There were dirty footprints on the bathroom floor, brown stains and makeup stains on towels, marker stains on sheets, burn holes on comforter and the pool was filled but we weren’t allowed to use it. Shower head very low, no cold water. Not the best stay.

This motel was perfectly fine. It was clean, just a bit dated. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool looked nice but we didn’t have time to swim. Check in and out were easy and straightforward.

I did not turn on the TV until my 3rd day here. The screen was distorted with lines. Otherwise the room was spacious, had a fridge and microwave. It was clean and tidy. The room was plain but I’m extremely satisfied. The price was the best by far in the area. I’d stay here again.

This was the worst motel I have ever stayed in. The room was in terrible shape…the carpet torn, some of it had been replaced with carpet that didn’t match. It felt like it could never be clean because everything was so old and worn out. There was an old polyester bedspread and no blankets, lumpy and hard pillows, very hard mattress. The bathroom fan made a screeching noise, the soap felt like plastic…almost no suds. The internet blinked on and off and was very slow even if it was on. The coffee pot was filthy and not useable. This is not even close to being a suite…there wasn’t a refrigerator (and it would likely have been unusable anyway. The whole place smelled. The tv was the smallest one I have seen in 30 years.The front desk staff was not friendly and gave us a room that was already occupied at first. If we hadn’t already paid for the room we would have left. Also a sketchy neighborhood. The reviews we read on Hotels.com must be fake…There is no way anyone could give this place a 10. It was a budget suite motel, but I recommend you sleep in your car before staying here.

The sheet for the bed had a stain on it, don't know what it was. One of the towels did was well. I think in instances like that, this other should just be replaced because no one really wants linens with weird stains

This was an average stay. Bare minimum. Thank goodness the neighborhood was quiet because you could hear all the road noise loud and clear. everything was clean accept the floor it had not been vacuumed for a while, or the vacuum doesn't work well. A few channels came in on the TV analog. There was no channel guide, not all buttons worked on the remote. Bed was comfortable enough. The room was spacious. We had one bath towel; I was given another when I asked. Had to cut our showers short because the water began to cool.

i had a large group of friends staying here for 3 days on a trip. we had 4 rooms the rooms were all clean and free of bugs. had mini fridges coffee makers and microwaves. good water pressure and temp in the showers only thing was the beds were all horribly hard and ummcomfortable and the pillows were small and flat

Room was better than average And larger than average for the price range. No complaints. I will stay here again for the last 5 days of my 30 day visit to Arizona. Decently close to shopping and resturants. Decent neighborhood. Minor issue: Limited tv channels. Some others had a lot more channels to watch. I am likely to stay here again in the future.

Wifi weak and not secure... no blankets on the bed under the bedspread... TV only had a few channels... It was ok in that I only had to be there for less than 16 hours and it was a convenient location for where I needed to be early the next morning but it wasn't worth the price even at a discounted rate... oh, and the pillows were horrible... I would not have wanted to stay another day... No one would be there between like 1 am thru 8 am and I was very careful and aware to make sure I didn't lock myself out of the room when I was leaving around 7 am/ ...

The man who checked us in was fine. Very polite and helpful. The overnight stay was terrible. Several times during the night there was a loud bang from another room that sounded like a bomb going off. Loud yelling that we could hear plainly. We ended up just leaving at 4:30 am because we couldn’t sleep. You can’t control who rents a room but there’s no one to contact because no one’s at the front desk until 8 am.

The / lady’s that helped me were very professional n very helpful . But the man that helped was very unprofessional and kind of disrespectful. Very poor customer service skills not a bad guy just very poor customer service skills so I highly recommend some training maybe from the ladies because the two ladies were very, very nice and very professional. hope this doesn’t offend anybody thank you.

On 2 different occasions, i left my hotel room, closed the door, and checked it to make sure it was locked; it was. BOTH times when i returned to my room, my door was unlocked!!! This happened AFTER the cleaning crew had been there. Right away, i called the office to tell them about it, but nothing has been done. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

What really impressed me was that when I reserved my room, I accidentally had the wrong date, but the manager called me right away to help me correct that. The only inferior thing was a stain on the carpet. Otherwise my room was quiet, roomy, and a good basic place to stay. I wished there was a continental breakfast offered, until I realized that there were places to eat next door on both sides of the hotel. I did not have a vehicle, so the proximity of the restaurants was helpful.
