When I booked the room, I was looking for an inexpensive room, not caring if it was not a palace. Well I was pleasantly surprised. The room was fantastic, not huge but very nice. It was very clean, good parking, very nice pool. And an added bonus was the restaurant exactly next door, (Foxy’s). Overall I couldn’t have done any better.

The staff was amazing!! It was a pretty good place to stay and affordable it had a pool, ice machine and vending machine the only downside was dirty towels but other than that it was good!

High end of motelness. Super awesome that the upscale mall is across the street. Fridge but no microwave, but there's one available in the mornings in the free-coffee room. Very convenient to Downtown LA, Pasadena, and Hollywood. No complaints. The restaurant next door Foxy's is also good for breakfast. Our second time staying here.

Great inexpensive place to stay while visiting Universal Studios! Super upscale and safe area. Traveled with my two kids and felt comfortable being there with them. Looks like the city literally grew around the older hotel as it’s tucked into the city. Definitely a must stay if you’re traveling to LA attractions…. very close to everything!

My son and I recently stayed here for a trip I gifted him for his 18th birthday. The location is great, price is probably a little more than what I would want to pay for given the condition of the property and room, but overall the beds were super comfortable, pillows kinda flat but those are my favorite and very little noise other than nearby traffic. The water pressure is not the best, sometimes the water would get either super hot or super cold, carpet could definitely be replaced and towels could be bigger. Oh, and there is no parking if you return to your room in the evening. Overall, I will rate this property an 8/10. Would definitely stay here again.

Older motel in semi-sketchy area. This is a place to sleep albeit on a hard mattress with thin pillows and random yelling in the parking lot at 3 am. Oh nice stains on the 1970 carpet too.

Frint desk staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, the room was another matter. The room is very dated. On top of that, the room had dust on surfaces, patched up cracks on walls, and the bed sheets had stains. Not in one spot, but in multiple and i did not sleep comfortably due to the fact they looked and just felt dirty. Room had everything you could need, fridge, hair dryer, and shampoo/conditioner. Just overall cleanliness was certainly questioned.

Highly recommend this hotel just because of the area, very close to literally everything by walk. The rooms were not as clean as we expected it to be.Carpets were old, stinky and horribly smelly. Food is not served, staff would most of the time be absent for necessary cleaning.

The hotel is nice and quiet. Right next to a Hampton Inn. Right across the street from the outdoor malls in Glendale. I felt safe. The bed was comfortable and it had a great bathtub. The ac was run on a remote and kept me cool. It has a micro fridge but no microwave. I definitely would stay there again. For only $90 it was well worth it

Quiet area with plenty to do within walking distance. Wish the room had some amenities. No coffee maker, no microwave, no iron, very loud fan unit, terrible pillows. All in all OK but a couple small upgrades would go a long way..

I have been staying at this hotel several times and what I like is that the place is across the Glendale Galleria and so many shopping places the front desk is very friendly. I didn’t have a chance to talk to any of the housekeepers. what I don’t like and I think I told them the other day is the water pressure on the shower head . It is very slow and you have to spend more time there in order to get the soap or the shampoo out of your body because the water pressure is so low. also on our unit the water pressure on the faucet was very low and it make a strange noise when you open the faucet. also the tub, when you were taking a shower , it makes a strange noise when you step into the shower tub other than the room was clean and since we didn’t spend too much time there, I don’t have any more comments about the room. I definitely will come back again, but please fix the pressure of the water on the shower.

I remember staying here before 10 yrs ago and this place is still the same. Owner need the place renovated. So disappointed with the price I’m pay for to stay at this place.☹️

This is a motel, expect a motel experience hahahah. The property is in prime location! This is what sells this place. There were inconspicuous curly hairs in the bathtub, a used hand cloth but honestly, it wasn’t terrible, just a bit text book “motel”, we got what we paid for. The location was pretty damn good and for a decent night’s sleep and free parking, I would stay here again. Walls are thin but with earplugs and a sleep mask, expect a camping type of slumber.

My son & I returned from an evening out, my key card didn’t work. No one answered the phone listed. No one was at front desk. After several minutes passed, I went back and saw a bell. I was finally able to get new key card. Also, I asked the woman at the front desk for more cups. Only two were provided. Asked for 4, she refused. She would only give me 2.

toilet overflowed causing bathroom to flood. Staff handled me a plunger to use myself. they were out of towels had no way to clean of the mess. Told me they had no rooms left. So I checked out. No refund given, said Manger would do a refund Sunday, Its Sunday afternoon and still no refund.

Thought it was over-priced until I compared the market - aesthetically it could use a refresh. The water was hot, the bed clean (hear that M6) and comfortable and good fridge. Having said that. Stay here a couples time before and it’s always a nice and quiet time to rest. Front desk was always helpful and shopping plaza is near by with great food and options for families. Everytime we come to LA this is the place to stay

This is probably our 5th stay here. The staff is always so friendly and outgoing. The location couldn’t be better. Located right across the street from Glendale Galleria and Americana. So much shopping and dining options. The freeway is right down the street so it’s easy access.

No coffee maker in room and the one offer to guests did not work! Restaurant next door wanted to charge us more than what the bill should be and walls are so thin you can hear your neighbor arguing.

The rooms were clean, but the mattresses in the bed felt like they were a bit worn out. The pillows were comfortable. The bedding was clean. I think they use too much furniture polish on the furniture, but the smell went away. Overall, the evening was quiet we were able to sleep and for the price and the ability to walk to different places downtown to eat or to have coffee was wonderful Check in was easy and very hospitable

Even though it appears to be an older facility it is clean, quiet and convenient. And the staff is always friendly and helpful especially Rita. I wish there was more of a Continental Breakfast, but I do like your coffee.
