Amazing stay. Everything was clean. Service was amazing. Every staff we encountered was courteous, smiling and very friendly and helpful. Would love to return to this location again. My kids loved the pool and slide. The otter pops for them was a great touch. Will definitely try to return to this oasis of relaxation

My only complaint- not enough pool chairs or umbrellas. Had to sit on the concrete 3 of 4 days. People reserved chairs with their stuff lining up at 7am.

Great resort with everything as described on Expedia. The photos on Expedia show perfectly the room. The staff are the stars here, the lady checking us in was helpful and friendly as was the lady at check out. Waiters, valet and pool staff were all friendly. Our room had a lovely view of the pool and the mountains. It is peaceful here and easy to unwind and relax. The only negative is the condition of the pool loungers and side tables - both dirt and damaged.

The staff were all super kind and helpful. Shout out to Kim At the front desk. Food was great and for the most part reasonably priced. The room was actually clean. They respected my privacy sign. The AC worked great. Bed was comfortable. My only complaints are, the hallways are confusing, there are not enough elevators, and not enough towel rods in the bathroom.

The resort was very calm and relaxing. There was a shuttle that could take us to the casino and the outlet shopping mall but if you wanted to go anywhere else, you would have to arrange a ride or rent a car.

Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass was an amazing resort to stay at in the Phoenix area! The 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, and water slide were a great bonus along with the multiple restaurants on site. The room was spacious and clean along with very comfy beds. The staff were always friendly and accommodating.

Negatives- got to our room at 9 pm. There was food on the bed that someone had been eating. Positives- staff came to clean it up promptly. Pool was awesome. Two huge pools- so warm and perfect height for small kids. Pretty neat place.

eveything was fine with the exception of the body wash dispenser was empty the entire time we were ther and the bed sheet on the 1st bed were not changed and juice had spilled on them. we arrived to late to report it ad have them changed.

Stayed off season for a really low price. Property is beautiful. Comfortable beds, nice, clean rooms, and excellent service from the room service staff, front desk, poolside service. Our room had a refrigerator which I was not expecting and grateful for. I had requested an accessible room and was glad I did- it put us very centrally located and just a short walk to the pool, lobby and front desk, and the parking. Others have mentioned the parking being an issue. It is NOT. You need to know there are two wings of rooms, and a large parking lot for each. The location had its benefits and drawbacks- it is remote and beautiful- we saw coyotes, rabbits, many types of birds, lizards and more, and it was nice to be outside of the city. It does mean you’re driving 15 minutes to fast food, restaurants and destinations, which is not ideal if you don’t plan on eating onsite each day. There are multiple paths to explore on the property. The recreated river is nice- although it’s pretty stagnant and not the most beautiful. We were lucky enough to have the pool area to ourselves each day (5 days total) and loved each pool and the slide. So much fun. The pool area was showing some signs of major wear in the pavement around the whole area. The pools also could have been clean s more throughly and bugs skimmed etc. We booked a horse ride with Koli Equestrian center and loved that. We also rented a pedal boat and loved that less- broken boats, stagnant river, clueless attendant.

We have been there before and this time it was nice but not like before that peaceful and just that relaxing atmosphere was missing. First night was nice, second day they were installing shades in the bar/restaurant area and there was a lift and some seating was closed off in some areas. They were trimming tress and other things happening in the hotel. The full experience wasn’t there. Also they had a convention going on and there must of been at over 100 people and the hang out places were full, and noisy. The pool was nice the floors were deteriorating and chippy in some areas. They were cutting trees and the pool area was also noisy. Okay what else, the room was very clean but we encountered a huge roach in the bathroom! and it was a shock, I’m horrified of roaches and from that point on I no longer felt safe and was apprehensive the rest of our stay!

Such a nice quiet stay! Our room was comfortable and well-appointed. The shower was amazing and we loved having a small balcony to relax on. The AC was phenomenal and very responsive. Our favorite thing was the room service! Delicious meals and exceptional service from the most lovely people. We didn’t use the pool due to the very hot weather, but it looked gorgeous. Definitely returning to this property, although in a cooler month.

Concerns: poor signage, a lost woman was very distressed because she couldn’t find the parking lot, signs to check in are very small, too discreet in missing seeing them I parked near the conference center and had to struggle with my baggage on carpet for over a 1/4 mile; no microwave for the room; poorly positioned porch lights forced keeping the curtains completely closed, had they been on the opposite wall or with a directional cover that directed the light away from the door and toward the balcony rails it may have been possible to have the curtains partially open for first morning light; no information sheet in the room to guide climate control or list the channels on the fancy tv; sarcastic check in guy, others were observed to be warm and helpful. Cars are allowed to park on pathways, in the evening I fell as I began to walk around a car on the landscape instead of in the driveway. I struggled to get up because pushing up in the sharp rocks hurt. Weeks later I still have hematoma Wonderful: the decor was educational and attractive, respecting the indigenous origins of the property. The bed was very comfortable. The daily water bottles were appreciated. The soap, shampoo and conditioner had a rich, pleasant scent. The grounds were mostly eco respectful, except for a ‘river’ however it was beautiful. Activities available included a nice pool area, paddle boats and bikes on the river, hiking trails, a spa, snack bar, restaurant, bar, gift shop and balconies to star gaze.

