We have stayed here many times! Love the rooms and the staff is always nice. Happy hour and pool side service is on point. Being by the golf course is a huge plus to my husband and kiddos. They just walk out to the course. Views are also great here! However, the pool ALWAYS gets funky by Saturday afternoon/evening. It’s like their filtration system can’t keep up/needs to be updated. Water gets really cloudy and gross. You can visibly see the difference between the pool and the spa too. We like to stay until Monday a lot but don’t like getting in the pool on Sunday anymore. Otherwise, we love this place! And we keep coming back!

The facility itself is a little dated. The elevators are slow & creaky, but the friendliness of staff & extras more than made up for it. Every staff member offered a smile and most went above & beyond to help. The breakfast is amazing! Complimentary happy hour is a nice touch. And despite being dated the facility is immaculate.

Didn’t like slow drainage of shower or basin. Long lines on made to order, lack of seating and dirty pool water Liked that breakfast and happy hour was offered. It was quiet regardless of sports team there. Clean beautiful grounds , staff was friendly felt safe parking was right size for my vehicle. Nice get away

We had two rooms for a family vacation for 3 nights. Rooms were very comfortable but a bit dated. Great service all around. Fabulous breakfast and all the staff was very responsive. We had an issue with our room safe which was fixed right away. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening under the shade of the patio. The bar had a happy hour that was generous. Would definitely stay again. Close to alot of things to do and food options.

Love the hotel in every aspect except the lack of cleanliness. Couches/chairs stained, vents very dusty, light swtches and door handles were filthy, area around toilet seat attachment was dirty, stained shower. Better cleaning in room 5011.

Our room was filthy. Like pubic hair on the walls of the shower gross. Had it not been so late after driving 10 hours with 3 kids, I would have packed up and gone somewhere else. Not an inexpensive hotel by any means bit wondering if because I booked with Expedia I was put in a less desirable room?

We always stay here when I return to my home town. It’s in my former neighborhood. I remember the building of this property. The staff is always very nice and helpful. They do what they can. The pool could be sparkling more. It’s been cloudy in the past. This time it’s better (October stay) but the pool engineer could get the pool as pristine as other Hilton resorts. No matter it doesn’t mean I didn’t enjoy my pool time. The beds are super comfortable. The rooms are clean and amenities are great.

Mountain View options are not as mentioned. The staff at front desk are helpful and friendly as well as the breakfast workers, but we didn’t have a good experience with the attitude of the evening bartenders each night. The room looked great until bedtime there was hair on the blankets of at least 3 different colors that were not at all ours. The tub also had some dark chalk like stains.

Stayed for a week over Thanksgiving. Have stayed there many years in a row now. Breakfast is amazing and the main reason we continue to go back. Proximity to the golf course is really cool and the pool and spa are very nice. Unfortunately, the rooms seem to be getting a little rundown. We ran into an issue last year with the pull out couch and thought it was just that room since it hadn't been an issue before. Well, this year, it was an issue again. The couch was almost impossible to pull out, it had parts that were broken and hanging off of it. When it fully pulled out, it was slanted at an angle to where your head were below your feet. To make it worse the king size bed had one of the worst mattresses I have ever slept on. One of the worst weeks of sleep I have ever gotten. We may need to go somewhere else next year.

The pool area was beautiful & the staff was nice. The beds are terrible & rooms are small. Our tub was gross looking & they were working on a room next door and stuff backed up into our tub which was disgusting. There was no warning given, but they knew when I called down what was happening.

Nothing to really complain about; I really enjoy the breakfast here. But age is showing up bathroom of our room. Tub had repair patchwork and small spots were beginning to show need for attention. But the room is huge (major plus) and toilet is private. Fitst using my phone for room key & TV control. And coffee, fridge & microwave area set apart & huge 👍👍

The Good: Spacious room, pretty clean, centrally located for my itinerary. The staff were nice. The Okay: My “Mountain View” room was actually just a view of the parking lot and the apartment complex across the street which was disappointing because that was not as advertised. The breakfast was awful, just because it’s free doesn’t mean it’s good. I ended up going out for breakfast after the first morning. The pool is very small compared to how many people were there so it wasn’t relaxing. For the price ($200 plus tax per night) I was hoping for more but it could have been worse. I don’t think I would stay there again, but it might be a good budget friendly option for families with kids

Perfect location for business travel and the hotel was clean and nice. It was super crowded with families at the pool which was a bit distracting for business purposes, but otherwise good. The room was spacious and clean. I would say the mattress comfort could be improved, but I slept ok for being away from home. I didn't attempt the breakfast buffet given the spectacle from the day before, but it's good to see the hotel thriving.

