue whom to call to take care of the problem, when checking out I asked about some reimbursement for not having Breakfast available Du to the Lady not showing up and she rudely answered NO .. not even apologized , I will never stay at this place
