Waited for over an hour for a “shuttle” ride from the airport. Then an unmarked, shady as hell, van showed up to get me. Had to beg to get a “shuttle” ride back to the airport the next morning even though I had reserve a ride when I made the reservation. Super sketchy experience all the way around!!! Won’t be going back to this hotel, ever!!!

Exercise room was not as publicized; it was small, dark, dingy, and there was no treadmill. Also no towels or water. Room carpet was stained. Wear and tear evident. Expected better because of other positive reviews.

The check in process was quick and very professional, we had to catch an early morning flight so they adjusted their transportation schedule, they even made us a to go breakfast bag since we left before the breakfast area opened. The room was comfortable and clean.

The airport shuttle was great, being the flight was delayed, they were quick to adjust the pick up time. Breakfast was a nice mix of hot and cold selections. Overall a pleasant experience.

Inside my room, the carpet was very worn and stained. There were lots of water damage marks and peeling wallpaper in the shower area. Maybe some mold. Room right next to freeway, so it was noisy. For the price, the hotel rating and the reviews, I just expected more. Breakfast buffet was standard. Not bad. Not being from the area, I chose this also based on the free shuttle from the airport. However, this shuttle is only for the Mesa airport, not the main phoenix airport. Uber ride was $55.

Great for an overnight stay. Furnishings are worn looking. I was disapointed because I filtered Skyharbor hotels with airport shuttle and this hotel was a choice. The only shuttle to Mesa airport. It cost me $100 for a uber round trip.

The heater in the pool was broken. The plugins in the room are old so they struggled to keep chargers plugged in. The ice maker on our floor was broken and the employee was snarky when I asked if they had additional ice makers. We paid extra for this hotel because of the pool and it was too cold to swim.

As soon as we walked into the lobby to check in it smelled of cigarettes. Once we get into our room, everything seemed fine. But after settling in we noticed the cleanliness of our room was poor. There was hair from the prior guests in the bathroom, stains on the towels, we had to use the pull out sofa from the couch and underneath was disgusting. There was a section on the wall where someone spilled or spit out soda on it and was never cleaned. The sink drain made a loud noise through out the night making it hard for my kids to fall asleep. We then went out to the pool area to swim and there were no towels, i was told the washing machine was broken. I'm glad i only booked for 1 night, i will not be returning.

The bathroom was very dirty, water still in the tub, dirty water streaks down it, and MOLD in the shower. Hair in the sink, it looks like they didn’t even try to clean it. Sheets had holes in them.

When we first arrived I was excited about our stay. The hotel seemed very nice upon arriving, but as we were going to our room you could see all their money was put into the lobby. When we tried getting into our rooms right after checking in, the keycards were not working well. It took 2 new keycards during our stay because they just weren’t working. Then going into the room you have to pull the handle up instead of down. The room was pretty dirty under the bathroom counter, by the desk, the chair was badly stained, the bathtub was clogged with water not draining correctly, there was stains on the sheet, the toilet paper was awful. The first night a group of teenagers pounded on our door and went to hide by their room and when caught tried to deny it. The third night, our key stopped working again so we had to go replace it again. Overall it was a pretty disappointing experience. I would definitely opt for another hotel in the future.

I didn’t like how we were told we could check in at 3:00. Arriving back at hotel we were told it would be $20 to check in before 4:00. Also the “easy” chair in our room-the material on the arms was torn a lot. Rug was filthy and I wore flip flops the entire time.

The place is really outdated, the bathtubs were filthy like they’re not cleaned properly, the shower drain wasn’t draining so I removed the cover and there was so much hair and gunk it was disgusting. The bathroom floor had hair and even pubic hair that wasn’t cleaned. And the 2nd night our air conditioning went out on a 110° day. The carpet was so nasty luckily I brought my slippers. But the price was fair especially for 5 days there. And the breakfast and pool are also nice. And the staff was super nice so there are positives and negatives.

The staff was very friendly, and check-in was a breeze. I loved the lobby and the pool. However, my room was a little outdated with cracks in the sink, toilet paper stuffed in the peep hole of the door, and an odd smell in the room. Other than that, I enjoyed the convenience of the hotel being close to the airport, dining, and a movie theater.

As it stands I overpaid for this room at $116. The hotel isn't new which is fine but it seriously needs a facelift. I had room 206 and the wallpaper is coming off, bathtub didn't look clean, there was hair in it and on the bathroom floor. The furniture is from the Kate 90's and looks it. Wifi is ok but I couldn't watch TV as the remote didn't do anything for the TV or cable thing, and the TV said room 310. I was only able to turn the TV on with the physical buttons. Ice machine didn't have ice. Overall I'm disappointed I've had way nicer rooms for the same price. This room in it's current condition is $80 at best.