I liked that the property was off on it's own, was quiet and relaxing. The pool and fire pit were great! The room was quite small for the amount of money spent and the resort fees on top of the cost of the stay were quite high.

Cons-no close elevators on suite sides (room 3140), confusing layout and not easy to get to parking lot, limited hours for dining, expensive, no activities at resort during the weekdays (they had paint and wine on a Saturday) the tv had no log in for a streaming service, ability to mirror, or source button which now a days seems standard at other resorts. Pros-staff was friendly, food was decent, view from balcony nice, Starbucks on site. Decorated for holidays and clean.

I came for a convention and stayed on for vacation. So glad I did! This was one of the nicest, cleanest and most competent staff I've ever experienced. We had a couple of maintenance issues and they were corrected so quickly I couldn't believe it! So peaceful with soft, local style music playing through out the public areas of the facility. The convention food and service was amazing NO rubber chicken to be found! I plan to return for another vacation.

All the staff were great with the exception of the gal in the gift shop. Beautiful well kept resort, pool service was fabulous they brought pitchers of water and refilled often. Food was good by the pool and in bar. we will be back next year.

We just returned from our six night spring break trip to the Sheraton grand at wild horse. We went with our two children ages 8 and 11. It was absolutely perfect. Far enough outside of the city that it is quiet and relaxing, but close enough that we were able to go into Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Mesa within 20-30 minutes for various dinners or activities if we wanted. The hotel is beautiful and everything you want. We did ask for a room as close to the lobby as they had available because if you are in the far West wing it will take you 10 minutes to walk to it from your room and I was not going to do that with kids.

Beautiful resort, fantastic pool area. The staff were among the friendliest that I have ever encountered. This resort was very close to shopping and the city but yet you felt like you were staying in this peaceful desert oasis. If you need to be close to the south side of Phoenix, this is a fantastic option. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing that I would caution someone about is if walking and mobility are an issue, this may not be a good choice. Property is sprawling. Self parking requires a hike to your room. However, they do offer valet parking.

This property is in a remote location. Not easy to access restaurants off site and restaurants on the property are very gourmet. If you are traveling with kids plan to eat off site. Pools were great, heated and nice. Horses come to visit every morning from the equestrian center.

Everything was great throughout the trip, except for the breakfast buffet on the last day of our stay. They were out of everything and didn't restock very quickly at all. Could have been a one time deal, but I would definitely recommend ordering off of the menu.

Loved our stay here! Staff are friendly and helpful, property and grounds were beautiful! Pool was heated and pool bar was yum! We ate at multiple restaurants on the property and while the menu selection was fairly limited, everything we tried was delicious!! We will be back!

This is our third stay at this lovely resort. Wonderful location and overall a fabulous hotel. Pool area is lovely. only negative thing is not a great variety of vegetarian food at all 3 places we ate. Front desk super friendly and helpful as were the staff at hanyo pool. We wil be back next year :)

Overall it was a great experience. I'd have liked to see more variety in the food. Lighted walkways around the pool would be beneficial. Was not at all impressed that a banana on level 1 was $1.33 and $4.00 in the conference area. Big rip off

It was a great location for a staycation with my family. The pool was perfect for kids and lots of activities for the summer holiday. The only downside was food options on the premises were limited for a large family.

This resort was very nice & relaxing. Really reminded me of being in Mexico (expect is wasn't all inclusive) Would have been nice if the hotel had a bank of elevators on each end of the hotel (as well as the only one in the center) Our room was on the very end, so it was also of walking, but it wasn't the end of the world. Food was "ok" not worth the price tag that was being charged. We did drive to the Casino for dinner one night & the food was much better & cheaper. We also drove to a local restaurant the other night & again, much better & cheaper. It would have been nice if maybe the back pool/hot tub was designated for adults only. We have kids & left them with grandparents to visit this hotel. We knew it wasn't adults only, so I'm not mad about it. But since they have a very large pool & waterslide, PLUS a back pool. It wouldn't have been hard to make the back one adults only. Would have been very more relaxing not having kids jumping in & out of the pool constantly. Rooms were very nice, location was awesome. I would defiantly return & probably bring the kids next time.

Wonderful stay and will definitely go again. Relaxing pool area, lots of pools and chairs available. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Ate twice at Ko’sin restaurant and every dish was delicious. Frank the waiter was great. Hotel bar was a hot spot and busy, Matt the bartender kept up great with crowds and was super friendly. Went to Aji spa and we both had terrific massages there. Relaxed by spa pool most of the day, Highly suggest! The spa food was the best food of our trip! Get the hummus!
