The staff was very friendly but the property is under renovation so the entire first floor is a wreck aside from the breakfast area.

I was greatly disappointed in the major construction going on inside the hotel. There was no mention of this when I booked. No pool, no ice machine, the lobby was a mess and for the advertising of a 8 rating we arrived to find a 2 rating was generous. The room air-conditioning was substandard, the coffee machine was substandard, and the room had 2 microwaves. One worked not sure why we would need two or if the other one worked because it wasn't plugged in. I have stayed at many, many hotels all over the U.S. but this may be one of the worse stays of my life. Perhaps when the construction is complete it will be a nice place but right now it was not.

I found out when I was checking in, and I also found out that the pool was cold and dirty. The dryer didnt work and couldn't use the exercise room. The breakfast consisted of gallon of milk out on the counter (unsure for how long) 2 cool yogurts, 2 types of cereal, couple pieces of white/wheat bread, terrible oj, and waffle batter that tasted bad. The pool water was very cold, unsure of actual temp since there was no thermometer. The room itself was chilly with only 1 working heater that did not work well. Room had faint smell of old urine in some areas and there was sand/dirt on the bottom with rust looking stains through out. No true smell of chlorine. No pool towels available, we almost had to beg for towels. We would get 2 at a time and there was 5 of us. The room was not bad. It took care of our needs. The staff was accommodating, but felt limited. Especially for them not being very busy. The overall experience was not enjoyable and very disappointing. I understand under construction and was giving grace, but things just kept adding up, and as petty as it is, a bar of soap is reason for bad review. I did not comlain that I was not informed of the construction, the pool being cold AND dirty, no advertised amenities available or in working order (though front counter lady did let us use their dryer) breakast was terrible and was no

The overall property was very clean and tidy. The rooms were excellent and very clean. The pool area was clean but the pool itself had an odd odor to it that was not chlorine. We swam and had no issues. There are no towels in the pool area. You need to bring your towels from your room or stop by the front desk for extra. Otherwise great stay, quiet, clean, and safe.

This was an absolutely awful stay. This hotel should not be having guests. At bare minimum they should be charging an extremely low rate. They are currently under renovation and the entire process was unprofessional. First room was hot and the AC was making a horrible sound. I would not suggest for anyone to stay here.

Great location, big truck parking available with plenty of room. Breakfast available from 6-9 am. I did'nt partake, but it was available. It was quiet and served my needs.

Said covid was why breakfast was limited and pool was closed. Construction noise started at 5:50 am. Toilet seat loose and pinches you. Bedspread has burn holes in it.

They were doing renovations and i would not have booked there if i had known

Extremely clean and friendly staff. Two improvements: larger bed pillows and towels. Otherwise, everything met our standards for a budget friendly stay.

The room was damp and dusty, it had a terrible really strong odor of mold , made my throat hurt and gave me a headache , i couldn't sleep because of the bad smell of mold.

This was just an overnight stay for us. The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean, and it was quiet at night. We will definitely stay there again.

Booked for 2 nights, got there, they were under contruction which was fine because we only needed the room to stay cool while our ac was fixed. The room was over 80 degrees and was supposed to be 2 queens but it was a single king and we had 3 people. I told the front desk who called her manager on speaker who told me over the speaker phone no refunds but didnt offer us a double queen room that we requested.

Overcharged my account upon arrival but was reimbursed three days later

Pay cash for the deposit do not use card they charged my card twice 1 was for 64.11 and 1 was for 35.89 i received the 35.89 back on my card but not the 64.11 when i called the owner to let her know she immediately told me it went back on the card i continued to explain it did not and she just started to get very aggressive on phone i still have not received the money back

They didn’t state that they required a $100 deposit per room on the website. Luckily we had it but would have been better for the website to let us know before booking.

I stayed at the hotel so I could still be able to get to work during an ice storm. The parking lot was almost full which told me they had a lot of other guests, but they made me feel like I was the only one. Great service with nice and smiling faces. And the waffles for breakfast are just a bonus.

There were a bunch of men hanging out and smoking under the awning where you would typically unload. I am a single, small statured woman and I had to unload my car in the dark and rain to be gawked at as I made my way in. The receptionist made a statement and checked a map saying that she was going to put me as far away from them as possible without being prompted. I appreciated her so much for doing that..but that also told me she knew these guys were sketch. Then my room smelled like a sweaty old man.
