Looking at this place and based on the reviews on here we thought it would be way better experience than when we arrived. The place is dirty, smelly and falling apart. The shower barely runs any water and has a stench so foul. There were also a variety of bugs crawling around. We asked for a room change due to this and they did apologize and do so. When arriving the desk receptionist was extremely rude and short. Breakfast was pitiful but I guess you get what you pay for right. Definitely won’t be returning.

You are not told that there is a $7 parking charge for each day. That should be mentioned upfront. Very inconsiderate. Breakfast if you can call it one was included with the room.. 2 different kinds of cold cereal. OJ and Apple juice. Water, coffee, Tea, milk, and Bagel, butter and cream cheese. They also had a tray of apples and oranges.

There was no microwave in the room which was really inconvenient, there was a sewer smell that came from the shower drain every time we used the shower. The breakfast was cereal, muffins and bagels no oatmeal or hot food. You have to pay $7 a day for parking a there’s a $100 deposit when you get there which is refundable after you check out.

It’s not a bad place to stay for the price, and relatively conveniently located to visit any of the tourist attractions in the Hollywood area. No breakfast or pool and most of the lights in our room didn’t work, but it’s low cost.

Amazing location in a great part of town! Next to a beautiful neighborhood as well as a very reputable cafe in the same parking lot. Room was clean and decently decorated. For the price you can't beat it but it was actually better then I even expected. The people working there were also friendly

The pictures only show the inside of the room. The inside of the room was nice, clean, met the basic needs. However, the outside is not very inviting and the surrounding area is not welcoming either. There are no microwaves in the rooms. They charge for parking for every night you’re there.

This was one of the worst experiences. The free breakfast is not a breakfast but a few stale bagels. Everyday it’s bagels and some fruit. Considering the cleanliness of the premises we never ate breakfast since we were there 3 days. The rooms have strong smells and it was unbearable the first night. We were offered another room and that wasn’t any better. Washroom doors were broken and the toilet seat was shaking. Shower was not working properly. There was no body wash or decent soap in the hotel. We bought our own soap bar. Overall we do not recommend this place to anyone . The room pictures are misleading and it’s a motel with poor cleanliness and overall condition of the property is very very poor.

Pictures are for sure deceiving! I know it’s a 2 star hotel but damnnnn, the dust and moldy shower curtain was wild. The bathroom floor was straight up filthy. Yall should be embarrassed to even allow people to stay in those rooms.

This was just crazy . I booked this trip as a small get away with two friends. Tuesday 11/19 check in & Thursday 11/21 check out . upon arrival i was instantly greeted with an unwelcoming encounter with the front desk agent who had attitude & took my card & ID to the back for over 5 minutes. after walking around looking for a room that didn’t exist i was told the agent said & wrote the wrong number and gave me the correct one . once i got to the room i was instantly greeted with the wall that looked like they look nickelodeon slime and dumped all over, hair on the pillows and sheets , stains on the chair , bugs in the shower , stained towels , blood spots next to the toilet, we ended up buying trash bags to tie on our feet while we shower , air dried, and bought clorox wipes and wiped the entire room down as well as slept above the sheets cocooned in our own blankets. also , there’s a 1/2 inch crack in the door that makes it look like heaven is outside the door long story short , extremely rude staff , disgusting rooms , smashed rats on the side walk , weird, unsafe yet unusually busy area, .5/10 i wouldn’t recommend, only good thing was the food stepping the corner “the corner” and the mattresses were decent .

Loved a lot of things about this motel. Just two things that made it less than perfect; shower heads need changing, really poor water pressure and not very hot. And the tv service; tv wasn’t programmed initially, they did come and program it but remote wouldn’t allow for entering channels, only up and down, and no menu function. But it was very clean, renovated, super comfy bed, good parking, decent free breakfast, convenient etc. Would probably stay again.

Nice, spacious, clean and updated rooms, wonderful night service manager and front desk overall. My shower wasn't working, so the night manager made sure he got me a room that night with a working shower, and upgraded me. My new room was missing a towel rack and a toilet paper dispenser, and the desk chair was worn. But that's it. Neighborhood felt safe. Clean, well-kept place.

Best part of the Honeymoon Suite were the huge shower and jacuzzi tub. We really liked the room for that reason. However, what we didn't enjoy so much were the pillows. Only 3 and all different thicknesses. They were very stiff rather than soft. The toilet didn't have a back on it. There should have been a small coffee table in front of the sofa bed to put a drink on while sitting there. It wouldn't take too much to turn this into a great room.

Like the title say, Great Price, Great Location, Great Service!!! Alot of food within walking distance, Ralphs, Walgreens, and Trader Joe, less than a 5 Min Walking distance. Samir, works in the front office, very accommodating, very helpful, made the experience very smooth

I lost my drivers license on the trip. They wouldnt let me book in but told me to call hotels.com to cancel. while it was being processed I called hotel and asked if res had been cancelled. They assured me it had so my husband went in and made a res with his id and cr card. Week later called hotel as i had two charges now. They said they would take one charge off. Never happened. Not sure who to blame but very dissatisfied.

