Everyone was so nice and helpful. I was able to get an extra 30 minutes on my checkout. Will stay here again.

The staff was very helpful. However, the first room we were given had bed bug feces and eggs on the mattresses. Staff moved us to a new room which had chunks of food on the floor and smelled of dogs. In addition, the hot tub was closed, completely drained of water and the pool chemicals were very strong. That said, breakfast was plentiful but would not choose to stay here again due to the cleanliness issues.