The thermostat was broken off the wall therefore no heat / AC. Several light bulbs were out, the carpet was stained, was very old and antiquated. The remote control for the TV had a piece of tape across the back to keep the batteries in come every time you picked it up they fell out. I realize that it's expensive to keep these updated, but really let's fix the things that are broken.

The rooms that are on the freeway side of the building get a lot of traffic noise. The rooms that are next to the elevator get to listen to the elevator go up and down all hours of the day and night as the walls are paper thin. The staff that checked us in took forever even though the rooms were prepaid for. Our first room was extremely outdated with a hole in one wall and it looked like 30 year old carpet. We moved rooms and upgraded to a suite for the second night which was MUCH better.

They do have a deposit, but it’s only $20. It’s refundable of course and they take Apple Pay. The front desk guys are awesome. Friendly and don’t make you feel rushed or like you’re bothering them. The room was very clean, the beds were comfy. They have a mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave in the room. WiFi worked great, tv was great. All around a very very long awaited GOOD stay somewhere without any issues. And check out is at 12pm. Which is nice to get that extra hour. They also do offer late checkout for a fee. Great stay will stay there again as soon as possible. I wish they had a rewards system tho, or if they do I didn’t notice it anywhere.

At first it was not so welcoming by the Front Desk Receptionist and it may be because she might’ve been busy with something else, I honestly can’t tell. BUT after a few hours, we check in and she was a bit more friendly and smiling. Got checked in and that was the only encounter w/her. The rest of our trip was awesome! The gentleman that was cleaning the rooms when we checked out was amazing! His attitude & wiping to help us was great! He actually did us out w/supplies as well as the Kitchen staff. Very welcoming & the food was great. They made sure things were always stocked and ready. There was also a young gal that worked I believe our 2nd night and she helped w/supplies as well. She was a sweetheart. We had a great stay!! Just slight hiccup at the beginning but I would definitely recommend. Also great location, had so many food options within walking distance & close to grocery stores. Thank You All for a wonderful stay!

This was the most unprofessional experience I have had! We were flying into Mesa with our 1 year old, so I called before and after I booked to make sure us coming in around 1am would not be a problem. When I showed up the lady at the desk said they cancelled my reservation due to maintenance issues and asked if I got an email. I double checked right then and told her I only had an email that asked how my check in went. After a 4 hour plane ride at 1am my husband, me, and my 1 year old had no room to stay in with no heads up or notice before arriving. No effort was put in to helping us find somewhere else to stay or concern what so ever. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Property is close to restaurants. All within walking distance. The only draw back was the room cleaning for longer stays. They don’t service the room every day unless you call them. They refresh the room every third day. How ever they on clean areas that don’t have personal items on it. The desk if you have keys or a towel on there they will not refresh, your bed if you have your own pillow on the bed they will not refresh. Only down point.

Very close to parents, the mall, movies and 40 places to eat. We were on the freeway side so we could hear a little bit of traffic but not enough to disturb our sleep. The wall Heat/AC unit was a little quieter than most hotels. Staff was very helpful.

The employees went above and beyond for us during our stay. We had a sick relative and location was great. We were able to visit hospital and catch a dinner at one of the restaurants that were all walking distance Pool was clean and refreshing. .

Liked that the hotel was walking distance to a dozen restaurants and only minutes away from the hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful. Only thing is that the rooms definitely could be updated but I will stay there again next time I’m in mesa

This property is not being maintained and has insufficient staffing. Housekeeping is poor. We were on the third floor and found cockroaches in the bathroom. The third floor smelled dirty. Of the three days we were there the breakfast was inedible on one day and marginal on two days. We have used this property often over the last 15 years or so but the last two times which were in 2024were disgusting and we will not be returning. On our last visit we were told that Expedia/One Key customers could not have rooms on the first or second floors. It appears that Expedia/One Key customers are given the worst rooms which are located on the third floor and above.

Overall it was an average stay. Nothing too exciting. We did have a dirty towel left in the bathroom and found at check-in. Kinda ick, but just threw it into the corner and reported it to the front desk. Happy the breakfast was opened a little early both Saturday and Sunday for us since we needed to get our daughter to her soccer game a 7:15 am. That was very nice of them!