Check in was great, the girl was kind and so helpful. The beds were not that comfortable but the room very clean. The happy was a sweet touch and breakfast and breakfast staff were so great!!! From the cooks to the wait staff they were so awesome. The guy doing night check in was not helpful or polite, our room did not have hot water at times and we called for extra towels and he hung up quickly. Other than that it was a great family get away.

The property was beautiful and the free breakfast selection was delicious!! Only issues we had were the maintenance staff and the air conditioner. A maintenance worker walked in to our room without knocking or announcing himself! It was just us women so it scared us a bit. He didn’t apologize or say anything to excuse himself. Highly unprofessional and unsettling. The air conditioner was extremely loud whenever it would turn on and it was leaking from what a different maintenance worker said was condensation. The carpet below was all wet as a result. This wasn’t fixed or adjusted in any way. Overall the site was pretty and the room included so many necessary things. Just don’t appreciate being walked in on and air conditioners that leak and are obnoxiously loud.

Some of the staff at check in was not accommodating at all. We asked for late check out and then was told to ask the next day, when we asked the next day we were told it was already to many late check outs. So we had to check out and wait for hours for our flight. Also they wouldn’t let us check in early even after over the phone we were told we could. When we arrived at the hotel we were told we couldn’t be Checked in. So we had to wait 4 and half hours until check in. Ridiculous some of the staff need to communicate better or be retrained.

Staff couldn't have been nicer. Everything was clean, everyone was super friendly - including the other guests. The breakfast was also outstanding, and there was only one woman cooking omelettes and waffles etc. for everyone. She worked so quickly and had the BEST attitude - always smiling and wishing everyone a great day. She deserves a raise! What didn't work so well was the fact that I asked twice for a luggage rack (there was none in the room), and none arrived, even though I saw André at the front desk call and ask for one. Since my suitcase was small, I put it on the night table on the other side of the bed, which worked. And then I ran out of tissues at around 3am, and there was no backup box of them in the room. I wasn't about to call and ask at that hour!

The property is located on Stonecreek golf course. Occasionally golfers leave balls so I went down and hit a dozen balls since no one was using them. Great kitchen great small bar and the rooms were very spacious clean and comfortable.

I really liked this hotel and would stay here again! It’s very nice, the rooms are spacious and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. There is a golf course behind the hotel so it has a beautiful view. It is located in a nice area of town. The best part of the hotel? The breakfast!!! It was amazing!! Hands down the best hotel breakfast ever. They have an omelette bar and you can also order waffles. Bring cash to tip the cooks because they do a great job and are very friendly. Also there is a buffet full of many other items like bacon, eggs and fruit. The negative part of the hotel is they charge $12 for parking. I can sort of get over that but there are signs all over the lot saying “we are not responsible for cars or your belongings”. Well yes you are since you charged me to park there. Sorry just put that in the cost and don’t nickel and dime your guests. Also the pool was pretty but very small and we didn’t really get to enjoy it since it was so full. I would stay here again though because the rooms were big and clean and the breakfast was amazing!!

Very comfortable room - spacious and clean. The hotel has lovely views of the mountains and golf course, and a nice happy hour where you can have a cocktail and snacks and watch the sunset near the pool. The staff was very welcoming and were ready and happy to assist at any time. Excellent value.

This is a beautiful facility, but…. We have stayed twice and the kitchen is unable to handle a holiday crowd. Long line at the omelet bar (which is delicious if you can wait over 10 minutes) and not enough seating for the breakfast crowd. For some reason, they choose to have waffles and pancakes made at the omelette bar, which doesn’t seem very efficient. And the doors close at 9, which is early for a holiday week when there are so many waiting for breakfast. Twice we have opted to go to the neighborhood I-Hop instead of waiting. Rooms are lovely and the pool is great, but we will probably elsewhere for our next visit.

The rooms very clean and spacious. The customer service was extremely helpful. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of food for all type of travelers. Happy hour was amazing. I am so happy I chose this hotel for my stay at phoenix AZ. Will definitely come back.

The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've see out of any hotel with hot food and a custom omelette (and more!) bar. The evening reception with drinks and snacks was a great add-on. Staff were very friendly and helpful all across the hotel. The only ding I'd give it is the rooms were a bit worn and need of a refreshing, and the water pressure was low in the shower. The superb staff and service more than made up for these shortcoming.

Love the location! The only thing I disliked was the food in the hotel restaurant's dinner options (the food tasted like hospital cafeteria food) the breakfast options at the hotel restaurant were amazing! Also, they need to upgrade their TVs to where you are able to mirror your phone to the TV. The TVs in the rooms are outdated. Besides the dinner options and the TVs, the hotel experience was excellent.
