Hotel has dated tech, and no working WiFi. No Wifi in 2024!!! Parking over priced, ac was locked at 68. Tech guy came to fix, but didn’t. Not happy with my stay at all.

The hotel was clean enough generally. The pool should’ve been more clean. There was a good amount of trash in pool. On sunny days where the pool is an attraction, special care should be taken. The room was very hot. Partially because it faced the sun the majority of the day. Which is understandable. However the part that was frustrating was how the AC reset after a couple of hours no matter what you tried to program on the panel. So it never gets cool unless you are constantly watching the ac which I’d rather not do on vacation.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bar area was great, as I was able to watch Game 7 of the World Series with Dodgers Fans. The thing I felt was a negative was the $29 they charged to self park.

It took 3 calls (and several hours) to get 2 extra pillows. Fridge in room would not get cold. Elevators did not work at all the first day. On day 2, only 1 elevator was working and because it showed up full of people, we had to wait 15 minutes for one with enough room for us and our luggage.

I don’t like to write bad reviews but from the get go we had issues. We checked in and the room was around 90 degrees. The thermostat or air did not work. Called maintenance and for the next 3 days we had to either have ot super hot or cold by manually putting it on. The outlasts did not work. The blow drier barely came on and the refrigerator did not work. On the good side, the pool was nice and the gym was very nice.

The rooms are not updated and not particularly well kept. Only 2 pillows. Icemaker didn’t work on my floor, floor below or above. Staff was friendly but the hotel is fairly run down.

The room was very clean and I passed the housekeeper on the 9th floor on Christmas morning and she was very friendly BUT I have to say the place was dirty, or maybe more correct to say it was in poor condition because the window was so filthy up there on the 9th floor that the view looiking out was not clear. They need a good window washer.

For this being a Hilton hotel the lobby was beautiful but the rooms were ugly, dirty, old, beds were small definitely not a queen size as advertised and practically on the ground ontop of the box spring. I also killed a spider in the room and the sheets did not feel clean.

For the price point, extremely disappointed in the general condition of the hotel overall. The hallways smelled like weed, walls are super thin and very noisy, no luggage cart or service??? The bathroom was dirty and there was a used washcloth in the shower, found drywall screws around the bed in the carpet??? Seriously? Peeling wallpaper, noisy toilet that kept flushing by itself. I could go on- one bright spot the valet guy was super nice upon checkout and very polite. Rest of the staff, not so much. Expected more from a Hilton property.

I had a mediocre experience during my stay at the hotel. The room was not worth the price. I was disappointed when I found hair that did not belong to me in face towel and in the bath towel. It was gross. The windows were also very dirty. The location was great and I enjoyed the view overlooking to the mountains.

Pros: The room was clean & comfortable. The hotel is in an easy to find and access location and also feels safe. There is a trader joe's and coffee shop within easy walking distance. Cons: parking costs $29 and the person checking us in made it feel like we were not worth his time.

The property and the lobby area is very nice and clean but as you walk into the room, the wallpaper is damaged, shower had previous persons hair all over the bathtub and bathroom floor. Water pressure was very low and not much of hot water. The TV worked but if you wanted to go into the guide, it didn't work. Staff at the bar downstairs was very very nice and the food I ordered was very good.

The door to the bathroom did not lock and the while stay they never fixed it. When we left to universal studios and came back, they did not clean the room change the sheets. The fridge did not work well, and the tv kept loosing signal. Not recommended to stay here.

Large and spacious room. The bed was very comfortable. The AC in our room wasn’t working. We were told upon check in that it would just take a little bit of time for it to get started. When we got to our room it was so muggy and warm. Our room faced all the afternoon and evening sunlight. So we turned the thermostat down to 60. It never got there. We managed to fall asleep. Got a text the next day from someone at the front desk asking if everything was ok with the room. I explained what was going on and they said they would send maintenance up. But then I was told maintenance wouldn’t be up as they were fixing a cooling problem somewhere else in the hotel and would a fan work? I said anything would be good. Housekeeping brought a fan up and it was fine. It did cool the room down and we were grateful for it. For the size of the room the bathroom is shockingly small and I feel like you could fit in a little seating area rather than just one chair and floor lamp.

I expected more from a Hilton Hotel. Having stayed at other Hilton properties, I found this particular hotel to be subpar in comparison. The room I stayed in felt more like a motel, which was disappointing given the price I paid. The drainage in the bathroom was clogged, bedside table lights were not working. Overall, my experience at this hotel did not meet the standard I have come to expect from Hilton. I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.

This specific property seemed to be very outdated for a Hilton. AC was barely working, shower head wasn’t fully on, half came out of the tub faucet. Water pressure was low. TV is dated and unable to actually connect to cell phone. Small pillows. Not a bad hotel but dated for being a Hilton.