I had a horrible experience. I booked a day ahead of time and I got there and turns out the moron at the front counter, Lewis, gave my room away to somebody else. I had to go through hour long chat process to finally get my refund. I will never be going back.

This was my third time staying here, but unfortunately my last. After paying close to $300 in hotel & fees via Expedia for two nights, I got charged another $13.98 by the hotel and wasn't told upfront or given any explanation for the fee (even after inquiring). I thought when I was handing over my credit card, it was solely for the refundable deposit. But I was charged this amount on the day I checked in. I also requested a specific room I like, but was told someone requested it for the second night (not there on the first night I was staying), so I couldn't have it. This is a motel - not a high end hotel - shouldn't it be first come, first serve as the request policy states. On the day of check out, house keeping came banging on the door at 11:03, front desk called at 11:04, & house keeping came banging again at 11:06. I needed a few min extra to get out (was rushing) & told them, but they still kept hounding - delaying me more. I was out by 10 after and will never be back. Between hidden charges, a bad room, and banging on the door - I'll go elsewhere.

I’ve been staying with them on and off since June of 2023 and it’s by far my Favorite place to stay in Glendale. The staff is great. Very welcoming always go the extra mile for you. The rooms are easy accessible The most upscale motel I’ve ever seen in my life honestly I’d read some of the other reviews and I had to say something because I completely disagree with a lot of them This is like a second home to me including the staff members! If I could give any suggestions at all, it would be maybe some vending machines would be great but there’s a store right next-door so that’s just me being lazy lol

We stayed here so we could be closer to the venue we were attending. Nice room. .. just needs to be updated a little and a more update look on the outside. Has potential to be a really nice little posh hotel. Great location for us with lots of shopping near by.

I’ve stayed at the Glen Capri 5 or 6 times. I love the nostalgic feeling of the motel, and the service is always great. It’s a perfect location of where I need to go when I visit. I’d recommend flying into Burbank, but LAX isn’t too too bad. It’s far enough from the loudness of Hollywood but close enough to still enjoy the glitz and glamour of the movie world

Amazing location in a great part of town! Next to a beautiful neighborhood as well as a very reputable cafe in the same parking lot. Room was clean and decently decorated. For the price you can't beat it but it was actually better then I even expected. The people working there were also friendly

The pictures only show the inside of the room. The inside of the room was nice, clean, met the basic needs. However, the outside is not very inviting and the surrounding area is not welcoming either. There are no microwaves in the rooms. They charge for parking for every night you’re there.

Looking at this place and based on the reviews on here we thought it would be way better experience than when we arrived. The place is dirty, smelly and falling apart. The shower barely runs any water and has a stench so foul. There were also a variety of bugs crawling around. We asked for a room change due to this and they did apologize and do so. When arriving the desk receptionist was extremely rude and short. Breakfast was pitiful but I guess you get what you pay for right. Definitely won’t be returning.

it was a good place to stay for it to be a motel and for the price, it has a nice shower & mirror lol & the rooms are clean but could be cleaner. they have parking but you have to pay for it i believe i paid $14 for 3 days they have a lobby with water a microwave and a couple other things i believe. there is a good breakfast/brunch spot right next to the motel (shares the same parking lot) & they where SOO good so it’s convenient yall should for sure try them (best french toast ever lol). Staff was overall pretty nice except for this one mean lady they had at the front desk the night we went to check in she was so rude & did not help us at all she ended up leaving and the other guy who took over was nice & actually helped. overall a nice place to stay when trying to stay affordable. can’t complain much.

You are not told that there is a $7 parking charge for each day. That should be mentioned upfront. Very inconsiderate. Breakfast if you can call it one was included with the room.. 2 different kinds of cold cereal. OJ and Apple juice. Water, coffee, Tea, milk, and Bagel, butter and cream cheese. They also had a tray of apples and oranges.

This was one of the worst experiences. The free breakfast is not a breakfast but a few stale bagels. Everyday it’s bagels and some fruit. Considering the cleanliness of the premises we never ate breakfast since we were there 3 days. The rooms have strong smells and it was unbearable the first night. We were offered another room and that wasn’t any better. Washroom doors were broken and the toilet seat was shaking. Shower was not working properly. There was no body wash or decent soap in the hotel. We bought our own soap bar. Overall we do not recommend this place to anyone . The room pictures are misleading and it’s a motel with poor cleanliness and overall condition of the property is very very poor.

Would never return for a stay. The room was dirty, hairs in the shower/sink. Dust in the drawers where you're suppose to put your belongings, air vents gross, WiFi didn't work. Fridge was not clean, had old food from previous guest. We weren't going to complain due to a short stay and not expecting much from a cheap motel. But at checkout the man working 7/27 was extremely rude about some left over trash in our room. We used the one trash can in the room and had no idea there was another trash can located behind a stairway away from our room. If guests are expected to take their trash to a specific location, that should have been communicated. Shocked at the attitude we got over something so minor, especially considering the condition of our room to begin with.

We had a 5 day reservation but we only stayed one night. The room was dirty. The parking was lacking. There were no amenities. I usually have a coffee maker in the room, there was none. The mini fridge didn’t keep my stuff cold. There was no place to hang clothes.