The property was very nice however the front desk staff are terrible they should not be the face for the hotel, they need to be trained in hospitality etiquette! I have travels a lot throughout my 64 years and I can say that this is one of the most unfriendly staff that I have encounter! :( extremely disappointed bc I am a HiltonHonor member

I arrived at the hotel and was greeted well. I told them I had reservations and gave them my information. The lady asked me for my credit card in case I wanted to have breakfast at the restaurant. I had reserved the Executive Room and when I had called the Hilton 800 number they told me that if I was to choose the executive room I would have free breakfast. She still took my credit card and said that she put the free breakfast on my account. So I hope I don’t see any surprise charges on my card. The first 2 nights went well. The third night however at around 10:30 PM I heard a lot of sounds while I was trying to get some sleep. There were people trying to get in my room with their room key. I finally opened the door and asked what they were doing? The guy showed me his room key that had MY room number on it. I still had another day in this room. They left and about 30 minutes a different group came to the room and same thing happened, they were trying to get in my room. I finally went down to the front desk and spoke to staff and they just said it won’t happen again. It happened twice in a 30 minute timeframe. That is not acceptable. I did not sleep well that night because I did not feel safe in this hotel. I will not be staying here again.

It was wonderful. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. The bed seemed hard but was very comfortable. Best of all the pillows. I rarely travel without my feather pillow but I did not need it with the fantastic pillows they have. The cost of the stay was no less than had I registered directly with the hotel.

It was a very good experience, in fact so good we are going back next month. The breakfast staff were friendly and very helpful. Check in/ out was quick and easy. Thevroom was good, the bed comfy andvthe only problem (hairdryer] was fixed quickly. Overall very good.

Stayed for 1 night. Reserved a room for 2 adults 1 child and was given 1 king. Tried to explain to night time front desk lady and she was extremely rude from checking in to asking her for an extra blanket. Since we were only there for the night and tired we decided to adapt. Went downstairs because we were hung up on 2 times over the phone by rude front desk lady. When I came down she got caught talking about me to another employee. Over heard her saying that we were trying to take advantage on discounted rooms through Expedia even though I booked for 3pp. Overall room and hotel was clean and in a good area. We came down to restaurant for breakfast and food and service was good. The front desk in the morning were nice when we asked about making sure we were not recharged for parking since we had prepaid. Hotel area is very convenient. Would have been a five star stay if it wasn’t for the lady watching the front desk at night who was obviously having a bad day.

Great location, comfortable stay The hotel is ideally situated in a vibrant area with plenty to explore. Check-in was a breeze and my room was clean and comfortable with a fantastic view. The lobby offered a nice space to relax or work. While I didn’t experience the dining options, the bar was a pleasant spot. Overall, a satisfying business trip stay that met Hilton standards.

Hotel is nice and clean. Room had a lot of space and beds were comfy. The hotel is right next to the freeway with tons of eating option nearby in downtown Glendale and downtown Burbank. No issues trying to find parking on a Sunday night. We definitely would stay here again.

Nice hotel in Glendale , not too far from restaurants and The Americana at Brand mall. Definitely a quieter and calmer option in LA. the self parking is almost USD 30 and I believe the cost per day could be less expensive.

I will never stay at a Hilton again. No room service, had to get own breakfast from restaurant to bring to room. Continental breakfast was a complete joke. 3 small stale bites to eat with one cup of coffee per breakfast, so we had to ordered two, which was twice a disappointment. Drapes wouldn't close completely therefore light would shine right in eyes. Walls are exceptionally thin. UUUGH.

It’s a food desert! The breakfast is miserable for the price unless you get it on the room. There is no proper restaurant or dining. By 10pm even the bar is closed. You’re left with an ugly little shop to buy water bottles and snacks. It’s like a Holiday Inn.

The staff were great, especially in the dining area for breakfast. They were all good but Juan was an excellent server, very attentive. Loved his energy. There's also a nice spanish lady who was the hostess with long nails. Unfortunately i didn't get her name. Also lovely. Breakfast was expensive though. It should be included. The hotel itself is basic and somewhat dated. I expected more from the Hilton. Id choose somewhere else next time.

Stayed here with my boyfriend and we enjoyed our stay. Parking was underground with either self parking or valet. It was in a good area, right off the freeway in a quiet commercial type of area and next to another hotel. Pretty close to Glendale Galleria and great restaurants all around. Room was clean and spacious, and I thought it was pretty! Desk staff were okay. Also woke up to a loud protest below, at 7 in the morning… But that was the only negative. Everything was good, would stay here again!
